In the present embodiment, the locking assembly 10 is connected to the first arc-shaped connecting plate 801, the locking member 30 is connected to the second arc-shaped connecting plate 802, and the locking assembly 10 and the locking member 30 are connected to each other, so that the first arc-shaped connecting plate 801 and the second arc-shaped connecting plate 802 are kept fixed to each other, and the side guard 70 cannot move relative to the bed body 1 through the movement of the first arc-shaped connecting plate 801 and the second arc-shaped connecting plate 802, so that the side guard 70 is locked.
In this embodiment, the unlocking component 40 is connected with the locking component 10, so as to release the connection between the locking component 10 and the locking piece 30, so that the side guard 70 can move relative to the bed body 1 through the movement of the first arc-shaped connecting plate 801 and the second arc-shaped connecting plate 802, and thus the unlocking of the side guard 70 is achieved.
In the present embodiment, the first arc-shaped connection plate 801 and the second arc-shaped connection plate 802 are provided with two sets to improve the stability of the movement of the side guard 70.
In some implementations of the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 8-10, the locking assembly 10 includes a locking body 101, a latch member 102, and a locking drive member 103. As shown in fig. 9, the locking body 101 has three plate-like structures arranged in parallel, the upper end of the locking body 101 is fixedly connected with the limit rod 60, and two ends of the limit rod 60 are respectively and fixedly connected with the first arc-shaped connecting plates 801 on two sides, so that the locking body 101 is fixedly connected with the first arc-shaped connecting plates 801 on two sides. As shown in fig. 9 and 10, through holes are provided in each of three plate-like structures (lock bodies 101) arranged in parallel, and the three through holes are coaxially arranged; the latch member 102 has a cylindrical structure, and is inserted into the through hole of the lock body 101 and is slidable therein.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 8 to 10, the locking driving member 103 is disposed between the locking body 101 and the latch member 102, the locking driving member 103 is specifically a cylindrical spring, the cylindrical spring is disposed between two plate structures on the right side in fig. 9, and the left end of the cylindrical spring is fixed to the surface of the latch member 102, the right end of the cylindrical spring abuts against the surface of the rightmost plate structure, so that a leftward force can be applied to the latch member 102 by the cylindrical spring (locking driving member 103), and the left end of the latch member 102 can completely penetrate through the three plate structures (locking body 101) arranged in parallel and then protrude out of the plate structure end.
In some implementations of this embodiment, as shown in fig. 9 and 10, the upper end of the locking member 30 is fixed with a shaft, two ends of the shaft are fixedly connected with the second arc-shaped connecting plate 802, the bottom of the locking member 30 is provided with a through hole, when the side guard 70 is in the position in fig. 1, the locking member 30 is located between two plate-shaped structures located on the left side in the locking body 101, the through hole on the locking member 30 is aligned with the through hole on the locking body 101, and then the latch member 102 on the locking body 101 penetrates through the locking member 30, so that the locking member 30 and the locking body 101 are fixed, so that the first arc-shaped connecting plate 801 and the second arc-shaped connecting plate 802 are fixed, and the side guard 70 can be locked in the position in fig. 1 because the first arc-shaped connecting plate 801 and the second arc-shaped connecting plate 802 cannot move relative to each other.
When the side guard 70 moves from the lower side of the bed body 1 to the position in fig. 1, during the upward movement of the side guard 70, the end portions of the first arc-shaped connecting plate 801 and the second arc-shaped connecting plate 802, which are connected with the side guard 70, are gradually close to each other, because the locking member 30 is fixed on the second arc-shaped connecting plate 802 through the shaft on the upper side of the locking member 30, the locking body 101 is fixed on the first arc-shaped connecting plate 801 through the limit rod 60, and when the side guard 70 moves upward, the end portions of the first arc-shaped connecting plate 801 and the second arc-shaped connecting plate 802, which are connected with the side guard 70, are gradually close to each other, until the side guard 70 is completely moved upward, the locking member 30 is completely located between two plate-shaped structures on the left side of the locking body 101, that is, the through holes on the locking member 30 are aligned with the through holes on the locking body 101, so that the plug pin members 102 on the locking body 101 can be inserted into the through holes on the locking member 30 to fix the locking body 101 and the locking member 30, and further fix the first arc-shaped connecting plate 801 and the second arc-shaped connecting plate 802, so that relative displacement cannot be generated, so that the side guard 70 is ensured to keep fixing the side guard 70.
In the present embodiment, in order to ensure that the lock member 30 smoothly enters between the two plate-like structures on the left side in the lock body 101 when the side guard 70 moves upward, the stopper 20 is provided.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 9 and 10, the stopper 20 is connected to the lock body 101, and the stopper 20 has a blocking state and a retracted state; in the blocking state, the limit stop 20 is inside the locking body 101 to block the end of the latch member 102 from entering between the two plate-like structures on the left side of the locking body 101; in the avoidance state, the limiting stopper 20 deviates from the interior of the locking body 101 to provide an avoidance space for the end of the latch member 102 to enter between the two plate-like structures on the left side of the locking body 101;
Specifically, as shown in fig. 9 and 10, a fixed shaft (not shown in the drawings) is disposed between two plate structures on the left side in the locking body 101, and the top end of the limit stopper 20 is movably connected with the fixed shaft, so that the limit stopper 20 can rotate between two plate structures on the left side in the locking body 101. When the stopper 20 is located on the through hole axis between the two plate-like structures at the left side in the locking body 101, the stopper 20 is in a blocking state, at this time, the end of the latch 102 cannot move further to the left side due to the blocking of the stopper 20, and when the stopper 20 is rotated so that it avoids the through hole axis between the two plate-like structures, the latch 102 will be moved to the left by the force of the locking driving member 103 in the left direction until it completely penetrates through the three plate-like structures arranged in parallel of the locking body 101.
As shown in fig. 9 and 10, a reset member 50 is disposed between the stopper 20 and the fixed shaft, and the reset member 50 has an elastic force for driving the stopper 20 to be converted into a blocking state when the stopper 20 is in a retracted state.
In this embodiment, the restoring member 50 is a torsion spring, where the torsion spring is disposed on the surface of the fixed shaft in a penetrating manner, one end of the torsion spring abuts against the stop member 20, and the other end of the torsion spring abuts against the stop lever 60, so that an elastic force rotating in a direction approaching the locking member 30 can be applied to the restoring member 50. In order to ensure that the limiting stopper 20 can be positioned at the positions of the through holes of the two plate-shaped structures on the left side of the locking body 101 under the action of the elastic force of the reset piece 50, as shown in fig. 9 and 10, the upper end of the limiting stopper 20 is arranged into a curved arc-shaped structure, the arc-shaped structure is used for being abutted against the surface of the limiting rod 60, and further, the limiting stopper 20 can accurately stay at the positions of the through holes of the two plate-shaped structures on the left side of the locking body 101, and is used for blocking the latch piece 102 from entering between the two plate-shaped structures on the left side of the locking body 101.
It will be appreciated that, since the stopper 20 is movably disposed on the fixed shaft, it is positioned at the two plate-like structure through-hole positions on the left side of the locking body 101 against the elastic force of the reset member 50 and the restraint of the stopper rod 60. As described above, when the side guard 70 moves upward, the end portions of the first and second arc-shaped connection plates 801 and 802 connected to the side guard 70 come closer to each other, and the lock member 30 moves toward the inside of the two plate-like structures on the left side of the lock body 101, the lock member 30 pushes the stopper member 20 to rotate on the fixed shaft until the through hole in the lock member 30 is aligned with the through hole in the lock body 101, and at this time, since the stopper member 20 is pushed out between the two plate-like structures on the left side of the lock body 101 by the lock member 30, when the through hole in the lock member 30 is aligned with the through hole in the lock body 101, the latch member 102 is moved leftward by the driving force of the lock driving member 103 until the inside of the lock member 30 and the inside of the plate-like structure on the leftmost side of the lock body 101 are inserted, and thus the fixation of the lock member 30 is completed.
In some alternative implementations of this embodiment, as shown in fig. 10, the locking member 30 is adapted to abut against a side of the limiting stopper 20 to form an arc-shaped protrusion, and the side of the limiting stopper 20 is correspondingly provided with an arc-shaped groove, where the arc-shaped protrusion is located in the arc-shaped groove when the limiting stopper 20 is in the avoidance state, so that the contact portion between the limiting stopper 20 and the locking member 30 can be ensured.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 8 and 9, the unlocking assembly 40 includes a housing 401 and a shifting block 402, the housing 401 is sleeved on the outer sides of the locking assembly 10, the limiting stopper 20 and the locking member 30, a sliding groove is provided on the housing 401, the shifting block 402 is slidably provided in the sliding groove, and as shown in fig. 9, the shifting block 402 is fixedly connected with the right end of the latch member 102. It will be appreciated that when the latch member 102 is inserted into the lock member 30, the dial block 402 is moved to the right to drive the latch member 102 to move to the right until the left end of the latch member 102 exits the lock member 30 to release the connection between the lock member 30 and the lock assembly 10, so that the first arc connecting plate 801 and the second arc connecting plate 802 can move relatively to unlock the side guard 70. It will be appreciated that when the upper ends of the first and second arcuate connecting plates 801, 802 are spaced apart from each other, the locking member 30 is spaced apart from between the two plate-like structures on the left side of the locking body 101, and the stopper 20 is forced by the elastic force of the reset member 50 to enter again between the two plate-like structures on the left side of the locking body 101, so as to block the left end of the latch member 102 in preparation for the next locking.
The side guard plate locking structure provided by the embodiment can realize the locking and unlocking of the side guard plate 70 through being arranged between the bed body 1 and the side guard plate 70, and the unlocking component 40 is arranged outside the side guard plate 70 to realize the unlocking of the side guard plate 70, so that a patient is prevented from unlocking by himself, and the risk of falling down the bed is further caused.

The locking assembly (10) comprises a locking body (101) and a bolt piece (102), wherein the locking body (101) is suitable for being connected with a first arc-shaped connecting plate (801), the bolt piece (102) is movably arranged on the locking body (101) in a penetrating mode, and the bolt piece (102) is configured to slide relative to the locking body (101) under the action of external force;
