In this embodiment, by providing the neck massager including the bracket 100, the massage belt 200 and the first handle 300, and the first handle 300 including the first housing 310, the second housing 350 and the connecting member 370, the end of the bracket 100 is connected to the first housing 310, the end of the massage belt 200 extends into the first handle 300 and is fastened and mounted by the connecting member 370, so that the end of the massage belt 200 can be mounted very reliably, and when the user pulls the massage belt 200 with the neck massager, the massage belt 200 is not separated from the first handle 300, so that the flexibility of the middle of the massage belt 200 is ensured while the connection stability of the massage belt 200 is ensured without any direct connection between the massage belt 200 and the bracket 100, which is beneficial to the use of the neck massager; meanwhile, by arranging the first handle 300 to include the first housing 310 and the second housing 350, and the first housing 310 and the second housing 350 are detachably connected, the first housing 310 and the second housing 350 can be separately mounted first, that is, first mounted first with other structures related to each other, respectively, and the assembly of the first housing 310 and the second housing 350 is performed, so that the assembly efficiency of the neck massager is improved.

The connecting piece 370 is sheet-shaped, can be a flexible sheet-shaped body or a hard sheet-shaped body, and the sheet-shaped connecting piece 370 can be attached to the side face of the massage belt 200, so that the contact area between the connecting piece 370 and the massage belt 200 is greatly increased, the pressing reliability is improved, the stress of the massage belt 200 is more uniform, and the load in the unit area of the massage belt 200 is reduced. The connection member 370 may be connected to the second housing 350 by a fastener such as a screw, or may be fixedly connected to the second housing 350 by a snap-fit structure so as to clamp the end portion of the massage belt 200 between the connection member 370 and the inner wall surface of the second housing 350.
Referring to fig. 9 and 10, there are a number of ways in which the connector 370 may be engaged with the second housing 350, as will be described by way of example. A fastening buckle 372 is formed on a side of the connecting piece 370 facing the second housing 350, a buckling position is formed on the second housing 350 corresponding to the fastening hole, and the fastening buckle 372 is buckled on the buckling position; or, one end of the connecting piece is rotatably connected with the second housing 350, and the other end is buckled and connected with the second housing 350. In this embodiment, before the connecting member 370 is mated with the second housing 350, the connecting member may have two states with the second housing 350, one of which is separated from the second housing 350 and completely independent; the other is connected to the second housing 350, and the connection may be a rotary connection, a sliding connection, or the like. In the second state, when the connecting member 370 is not fastened to the massage belt 200, the connecting member 370 is still connected to the second housing 350, so that the connecting member 370 is always connected to the second housing 350 and is not easy to be lost. The connection member 370 may be rotatably connected to the second housing 350 in various manners, such as a flexible belt, a flexible sheet, a flexible wire, or the like, or may be hinged (for example, pivotally connected) to the second housing 350, and the position of the rotational connection may be the bottom of the second housing 350 or may be a connection post formed at the bottom of the second housing 350. The fastening buckle 372 may have various forms, for example, an elastic buckle (inserted into the locking hole 380 and the locking opening, and elastically deformed by itself), a locking buckle (which needs to be engaged with another buckle or a buckle position, and fastened to each other), and the like, and is not particularly limited herein. In this embodiment, taking an elastic buckle as an example, the fastening buckle 372 has a locking hole 380 formed at a corresponding position on the second housing, and the locking hole 380 may be formed at the bottom of the second housing 350; the second housing 350 may be formed with a coupling post or a coupling boss, and the locking hole 380 may be formed with the coupling post or the coupling boss.
In some embodiments, to improve the reliability of the connection 370 for stabilizing the massage belt 200, the neck massage apparatus further includes a cushion pad 250, the cushion pad 250 being disposed between the connection 370 and the massage belt 200; and/or, the connector 370 has a working side 371, the working side 371 is used for pressing the massage belt 200, and the working side 371 has a pressing protrusion thereon. In this embodiment, the cushion pad 250 is a flexible cushion pad 250, which may be a flexible silicone sheet, a rubber sheet, or the like, or may be a flexible cotton fabric, or the like, and is not particularly limited herein. The connection member 370 presses the massage belt 200 while the connection member 370 fixes the massage belt 200 to the second housing 350. The electric connection structure 230 for connecting the electronic component and the massage unit is arranged in the massage belt 200, so that the force of the connecting piece 370 acting on the massage belt 200 is more uniform and the stress concentration is reduced by arranging the buffer pad 250, and meanwhile, the extrusion stress of the connecting piece 370 to the electric connection structure 230 is reduced, so that the electric connection structure 230 is protected; meanwhile, the cushion 250 is provided, so that the connection member 370 can better press the massage belt 200.
It should be noted that, in some embodiments, in order to enhance the effect of fastening the massage belt by the connection member 370, the fastening protrusion includes a plurality of fastening teeth 373, and the plurality of fastening teeth 373 are arranged at intervals on the working side 371. The arrangement form can be various, for example, the arrangement form can be a tooth row, a tooth column or a specific pattern, and the like, and the arrangement form is exemplified by array arrangement.
In some embodiments, in order to improve the positional accuracy of the massage belt 200 in the second housing 350, a connection post 359 is provided within the second housing 350. The extending direction and specific position of the connection post 359 may be many, for example, the connection post 359 extends vertically from the bottom of the second housing 350 to the direction of the first housing 310. The connection post 359 is installed near one end of the massage belt 200 of the second housing 350. At the end of the massage belt 200 extending into the first mounting cavity 351, a positioning notch 221 is formed, and the positioning notch 221 may be formed at the middle position of the end in the width direction or may be formed at both sides of the end in the width direction; the number of the positioning notches 221 may be one or two. When the positioning notches 221 are provided on both sides of the end in the width direction, the number of the connecting posts 359 may be two, which are respectively provided corresponding to the positioning notches 221 on both sides. Thus, both sides of the massage belt 200 in the width direction can be restrained. It should be noted that in some embodiments, the connector 370 may be mounted on the connector post 359 for improved compactness of the structure. Specifically, the connection member 370 is fixedly connected directly to the connection post 359, or the connection member 370 is fixedly connected to the connection post 359 by a fastener.
There are many ways in which the electrical components 352 can be electrically connected to the massage unit 210, as will be described below.
The massage belt 200 includes a belt body 220 and an electrical connection structure 230, the belt body 220 having an installation space, the electrical connection structure 230 being disposed in the installation space; one end of the electrical connection structure 230 is connected to the massage unit 210, and the other end extends to the end of the massage belt 200 through the installation space and is electrically connected to the electronic element 352. In this embodiment, the belt body 220 may be integrally formed, or may be formed by stacking and splicing two flexible sheets. The belt body 220 is provided in a hollow shape to form an installation space, or one or both of the two sheets are protruded to form an installation space. The electrical connection structure 230 may be in many forms, and may be rigid, such as an electrical connection pad; may also be flexible, such as where electrical connection structure 230 includes a flexible circuit board 555 and/or conductive wires. Through the installation space and the setting of electric connection structure 230 for the electronic component 352 in massage unit 210 and the first handle 300 on the massage belt 200 can realize electric connection, simultaneously, electric connection structure 230 receives the protection of taking body 220, can avoid the influence of moisture, dust, mosquito etc. in the external environment, is favorable to improving electric connection structure 230 job stabilization nature. In some embodiments, in order to improve the stability of the mounting of the electronic component 352, a mounting groove 356 is formed in the second housing 350, and the electronic component 352 is mounted in the mounting groove 356. The mounting groove 356 is provided with a first through opening 357 adjacent to the groove wall of the belt body 220, and the other end of the electrical connection structure 230, which is far away from the massage unit 210, is connected with the electronic component 352 through the first through opening 357. By the arrangement of the mounting groove 356 and the first through opening 357, the mounting stability of the electronic component 352 can be improved, and the connection between the end of the electrical connection structure 230 and the electronic component 352 is facilitated. Meanwhile, the first through opening 357 limits the movable range of the end of the electrical connection structure 230, which is beneficial to improving the stability of the connection between the electrical connection structure 230 and the electronic component 352.
In some embodiments, to improve the stability of the massage belt 200 mounted in the first mounting cavity 351, the first handle 300 further includes a first limiting member 710, and a second through opening 358 is formed at the end of the second housing 350 connected to the massage belt 200; the first limiting member 710 is inserted into the second through hole 358, the first limiting member 710 has a limiting channel, and the end of the massage belt 200 extends into the second housing 350 through the limiting channel.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the first limiting member 710 may have a plurality of forms, such as a strip shape, a block shape, and the like, and is adapted to the shape of the second through hole 358. The first limiting member 710 may be a hard member or a flexible member, and the first limiting member 710 is exemplified as a flexible limiting member. After the first limiting member 710 is inserted into the second through hole 358, the first limiting member 710 is engaged with the second through hole 358 in a snap-fit manner, however, in some embodiments, the first limiting member may be engaged with the second through hole 358 in other manners, such as bonding, etc. The shape of the limiting channel is adapted to the shape of the end of the massage belt 200, for example, in a flat shape, so that the end of the massage belt 200 can smoothly pass through the limiting channel. Through the arrangement of the first limiting piece 710, the side wall with the limiting channel between the massage belt 200 and the second through hole 358 reduces the distance between the massage belt 200 and the side wall of the second through hole 358, reduces the shaking space of the massage belt 200, and is beneficial to improving the compactness of the structure. When the first limiting member 710 is a flexible limiting member, after the end portion of the massage belt 200 passes through the limiting channel, the first limiting member 710 is inserted into the second through hole 358, so that the first limiting member 710 is clamped in the second through hole 358, and the portion of the massage belt 200 sleeved by the first limiting member 710 is fixed relative to the second housing 350, which is beneficial to improving the installation stability of the massage belt 200. Meanwhile, in some embodiments, in order to improve the connection stability between the first limiting member 710 and the second housing 350, the first limiting member 710 has an appearance side 712 and a mounting side 711 opposite to each other, the appearance side 712 is exposed at an end of the second housing 350 to which the massage belt 200 is connected, and the mounting side 711 is provided with a fastening structure, and the fastening structure is fastened to an end of the second housing 350. There are many ways to connect the first housing 310 and the second housing 350, for example, the first housing and the second housing may be connected by a fastener such as a screw, or the second housing may be connected by a fastener 353. Taking the first housing 310 and the second housing 350 as an example for buckling connection, a buckle 353 and/or a buckle ear 317 are provided at the edge of the first housing 310, a buckle ear 317 is provided at the edge of the second housing 350 corresponding to the buckle 353, and/or a buckle 353 is provided corresponding to the buckle ear 317, and the buckle 353 and the buckle ear 317 are buckled. In this embodiment, a buckle 353 may be disposed at the edge of the first housing 310, and a buckle ear 317 may be disposed at the edge of the second housing 350, where the buckle 353 and the buckle ear 317 are matched; in other embodiments, the latch 317 may be provided on the side of the first housing 310, and the latch 353 may be provided on the side of the first housing 310; in some embodiments, both the catch 353 and the catch 317 may be provided at the side of the first housing 310, and the catch 317 and the catch 353 may be provided on the second housing 350 correspondingly. Taking the side portion of the second housing 350 as an example, the plurality of buckles 353 are arranged along the circumferential direction of the side portion of the second housing 350, so that the circumferential directions of the first housing 310 and the second housing 350 can be connected well and stably. In some embodiments, a support step 355 is formed on a side of the second housing 350 facing the first housing 310, a support piece 318 is formed on a side of the first housing 310 facing the second housing 350, and an end of the support piece 318 remote from the first housing 310 is used to abut against the support step 355. After the first casing 310 and the second casing 350 are matched, the free ends of the supporting pieces 318 are abutted against the supporting steps 355, so that the buckling between the first casing 310 and the second casing 350 can be positioned and limited, the first casing 310 and the second casing 350 are not easy to deviate and shake, the matching of the buckles 353 and the buckling lugs 317 is avoided to be dispersed, and the matching of the first casing 310 and the second casing 350 is very stable.
Wherein, in some embodiments, the first housing 310 comprises a mounting frame 311 and a mounting plate 312, the mounting plate 312 being mounted to the mounting frame 311; the mounting frame 311 is detachably connected to the second housing 350, and the mounting plate 312 is connected to an end of the bracket 100. In this embodiment, the overall shape of the mounting frame 311 is track-shaped, and the mounting frame 311 may be a hard frame. The mounting plate 312 is mounted in an area surrounded by the mounting frame 311, and is detachably connected to a frame bar (frame edge) of the mounting frame 311. There are many ways of detachable connection, such as snap connection, clamping connection, adhesion, connection by screw fastener, etc. The mounting plate 312 may be a hard plate or a flexible plate, and may be specifically configured according to practical situations. Through setting up first casing 310 as detachable installing frame 311 and mounting panel 312 for the material, the softness degree of two parts of first casing 310, and the colour all can be distinguished according to actual demand, make first casing 310 can be adapted to more occasions, be favorable to improving first casing 310's adaptability.
In some embodiments, in order to improve the compactness of the fitting of the mounting plate 312 and the mounting frame 311 and improve the fitting accuracy, a side of the mounting frame 311 facing away from the second housing 350 has a mounting recess 313, and an edge of the mounting plate 312 is mounted to the mounting recess 313. A positioning post 316 is formed on a side of the mounting plate 312 facing the second housing 350, a positioning bayonet 315 is formed on the mounting frame 311 corresponding to the positioning post 316, and the positioning post 316 is clamped in the positioning bayonet 315. In this embodiment, the mounting plate 312 is mounted in the mounting recess 313, so that the overall thickness of the first housing 310 is reduced, and at the same time, the mounting stability of the mounting plate 312 is greatly improved. By forming the positioning bayonet 315 on the mounting frame 311 and arranging the positioning post 316 on the mounting plate 312, the matching of the positioning post 316 and the positioning bayonet 315 can greatly improve the matching position precision of the mounting plate 312 and the mounting frame 311. Meanwhile, the positioning bayonet 315 limits the positioning column 316, which is beneficial to improving the connection stability of the mounting plate 312 and the mounting frame 311.
In some embodiments, the neck massager further comprises a second handle 500, the neck massager further comprising a second handle 500, the second handle 500 being mounted to an end of the bracket 100 remote from the first handle 300. The second handle 500 includes a third housing 510 and a fourth housing 550, the third housing 510 and the fourth housing 550 being connected to enclose a second mounting cavity 551 for mounting the electronic component 352; the third housing 510 is connected to an end of the stand 100 remote from the first housing 310, and the fourth housing 550 is connected to an end of the massage belt 200 remote from the second housing 350.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the second handle 500 includes a third housing 510 and a fourth housing 550, and the fourth housing 550 has a shape corresponding to that of the second housing 350. A third through hole 558 is formed at the end of the fourth housing 550, a second limiting member 720 is disposed in the third through hole 558, and one end of the massage belt 200 far away from the second housing 350 passes through the second limiting member 720 and is mounted in the second mounting cavity 551. The electronic component 352 mounted in the second mounting cavity 551 may be a circuit board 555, and it should be noted that a power button 553, a volume adjustment button 552, and the like may be disposed on the circuit board 555. The third housing 510 includes a second mounting frame 511 and a second mounting plate 512, and the matching manner of the second mounting plate 512 and the second mounting frame 511 is identical to that of the mounting plate 312 and the mounting frame 311 in the above embodiment, which is not described herein. The third housing 510 and the fourth housing 550 may be assembled in the same manner as the first housing 310 and the second housing 350.
In some embodiments, to improve the comfort of a user using the neck massager, the neck massager further comprises a cushioning layer and/or an encapsulation layer. Specifically, the neck massager further comprises a flexible buffer layer 610, wherein the flexible buffer layer 610 wraps at least part of the first handle 300; alternatively, the neck massager further comprises a flexible encapsulation layer 620, wherein the flexible buffer layer 610 encapsulates at least a portion of the first handle 300; alternatively, the neck massager further comprises a flexible buffer layer 610 and a flexible encapsulation layer 620, wherein the flexible buffer layer 610 encapsulates at least a part of the first handle 300, and the flexible buffer layer 610 encapsulates the flexible buffer layer 610. That is, the flexible buffer layer may be a sponge, a foam, or the like surrounding the first handle 300, and the flexible buffer layer 610 may be a sponge, a foam, or the like; the flexible packaging layer 620 may be a cotton wool fabric layer, a film layer, a plastic film layer, a skin layer, etc.; alternatively, the flexible buffer layer 610 may be wrapped on the first handle 300, and then the flexible encapsulation layer 620 may be wrapped on the flexible buffer layer 610. It should be noted that the flexible buffer layer 610 and/or the flexible encapsulation layer 620 may also be included on the second handle 500. In this way, through the setting of the flexible buffer layer 610 and/or the flexible packaging layer 620, when the user wears the neck massage apparatus, the first handle 300 and the second handle 500 can well limit, which is beneficial to improving the wearing reliability, and meanwhile, the position contacting the human skin is very soft and comfortable, which is beneficial to improving the user experience.

1. A neck massager, comprising:
a bracket;

The neck massager of claim 7 wherein the second housing has a mounting slot formed therein, the electronic component being mounted in the mounting slot; the mounting groove is provided with a first through hole adjacent to the groove wall of the belt body, and the electric connection structure is far away from the other end of the massage unit and penetrates through the first through hole to be connected with the electronic element; and/or the number of the groups of groups,
The electrical connection structure includes a flexible circuit board and/or wires.

16. The neck massager of any one of claims 1-13 further comprising a flexible buffer layer surrounding at least a portion of the first handle; or,
the neck massager further comprises a flexible packaging layer, wherein the flexible buffer layer at least wraps part of the first handle; or,
the neck massager further comprises a flexible buffer layer and a flexible packaging layer, wherein the flexible buffer layer at least wraps part of the first handle, and the flexible packaging layer wraps and packages the flexible buffer layer.
