In this embodiment, the positioning plug 313 may be a plug post, or may be a plug piece, and the positioning plug 313 is plugged in the positioning slot, so that the positions of the face shell 320 and the base 310 are aligned, which is beneficial to improving the alignment efficiency of the face shell 320 and the base 310 and preventing incorrect assembly, and thus, is beneficial to improving the assembly efficiency and the assembly precision of the face shell 320 and the base 310.
In some embodiments, to improve the mounting stability of the electronic control assembly 300, the support 200 includes a first package piece 210 and a second package piece 220, the first package piece 210 and the second package piece 220 are attached, the first package piece 210 and/or the second package piece 220 are partially protruded to form a protruded portion 221, a mounting cavity 225 is formed at a position of the support 200 corresponding to the protruded portion 221, and the electronic control assembly 300 is mounted in the mounting cavity 225. By providing the support 200 including the first and second package pieces 210 and 220 and packaging the electronic control assembly 300 between the first and second package pieces 210 and 220, the installation of the electronic control assembly 300 is very reliable. The second package piece 220 includes a piece body and a bump 221, where the bump 221 is covered on a side of the surface shell 320 opposite to the base 310. The connection between the protrusion 221 and the face shell 320 may be achieved in many ways, such as by adhesive connection, or by hot melt, two-shot molding, etc. The bulge 221 comprises an annular skirt 222 and a packaging flanging 223, one end of the annular skirt 222 is connected with the sheet body, and the other end is connected with the packaging flanging 223; the annular skirt 222 is attached to the outer side wall of the face-piece 320, and the packaging flange 223 is attached to the top of the face-piece 320. The shape of the encapsulation flange 223 may be varied, such as circular (in which the encapsulation flange 223 encapsulates the entire top of the face-piece 320), and annular (in which the encapsulation flange 223 encapsulates the edge of the top of the face-piece 320). By providing the ridge 221 to include the annular skirt 222 and the packaging flange 223 so that both the side wall and the top of the face case 320 are fitted with the ridge 221, it is advantageous to improve the connection reliability of the ridge 221 with the face case 320. In some embodiments, the packaging flange 223 is provided in an annular shape, and the top edge of the face shell 320 is formed with a packaging groove 321, and at least part of the packaging flange 223 is attached in the packaging groove 321. In this embodiment, the packaging groove 321 is disposed in an annular shape, and at least a portion of the packaging flange 223 is attached to a groove wall of the packaging groove 321. Of course, in some embodiments, a glue layer may be disposed between the packaging flange 223 and the wall of the packaging groove 321, so as to greatly improve the connection strength and the connection area between the packaging flange 223 and the panel shell 320. In some embodiments, the wearable massage device further comprises a panel 500, the panel 500 being mounted on top of the face shell 320, and an edge of the panel 500 abutting against the packaging flange 223. There are many ways to attach the panel 500 to the top of the face housing 320, such as by adhesive attachment, by heat staking, and the like. By abutting the edge of the panel 500 against the packaging flange 223, the packaging flange 223 is pressed on the top of the panel shell 320, which is beneficial to improving the strength and reliability of the matching of the packaging flange 223 and the panel shell 320.
In some embodiments, to improve the electrical connection stability of a wearable massage device, the wearable massage device includes: the belt comprises a main machine and a belt body 100, wherein the belt body 100 is connected with the main machine, and the belt body 100 is used for being worn by a human body; wherein, the host computer includes: a main body 20; the electric control assembly is mounted on the main body part 20; a massage member 700, the massage member 700 being mounted on one side of the main body 20; the massage member 700 protrudes at least partially from the main body 20; the flexible circuit board 600, the flexible circuit board 600 includes a connection section 610 and a heating portion 620, the flexible circuit board 600 is mounted on the main body 20, the connection section 610 is electrically connected between the electric control assembly and the heating portion 620, and the heating portion 620 is attached to the massage member 700.
In this embodiment, by disposing both the electric control assembly and the massage member 700 on the main body portion 20 and positioning the massage member 700 on one side of the electric control assembly, the distance between the electric control assembly and the massage member 700 is greatly shortened (compared with the case where the electric control assembly is disposed on the belt body 100), so that the flexible circuit board 600 connecting the electric control assembly (the electronic component 353) and the massage member 700 can be locally bent; in order to make the massage member 700 better contact with the skin of the human body, the massage member 700 is protruded from the main body 20, so that the electric connection part of the massage member 700 is not in the same plane as the electric connection part of the electric control assembly, and at this time, the flexible circuit board 600 is bent and extended to one side of the massage member 700 and is electrically connected with the massage member 700; so for massage piece 700 both can be fine massage the human body, can obtain stable, reliable electric connection again, so, be favorable to improving the operating stability and the travelling comfort of massage of wearable massage appearance, be favorable to improving user's use experience.
In some embodiments, the massage member 700 is a flexible massage sheet, the host further includes a pad, and the heat generating portion 620 is located between the flexible massage sheet and the pad. The connection section 610 includes a first section 611 and a second section 612, one end of the first section 611 is connected to the electric control assembly, the other end of the first section 611 is connected to one end of the second section 612, the other end of the second section 612 is connected to the heating portion 620, and the second section 612 is formed by bending the first section 611. The electrical connection portion 630 is disposed on a side of the heat-generating portion 620 facing away from the electro-stimulation massage device 720, the conductive adhesive layer 730 includes an adhesive layer body 732 and an extension portion 731 connected to the adhesive layer body 732, the adhesive layer body 732 is located between the electro-stimulation massage device 720 and the heat-generating portion 620, and the extension portion 731 extends to a side of the heat-generating portion 620 facing away from the electro-stimulation massage device 720 to be electrically connected with the electrical connection portion 630.
The main body portion 20 includes a support 200, the support 200 having a working side 230; an electrical control assembly 300, the electrical control assembly 300 comprising an electronic component 353; the massage member 700 is mounted to the support member 200, and the massage member 700 is positioned at one side of the electronic control assembly 300; the main machine comprises a pad 710 and a massage member 700, the pad 710 is used for supporting the electro-stimulation massage sheet 720, and the electro-stimulation massage sheet 720 at least partially protrudes from the working side 230; the flexible circuit board 600, the flexible circuit board 600 is installed in the supporting member 200, one end of the flexible circuit board 600 is electrically connected with the electronic component 353, and the other end is bent and extended to one side of the pad 710 facing the massage member 700 so as to be electrically connected with the electro-stimulation massage sheet 720 protruding from the working side 230; the belt body is connected with the support piece 200 and is used for being worn by a human body.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the electronic component 353 may be of a variety, and the electronic component 353 includes the circuit board 330 and/or the battery 350 as an example. The form of the electro-stimulation massage sheet 720 may be varied, and taking the example that the electro-stimulation massage sheet 720 includes the electro-stimulation massage sheet 720, the electro-stimulation massage sheet 720 outputs the electro-stimulation to the human body under the control of the electronic control unit 300. The electro-stimulation massage sheet 720 is at least partially protruded from the working side 230 so that the electro-stimulation massage sheet 720 can be better contacted with the skin of the human body. There may be many forms in which the electro-stimulation massage sheets 720 protrude from the working side 230, for example, the electro-stimulation massage sheets 720 are disposed on the working side 230; alternatively, the working side 230 is formed with the protrusion 221, and the electro-stimulation massage sheet 720 is disposed on the protrusion 221; alternatively, the electro-stimulation massage sheet 720 is partially mounted in the support 200 and partially extends outward to protrude from the working side 230. Taking the example that the electro-stimulation massage sheet 720 has a protruding mounting groove 721, the pad 710 is at least partially received in the mounting groove 721 to support the electro-stimulation massage sheet 720. The pad 710 may take various forms, such as a rigid pad 710, a flexible pad 710, and the like, such as a fleece, rubber, silica gel, sponge, foam, and the like, with the pad 710 being a flexible pad 710. The flexible circuit board 600 is mounted in the support 200 and extends within the support 200. One end of which is connected to the electronic component 353 and the other end of which is connected to the electro-stimulation massage sheet 720 to provide electrical energy and/or an electrical signal to the electro-stimulation massage sheet 720. The end of the flexible circuit board 600 connected to the electro-stimulation massage sheet 720 is located between the wall of the mounting groove 721 and the pad 710. In this way, the flexible circuit board 330 is bent, so that the pad 710 can provide support for the electro-stimulation massage sheet 720, and the stability of connection is not affected. The number of the electro-stimulation massage sheets 720 may be one or more, and two will be described as an example. The number of the electro-stimulation massage sheets 720 is two, the number of the flexible circuit boards 600 is two, the two electro-stimulation massage sheets 720 are positioned on two opposite sides of the electric control assembly 300, and the two flexible circuit boards 600 are respectively connected with the electro-stimulation massage sheets 720 and the electric control assembly 300. The two electro-stimulation massage sheets 720 and the electronic control assembly 300 are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the support 200, and the electronic control assembly 300 is positioned between the two electro-stimulation massage sheets 720, so that the distances between the two electro-stimulation massage sheets 720 and the electronic control assembly 300 are very close.
In this embodiment, by disposing both the electronic control unit 300 and the massage member 700 on the support member 200 and positioning the massage member 700 on one side of the electronic control unit 300, the distance between the electronic control unit 300 and the massage member 700 is greatly shortened (compared with the case where the electronic control unit 300 is disposed on the belt body), so that the flexible circuit board 600 connecting the electronic control unit 300 (the electronic component 353) and the massage member 700 (the electro-stimulation massage sheet 720) can be locally bent; in order to make the electro-stimulation massage sheet 720 better contact with the skin of the human body, the electro-stimulation massage sheet 720 is arranged to protrude from the working side 230 of the supporting member 200, and the pad 710 is arranged to support, so that the electric connection part of the electro-stimulation massage sheet 720 and the electric connection part of the electronic component 353 are not in the same plane, at this time, the flexible circuit board 600 is bent and extended to the side of the pad 710 facing the massage member 700, and is electrically connected with the electro-stimulation massage sheet 720; so for electric stimulation massage piece 720 both can be fine carry out electric stimulation massage to the human body, can obtain stable, reliable electric connection again, so, be favorable to improving the travelling stability of wearable massage appearance and electric stimulation massage's travelling comfort, be favorable to improving user's use experience.
In some embodiments, to further enhance the massage experience, the flexible circuit board 600 includes a connection section 610 and a heat generating portion 620, the connection section 610 has a first section 611 and a second section 612, the first section 611 is connected with the electronic component 353, the second section 612 is connected with the heat generating portion 620, and the heat generating portion 620 is located between the pad 710 and the bottom of the mounting groove 721.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the first section 611 and the electronic component 353 may be connected in a plurality of manners, for example, may be directly welded, or connected by conductive adhesive, or connected by a connection terminal, etc. The second section 612 includes a bending portion 615, one end of the bending portion 615 is connected to the first section 611, and the other end is bent into the mounting groove 721 to be connected to the heat generating portion 620. The bending angle of the bending portion 615 is 80 ° to 120 °, for example, 90 ° to 120 °. The shape of the heat generating part 620 is equivalent to that of the electro-stimulation massage sheet 720, so that the heat generated by the heat generating part 620 can be uniformly transferred to the electro-stimulation massage sheet 720. By disposing the heat generating portion 620 between the pad body 710 and the groove bottom of the mounting groove 721, the heat generated by the heat generating portion 620 is transferred to the electro-stimulation massage sheet 720, and at the same time, the pad body 710 can also block the heat from escaping into the supporter.
In some embodiments, in order to improve the reliability of the electrical connection of the electro-stimulation massage sheet 720, the electro-stimulation massage sheet 720 further includes a conductive adhesive layer 730 and an electrical connection portion 630, the electrical connection portion 630 is mounted on the heat generating portion 620, one end of the conductive adhesive layer 730 is connected to the electrical connection portion 630, and the other end is connected to the electro-stimulation massage sheet 720. In this embodiment, there are many positions where the electric connection portion 630 is mounted on the heat generating portion 620, for example, the electric connection portion 630 is disposed on the side of the heat generating portion 620 facing the pad body 710, so that the side of the heat generating portion 620 facing the electric stimulation massage sheet 720 can generate heat, and the electric connection portion 630 is mounted on the side facing the pad body 710, so that the space is fully and reasonably utilized, and the heat generating area of the heat generating portion 620 is ensured to be sufficient. For example, the electric conductive adhesive layer 730 includes an extending portion 731 and an adhesive layer body 732 which are connected in a bending manner, wherein one end of the extending portion 731 away from the adhesive layer body 732 is electrically connected with the electric connecting portion 630, and the adhesive layer body 732 is located between the heating portion 620 and the bottom of the mounting groove 721 (the electric stimulation massage sheet 720). Thus, the conductive adhesive layer 730 can be reliably connected with the electrical connection portion 630 and the electrical stimulation massage sheet 720, so that the conductive stability is reliably ensured.
In some embodiments, to improve the mounting stability of the electro-stimulation massage sheet 720, the electro-stimulation massage sheet 720 further includes an annular flange 722, and the inner side of the annular flange 722 is connected with the groove edge of the mounting groove 721; the supporting member 200 includes a first package piece 210, the first package piece 210 has a mounting hole 211, the electro-stimulation massage piece 720 is disposed corresponding to the mounting hole 211, the annular flange 722 is connected with the first package piece 210 enclosing to form the mounting hole 211, and the electro-stimulation massage piece 720 forming the mounting groove 721 is exposed through the mounting hole 211. In this embodiment, the annular flange 722 may be connected to the first package 210 by a plurality of methods, such as adhesive, thermal fusion, etc. The annular flange 722 is attached to the side of the first package piece 210 facing the second package piece. The electro-stimulation massage sheet 720 may be a metal massage sheet or a flexible conductive film. By providing the annular flange 722, the electro-stimulation massage chip 720 can be reliably mounted on the first package chip 210.
In some embodiments, to improve the connection stability between the flexible circuit board 600 and the electronic control assembly 300, the electronic control assembly 300 includes a base 310, the electronic component 353 is disposed on the base 310, the base 310 has a pressing portion 318, the support 200 includes a first package piece 210, and the base 310 is mounted on the first package piece 210; the flexible circuit board 600 is at least partially clamped between the pressing portion 318 and the first encapsulation piece 210 at an end remote from the electro-stimulation massage piece 720. In this embodiment, the flexible circuit board 600 includes a connection section 610, and the first section 611 of the flexible circuit board 330 passes through the bottom of the base 310 and is then connected to the electronic component 353. In this way, the base 310 can press the flexible circuit board 330 on the first packaging sheet 210, so that the pressed portion of the connection section 610 is relatively fixed with the base 310, thereby avoiding the connection section 610 between the base 310 and the electro-stimulation massage sheet 720 from dragging the first section 611, and being beneficial to improving the stability of the connection between the first section 611 and the electronic component 353. In order to better connect the flexible circuit board 600 to the electronic component 353, the base 310 has a via hole 31f adjacent to the pressing portion 318, and a portion of the flexible circuit board 600 passing through the pressing portion 318 is electrically connected to the electronic component 353 through the via hole 31 f. Through the arrangement of the via hole 31f, the first section 611 can directly penetrate out of the via hole 31f, so that the overlong flexible circuit board 600 is prevented from being pressed, and the flexible circuit board 600 can be quickly extended to the electronic component 353. The side of the pressing portion 318 facing the first package piece 210 has a relief groove 319, and the clamped portion of the flexible circuit board 600 is at least partially located in the relief groove 319. Through the setting of the groove 319 of stepping down, can protect the flexible circuit board 600, avoid the too big and damage of extrusion force that flexible circuit board 600 received, also both can realize the spacing of pressing (centre gripping) to flexible circuit board 600, can avoid flexible circuit board 600 to be damaged because the extrusion force that receives is too big again.
In some embodiments, in order to enable the pressing portion 318 to accurately press the flexible circuit board 600, a side of the pressing portion 318 facing the flexible circuit board 600 has a first positioning protrusion 31e, and a portion of the flexible circuit board 600 to be clamped is provided with a first positioning hole 613 corresponding to the positioning protrusion, and the first positioning protrusion 31e is used for matching with the first positioning hole 613. By the cooperation of the first positioning hole 613 and the first positioning protrusion 31e, the convenience and accuracy of the cooperation of the pressing portion 318 and the circuit board 330 assembly are greatly improved.
In some embodiments, to further improve the reliability of the connection of the flexible circuit board 600 to the electronic component 353, the electronic control assembly 300 includes a base 310, the base 310 includes a mounting boss 317, the electronic component 353 includes a circuit board 330, and the circuit board 330 is located above the mounting boss 317; the flexible circuit board 600 is bent and extended to the mounting boss 317 at an end remote from the electro-stimulation massage sheet 720 and is electrically connected to the circuit board 330.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the circuit board 330 is mounted above the mounting boss 317 in various manners, such as by a mounting bracket or a supporting structure, or the like. The mounting boss 317 and the circuit board 330 have a mounting gap therebetween, and the first section 611 of the flexible circuit board 600 is bent to extend to the mounting boss 317 and is electrically connected to the circuit board 330. The flexible circuit board 600 may be connected to a board surface of the circuit board 330 facing the mounting boss 317, or may be connected to a board surface of the circuit board 330 facing away from the base 310. By the provision of the mounting bosses 317, the flexible circuit board 600 can be effectively supported, thereby reducing the influence of its own weight on its connection when connected with the circuit board 330. To further improve the mounting stability of the flexible circuit board 600, the flexible circuit board 600 includes a connection section 610 and a mounting plate 650, the connection section 610 is connected to the mounting plate 650, and the mounting plate 650 is connected to the mounting boss 317. There are many ways in which the mounting plate 650 can be attached to the mounting boss 317, such as by a screw connection, a snap connection, an adhesive connection, or the like. Wherein the connecting section 610 is attached to one plate surface of the mounting plate 650; the mounting plate 650 is attached to the mounting boss 317 opposite the plate surface of the connection section 610. The connection between the connection section 610 and the mounting plate 650 may be by gluing, hot melting, or fastening, or may be by fastening. The connection section 610 is attached to the mounting board 650, so that the contact area of the connection section 610 and the mounting board 650 can be greatly increased, and the flatness of the connection section 610 at the connection position is improved, so that the connection reliability of the connection section 610 and the circuit board 330 is improved. In order to improve the position accuracy and the mounting reliability of the mounting plate 650 on the mounting boss 317, a limiting groove 31c is formed at the top of the mounting boss 317, and the mounting plate 650 is mounted on the limiting groove 31c. The top of the mounting boss 317 forms a second positioning protrusion 31d, and a second positioning hole is formed in the mounting plate 650 corresponding to the second positioning protrusion 31 d. Through the setting of spacing groove 31c for spacing groove 31 c's spacing is received to mounting panel 650, is favorable to preventing that mounting panel 650 from moving, thereby improves the connection stability of mounting panel 650 and installation boss 317. Through the cooperation of the second positioning protrusion 31d and the second positioning hole, the position accuracy of the mounting plate 650 on the mounting boss 317 is greatly improved, and meanwhile, the assembly efficiency of the mounting plate 650 and the mounting boss 317 is also improved.

1. A wearable massage device, comprising:
the belt body is connected with the host machine and is used for being worn by a human body;
the host includes:
a main body portion;
the electric control assembly is arranged on the main body part;
the massage piece is arranged on one side of the main body part; the massage part at least partially protrudes from the main body part;
the flexible circuit board comprises a connecting section and a heating part, the flexible circuit board is installed on the main body part, the connecting section is electrically connected between the electric control assembly and the heating part, and the heating part is attached to the massage part.
2. The wearable massage apparatus of claim 1, wherein the massage member is a flexible massage sheet, the host further comprising a pad, the heat generating portion being located between the flexible massage sheet and the pad.

The wearable massage apparatus of claim 2, wherein the connection section comprises a first section and a second section, one end of the first section is connected to the electronic control assembly, the other end of the first section is connected to one end of the second section, the other end of the second section is connected to the heat generating portion, and the second section is formed by bending from the first section.

The wearable massage apparatus of claim 3, wherein the body portion comprises a first package piece having a mounting hole, the electronic control assembly and the first segment are located on one side of the first package piece, the flexible massage piece is located on the other side of the first package piece, and the second segment is located in the mounting hole.

The wearable massage apparatus of claim 4, wherein the flexible massage sheet comprises a mounting groove, the mounting groove is disposed corresponding to the mounting hole, the pad is positioned in the mounting groove, the heating portion is positioned between the pad and a bottom of the mounting groove, and the second section extends into the mounting groove to be connected with the heating portion.

The wearable massage apparatus of claim 2, wherein the connection section comprises a first section and a second section, one end of the first section being connected to the electronic control assembly, the other end of the first section being connected to one end of the second section, the other end of the second section being connected to the heat generating portion; the flexible massage sheet comprises a mounting groove, the cushion body is positioned in the mounting groove, the heating part is positioned between the cushion body and the bottom of the mounting groove, and the second section extends into the mounting groove to be connected with the heating part; and/or the number of the groups of groups,
The cushion body is a flexible cushion body.

The wearable massage apparatus of claim 1, wherein the massage member is an electro-stimulation massage member, the heating portion is exposed with an electrical connection portion, the electrical connection portion is electrically connected with the electronic control assembly through the connection section, and the host further comprises a conductive adhesive layer, and the conductive adhesive layer is located between the heating portion and the electro-stimulation massage member and electrically connects the electrical connection portion and the electro-stimulation massage member.

The wearable massage apparatus of claim 7, wherein the electrical connection portion is disposed on a side of the heat-generating portion facing away from the electro-stimulation massage element, the conductive adhesive layer comprises an adhesive layer body and an extension portion connected to the adhesive layer body, the adhesive layer body is disposed between the electro-stimulation massage element and the heat-generating portion, and the extension portion extends to a side of the heat-generating portion facing away from the electro-stimulation massage element and is electrically connected to the electrical connection portion.
9. The wearable massage apparatus of claim 6, wherein the flexible massage sheet further comprises an annular cuff, an inner side of the annular cuff being connected to a rim of the mounting groove;
the main body part includes first encapsulation piece, first encapsulation piece has the mounting hole, flexible massage piece corresponds the mounting hole sets up, annular turn-ups with first encapsulation piece is connected and encircles the mounting hole sets up.

The wearable massage apparatus of claim 1, wherein the electronic control assembly comprises an electronic component, the body portion comprises a first package piece and a base, the base is mounted on the first package piece, the electronic component is disposed on the base, and the base has a pressing portion;
the connecting section is clamped between the pressing part and the first packaging piece at least partially.
11. The wearable massage apparatus of claim 10, wherein the base has a via adjacent the abutment, a portion of the flexible circuit board passing through the abutment being electrically connected to the electronic component through the via; and/or the number of the groups of groups,
one side of the pressing part facing the first packaging piece is provided with a yielding groove, and the clamped part of the flexible circuit board is at least partially positioned in the yielding groove.

The wearable massage apparatus of claim 10, wherein a side of the pressing portion facing the flexible circuit board has a first positioning protrusion, and the portion of the flexible circuit board to be clamped has a first positioning hole corresponding to the positioning protrusion, and the first positioning protrusion is configured to mate with the first positioning hole.

The wearable massage apparatus of claim 1, wherein the electronic control assembly comprises an electronic component, the body portion comprises a base, the base comprises a mounting boss, the electronic component comprises a circuit board, and the circuit board is located above the mounting boss;
