In order to avoid that the egg tray falls from the discharge end of the egg tray conveying mechanism 1, in a further embodiment, the discharge end of the egg tray conveying mechanism 1 is provided with a baffle 103, and the egg tray stays at the discharge end of the egg tray conveying mechanism 1 under the limitation of the baffle 103 to wait for the gripping of the egg tray gripping mechanism 7.

In a further embodiment, the box supporting assembly may further include a vertical rod, the mounting rack 600 may be vertically and adjustably disposed at the vertical rod, and the user may adjust the height of the mounting rack 600 according to the height of the actual carton, so as to adapt to cartons with different heights; in addition, two supporting plates 601 of the supporting box assembly can be arranged, the two supporting plates 601 can be transversely arranged at the mounting frame 600 in an adjustable mode, and a user can adjust the distance between the two supporting plates 601 according to the actual width of the carton.
In some embodiments, the conveying direction of the carton conveying mechanism and the egg tray conveying mechanism 1 is transverse; the egg tray conveying mechanism 1 is positioned above the carton output mechanism 4, and the discharging end of the egg tray conveying mechanism 1 is positioned above the feeding end of the carton output mechanism 4; the drive assembly comprises a vertical drive mechanism 703 and a horizontal drive mechanism 704; the clamping jaw is arranged at the vertical driving mechanism 703, the vertical driving mechanism 703 is used for driving the clamping jaw to move up and down, and the vertical driving mechanism 703 is arranged at the horizontal driving mechanism; the transverse driving mechanism 704 is used for driving the vertical driving mechanism 703 and the clamping jaw to move transversely. In the actual operation process, when the egg tray is conveyed to the discharge end of the egg tray conveying mechanism 1, the horizontal driving mechanism 704 drives the clamping jaw to transversely move to the position above the egg tray, the vertical driving mechanism 703 drives the clamping jaw to descend to the height capable of clamping the egg tray, after the clamping jaw clamps the egg tray, the horizontal driving mechanism 704 drives the clamping jaw to transversely move to the position above the discharge end of the carton input mechanism 3, the vertical driving mechanism 703 drives the clamping jaw to continuously descend to the height capable of placing the egg tray into the carton, and the clamping jaw loosens the egg tray so as to continuously clamp and take the next egg tray.

In some embodiments, the clamping jaw includes a clamping jaw frame 700, two clamping bodies 701 and a clamping body driving mechanism 702, wherein the two clamping bodies 701 are detachably arranged at two sides of the clamping jaw frame 700 respectively, therefore, the clamping bodies 701 can be provided with various sizes, and a user can choose to install the clamping bodies 701 with corresponding sizes at the clamping jaw frame 700 according to the sizes of actual egg trays so as to adapt to egg trays with different sizes. the egg supporting clamping mechanism comprises clamping jaws and a driving assembly, and the driving assembly is in transmission connection with the clamping jaws to drive the clamping jaws to move.
2. The egg case packer according to claim 1, wherein the egg tray detection unit comprises a laser emitter and a laser receiver, which are respectively provided at both sides of the lower projection of the blocking member.

The egg case packer of claim 1, wherein the egg carrier conveying mechanism is a chain type roller conveying mechanism, and the chain type roller conveying mechanism comprises two groups of chain transmission assemblies, a power assembly and a plurality of roller shafts; the two groups of chain transmission assemblies are arranged side by side, the plurality of roll shafts are arranged between the two groups of chain transmission assemblies and are sequentially arranged at equal intervals along the chains of the chain transmission assemblies, two ends of each roll shaft are respectively connected with the chains of the two groups of chain transmission assemblies, and the roll shafts can axially rotate; the power assembly is in transmission connection with the chain transmission assembly to drive the chain transmission assembly to move.
