The specific meaning of the above terms in the present utility model can be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art according to the specific circumstances.
Referring to fig. 1-2 of the specification, a body position fixing device for assisting a patient to twist and lie on one side, provided by an embodiment of the utility model, comprises a base plate 1, a door-shaped frame 2, an upper body limiting assembly 3 and a lower body limiting assembly 4, wherein: the surface of the substrate 1 is rectangular; the door-shaped frame 2 is in a door shape and spans between two opposite sides of the base plate 1, and the door-shaped frame 2 comprises two upright posts vertically connected with the base plate 1 and a cross beam 23 erected between the two upright posts; the upper body limiting assembly 3 is arranged between the two upright posts and comprises a first clamping plate 33 and a second clamping plate 34 which are oppositely arranged, the distance between the first clamping plate 33 and the second clamping plate 34 is controlled to change, and the distance between the first clamping plate 33 and the two upright posts and the distance between the second clamping plate 34 and the two upright posts are controlled to change; the lower body limiting assembly 4 is located at one end of the base plate 1 far away from the portal frame, and comprises an upper foot ring 43 and a lower foot ring 44 which are vertically stacked, wherein the upper foot ring 43 is connected with the cross beam 23 through a third connecting mechanism 41 and/or the lower foot ring 44 is connected with the base plate 1 through a fourth connecting mechanism 42, and the distances between the upper foot ring 43 and the lower foot ring 44 relative to four sides of the base plate 1 are controlled to change.
It will be appreciated that the first clamping plate 33 and the second clamping plate 34 act on the chest and back of the patient in the lateral lying state to limit the upper body of the patient, and the upper foot ring 43 and the lower foot ring 44 act on the upper ankle and the lower ankle of the patient in the lateral lying state to limit the lower body of the patient, so that the patient is kept in a contracted lateral lying position with the lower head and the bow waist, the technical problems that the patient feels uncomfortable on a common operation bed in the prior art, the limbs are difficult to be matched and adjusted to the required lateral lying position well, even if medical staff assist in setting the body position, some patients cannot keep the body position and frequently move the limbs, and the operation of the medical staff is seriously affected are solved.
It should be noted that, if on a common operation table, after a patient in a lateral lying state adjusts himself or with the assistance of a medical staff, the patient usually needs to exert an automatic control of force after the patient is in a contracted position of the lower head and the bow, and the patient is kept for a long time, however, due to factors such as weak age, older age, obesity, weak body, mental fear, and mania, some patients are difficult to keep in such uncomfortable position for a long time, and the upper body limiting assembly 3 and the lower body limiting assembly 4 are provided, the patient can be adjusted and assisted for a long time by helping the patient by means of external force, thereby avoiding long-time muscle tightness and mental tension of the patient, and being beneficial to smooth performance of medical examination, clinical treatment or lumbar hip surgery.
The substrate 1 may be a single plate surface, and may be disposed on an operation table or an operation table when necessary, for the patient to twist and lie on the side; the base plate 1 may also be the top plate of the operating table or the common operating bed, and the door-shaped frame 2, the upper body limiting assembly 3, the lower body limiting assembly 4 and related accessories are detachably arranged on the operating table or the common operating bed. The base plate 1 is rectangular, and when a patient is in a contracted lateral position, the projected external regular quadrangle on the base plate 1 is basically rectangular, so that the base plate 1 is rectangular, plates are saved, and the waist, back and hip of the patient are closer to the edge of the base plate 1, so that the medical care operation is convenient. Because patients have different body types due to differences in age, sex, course, etc., the distance between the first splint 33 and the second splint 34 is controlled to vary, thereby adapting to the body types of different patients. The positions of the chest and back of the patient may be different when the patient lies on the upper side of the base plate 1 due to differences in body shape and body flexibility, etc., so that the distances between the first splint 33 and the second splint 34 with respect to the two upright posts are controlled to vary.
With continued reference to figures 1-2 of the drawings, as a further example, two uprights are defined as a first upright 21 and a second upright 22, respectively; the bottom ends of the first upright 21 and the second upright 22 are respectively provided with a first fixing clamp 211 and a second fixing clamp 221, and the first fixing clamp 211 and the second fixing clamp 221 can synchronously move and fix along the side edge of the substrate 1; the first upright post 21 and the second upright post 22 are respectively sleeved with a first sliding sleeve 212 and a second sliding sleeve 222, the first sliding sleeve 212 can move and fix along the first upright post 21, and the second sliding sleeve 222 can move and fix along the second upright post 22. It can be understood that, due to the difference of the height, the body type, etc. of the patient, the positions of the chest cavity in the length direction of the base plate 1 may be different, so that the first fixing clip 211 and the second fixing clip 221 move or fix along the side of the base plate 1, thereby matching the height and the body type of the patient and further making the lateral posture of the patient more comfortable and natural; the first runner 212 and the second runner 222 are different in height on the posts (the first post 21 and the second post 22 are collectively referred to as posts without ambiguity) to accommodate different body widths of the patient (i.e., the height of the chest back of the patient when in the lateral position).
The first fixing clip 211 and the second fixing clip 221 are provided with knobs, and the sizes of the clips on the upper and lower sides of the substrate 1 can be adjusted, so that the fixing clips are fixed or moved along the side of the substrate 1. The first and second sliding sleeves 212, 222 are provided with knobs which change the size of the apertures through which the trepanning is allowed to pass, thereby allowing the sliding sleeves to move or be fixed along the posts.
As a further example, referring to fig. 1-2 of the specification, the first clamping plate 33 is connected to the first sliding sleeve 212 by a first connecting mechanism 31, and the first connecting mechanism 31 includes a first loop bar 311 fixedly connected to the first sliding sleeve 212 and a first inner bar 312 connected to the first clamping plate 33, at least a portion of the first inner bar 312 extends into the first loop bar 311, and the length of the first inner bar 312 extending out of the first loop bar 311 is controlled to vary.
It should be noted that, the second connecting mechanism 32 and the first connecting mechanism 31 are symmetrically arranged and have the same structure, that is, the second clamping plate 34 is connected with the second sliding sleeve 222 through the second connecting mechanism 32, the second connecting mechanism 32 includes a second cross rod 321 fixedly connected with the second sliding sleeve 222 and a second inner cross rod 322 connected with the second clamping plate 34, at least part of the second inner cross rod 322 extends into the second cross rod 321, and the length of the second inner cross rod 322 extending out of the second cross rod 321 is controlled to change.
It will be appreciated that the adjustment of the distance between the first clamp plate 33 and the second clamp plate 34 can be achieved by providing the first connection mechanism 31 or the second connection mechanism 32 between the clamp plates (the first clamp plate 33 and the second clamp plate 34 are collectively referred to as the clamp plates without ambiguity) and the slide sleeve (the first slide sleeve 212 and the second slide sleeve 222 are collectively referred to as the slide sleeve without ambiguity), and thus by changing the length of the inner rail (the first inner rail 312 and the second inner rail 322) extending beyond the inner rail (the first inner rail 311 and the second inner rail 321 are collectively referred to as the inner rail without ambiguity), the adjustment of the distance between the first clamp plate 33 and the second clamp plate 34 can be achieved, and the position of the first clamp plate 33 relative to the first upright 21 and the second upright 22 can be adapted to the thickness and the position of the chest of different patients.
Referring to fig. 1-2 of the drawings, as a preferred embodiment, the first connecting mechanism 31 further includes at least two first diagonal braces 313, at least two first diagonal braces 313 are uniformly distributed along the circumference of the first cross brace 311, one end of each first diagonal brace 313 is connected to the first cross brace 311 and can slide along the axial direction of the first cross brace 311, and the other end of each first diagonal brace 313 is fixedly connected to the first clamping plate 33.
It should be noted that, the second connecting mechanism 32 and the first connecting mechanism 31 are symmetrically arranged and have the same structure, that is, the second connecting mechanism 32 further includes at least two second diagonal braces 323, at least two second diagonal braces 323 are uniformly distributed along the circumference of the second cross brace 321, one end of each second diagonal brace 323 is connected with the second cross brace 321 and can slide along the axial direction of the second cross brace 321, and the other end of each second diagonal brace 323 is fixedly connected with the second clamping plate 34.
It will be appreciated that the provision of diagonal braces (the first diagonal brace 313 and the second diagonal brace 323 being collectively referred to as diagonal braces without ambiguity) may strengthen the connection between the inner rail and the clamp plate, and that the end of the diagonal brace remote from the clamp plate is connected to the rail while in a form that slides axially along the rail, as the axial distance of the clamp plate relative to the rail may vary.
Referring to fig. 1-2 of the specification, as a preferred embodiment, the first cross sleeve rod 311 and the first cross inner rod 312 are connected through threads, the first cross inner rod 312 is rotationally connected with the first clamping plate 33, a slip ring is arranged on the first cross sleeve rod 311, and one end, away from the first clamping plate 33, of at least two first diagonal braces 313 is fixedly connected with the slip ring.
It should be noted that, the second connecting mechanism 32 and the first connecting mechanism 31 are symmetrically arranged and have the same structure, that is, the second cross sleeve rod 321 and the second cross inner rod 322 are connected by threads, the second cross inner rod 322 is rotationally connected with the second clamping plate 34, the second cross sleeve rod 321 is provided with a slip ring, and at least two second diagonal struts 323 are fixedly connected with the slip ring at two ends far away from the second clamping plate 34.
It can be understood that if the cross sleeve rod is connected with the cross inner rod through threads, the length of the cross sleeve rod extending out of the cross sleeve rod can be adjusted by rotating the cross inner rod, so that one end of the cross inner rod, which is far away from the cross sleeve rod, is rotationally connected with the clamping plate, and in order to realize the form that the diagonal brace axially slides along the cross sleeve rod, the sliding ring is arranged on the cross sleeve rod, one end of the diagonal brace, which is far away from the clamping plate, can be directly connected with the sliding ring, and the connecting effect can be achieved on the clamping plate, and meanwhile, the rotation of the cross inner rod relative to the cross sleeve rod is not hindered.
Referring to fig. 1-2 of the drawings, as an alternative embodiment, a restraining band 35 is provided between the first clamping plate 33 and the second clamping plate 34, and at least one end of the restraining band 35 is detachably connected to the first clamping plate 33 or the second clamping plate 34. It can be appreciated that the restraint strap 35 disposed between the first clamping plate 33 and the second clamping plate 34 can more properly limit the patients with mania and unstable spirit, so as to avoid the patients from moving in a large range and affecting the normal operation of the medical staff. One or both ends of the restraint strap 35 are detachably connected with the clamping plates, so that the medical staff can realize or release the restraint and the limitation operation of patients more conveniently.
Referring to fig. 1-2 of the drawings and fig. 4 of the drawings, as an alternative embodiment, the upper leg ring 43 has a downward opening, the lower leg ring 44 has an upward opening, the opening of the upper leg ring 43 and the opening of the lower leg ring 44 are disposed opposite to each other, and the upper leg ring 43 and the lower leg ring 44 are detachably connected. It will be appreciated that the upper foot ring 43 and the lower foot ring 44 are provided with opposite openings, so that the ankle of the patient below is conveniently placed into the lower foot ring 44 from the upward opening, and the opening of the upper foot ring 43 is conveniently covered on the outer side of the ankle of the patient above until the upper foot ring 43 and the lower foot ring 44 are abutted. In order to make the upper foot ring 43 and the lower foot ring 44 more stable, avoid being forced to separate by patients, the opening positions of the upper foot ring 43 and the lower foot ring 44 can be provided with a plug-in structure 45, thereby realizing the detachable connection of the upper foot ring 43 and the lower foot ring 44.
As a further embodiment, referring to fig. 1 and 3 of the specification, a third sliding sleeve 231 is disposed on the beam 23, and the third connecting mechanism 41 includes a vertical sleeve rod 411 fixedly connected to the third sliding sleeve 231, where the vertical sleeve rod 411 is perpendicular to the beam 23 and extends along a direction parallel to the substrate 1; the end of the longitudinal sleeve rod 411 away from the third sliding sleeve 231 is provided with an inward folding rod 412, the inward folding rod 412 comprises a horizontal section coaxial with the longitudinal sleeve rod 411 and a vertical section perpendicular to the longitudinal sleeve rod 411, at least part of the horizontal section extends into the longitudinal sleeve rod 411, the length of the horizontal section extending out of the longitudinal sleeve rod 411 is controlled to change, and the vertical section extends to the upper foot ring 43 and is connected with the upper foot ring 43.
