mounting a fixing square 4 at the cutting position of the two repeated structures of the waste section to ensure that the waste section forms a stable second cylinder structure when the slider 1 connects the two repeated structures of the waste section; and sewing a repeated structure on the cutting end of the second cylinder structure to form an available air duct unit with the length smaller than that of the standard air duct unit. Claims (10)
1. A split zipper with interchangeable insert heads, comprising:
the two zipper strips (2), wherein zipper teeth (3) are arranged on one side edge of the zipper strips (2), and fixed blocks (4) and bolts (5) are respectively arranged on the two ends of the zipper strips (2) in the arrangement direction of the zipper teeth (3);
a slider (1) having two guide cavities; one of the guide chain cavities of the pull head (1) is arranged on the zipper teeth (3) of one of the zipper code belts (2) so that the zipper code belt (2) becomes a belt head, the other zipper code belt (2) becomes a plug, the plug pin (5) of the plug is provided to pass through the other guide chain cavity of the pull head (1), and the travelling direction of the pull head (1) on the belt head is the direction from the fixed square (4) of the belt head to the plug pin (5).
2. The insert pin interchangeable open-ended zipper of claim 1, wherein:
the fixed square block (4) is fixedly connected with the zipper code strip (2) and is provided with a first slot;
a bolt (5) with a head is spliced with a first slot of the plug; the bolt (5) of the plug is inserted into the first slot with the head.
3. The insert pin interchangeable open-ended zipper of claim 1, wherein:
the fixed square block (4) is detachably connected with the zipper code strip (2), and a first slot is formed in the fixed square block;
a bolt (5) with a head is spliced with a first slot of the plug; the bolt (5) of the plug is inserted into the first slot with the head.
4. The insert pin interchangeable open-ended zipper of claim 3, wherein:
two ends of the zipper code belt (2) with the head are provided with bolts (5); the fixed square (4) with the head is also provided with a second slot, and the fixed square (4) with the head is spliced with one of two bolts (5) with the head through the second slot;
two ends of the zipper code belt (2) of the plug are provided with bolts (5); the fixed square (4) of the plug is also provided with a second slot, and the fixed square (4) of the plug is spliced with one of two bolts (5) of the plug through the second slot.
5. The insert pin interchangeable open-ended zipper of claim 4, wherein:
the fixing square block (4) is provided with a notch groove communicated with the first slot and the second slot on the side edge of the width direction of the zipper code strip (2), and the notch groove is used for accommodating the end part of the zipper code strip (2).
6. The insert pin interchangeable open-ended zipper of claim 1, wherein:
the zipper teeth (3) and the fixing square blocks (4) are made of nylon, resin or metal.
7. The insert pin interchangeable open-ended zipper of claim 1, wherein:
the number of the pull heads (1) is one or two; the pull head (1) is detachably connected to the plug or the belt head through a bolt (5).
8. A flexible ductwork system, comprising:
a plurality of standard ductwork units, two adjacent standard ductwork units being connected by a split zipper with interchangeable plugs as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6.
9. The flexible ductwork system according to claim 8, characterized in that:
the standard air duct unit comprises a rectangular sheet (6), wherein the rectangular sheet (6) is combined by the split zipper with the interchangeable plug according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
10. The flexible ductwork system according to claim 8, characterized in that:
the standard air pipe unit comprises an air pipe straight pipe, an air pipe horizontal tee joint, an air pipe vertical tee joint, an air pipe horizontal elbow or an air pipe vertical elbow.
