The first solution obtains a voltage coil winding tool with a first set of fixing elements being a first groove 201 and a second set of fixing elements being a second groove 202.
In the first solution, the first groove 201 may be further configured as an annular groove, the annular grooves with different sizes are distributed on the connecting die 2 according to different diameters of the annular grooves with the center of the connecting die 2 as the center, and each annular groove with a diameter size can be matched with a winding die 1 with a cross-sectional size, so that the connecting die 2 can be matched with a different winding die 1. At the end A of the cloth cylinder 3, the winding mould 1 is inserted into the connection mould 2 through an annular groove at one side of the connection mould 2 close to the winding mould 1, and the cylinder wall of the cloth cylinder 3 is inserted into the connection mould 2 through a second groove 202 at one side of the connection mould 2 close to the cloth cylinder 3; at the B end of the cloth cylinder 3, at one side of the connecting die 2 close to the winding die 1, the winding die 1 is inserted into the connecting die 2 through an annular groove, at one side of the connecting die 2 close to the cloth cylinder 3, the cylinder wall of the cloth cylinder 3 is inserted into the connecting die 2 through a second groove 202, and then a voltage coil winding tool with a first fixing piece set being the annular groove and a second fixing piece set being the second groove 202 is obtained.
The second scheme is as follows: the first fixing member sets are first studs 203, and at least 2 first studs 203 are provided, and the cylindrical surfaces of the first studs 203 in each set have different diameters, so that each first stud 203 can be matched with a winding mold 1 of one size. At the end A of the cloth barrel 3, a winding mould is provided with threads matched with a first stud 203, the winding mould 1 is connected with the connection mould 2 through the threads of the first stud 203 at one side of the connection mould 2 close to the winding mould 1, and the wall of the cloth barrel 3 is inserted into the connection mould 2 through a second groove 202 at one side of the connection mould 2 close to the cloth barrel 3; at the end B of the cloth barrel 3, a thread matched with the first stud 203 is arranged on the winding mould, the winding mould 1 is connected with the connection mould 2 through the first stud 203 on one side of the connection mould 2 close to the winding mould 1, and the wall of the cloth barrel 3 is inserted into the connection mould 2 through the second groove 202 on one side of the connection mould 2 close to the cloth barrel 3. The second solution obtains a voltage coil winding tool with a first set of fasteners being the first stud 203 and a second set of fasteners being the second recess 202.
Third scheme: the first fixing member set is a first buckle 205, the first fixing member set includes at least 2 sets of first buckles 205, the intervals between the buckle fixing positions of each set of first buckles 205 and the center of the connecting die 2 are different, and each set of first buckles 205 is matched with the winding die 1 with one cross-section size. Since the clips are classified into male and female clips, the first clips 205 are also classified into male and female clips. At the end A of the cloth barrel 3, when the first buckle 205 is a male buckle, a female buckle matched with the first buckle 205 is arranged on the winding mould, the convex part of the first buckle 205 is utilized to buckle and connect the concave part of the female buckle, and the winding mould 1 is in buckle connection with the connecting mould 2 to realize locking; when the first buckle 205 is a female buckle, the winding mold is provided with a male buckle matched with the first buckle 205, the concave part of the first buckle 205 is utilized to buckle and connect the convex part of the female buckle, and the winding mold 1 is in buckle connection with the connecting mold 2 to realize locking. The cylinder wall of the cloth cylinder 3 is inserted into the connecting die 2 through a second groove 202 at one side of the connecting die 2 close to the cloth cylinder 3; at the end B of the cloth barrel 3, when the first buckle 205 is a male buckle, a female buckle matched with the first buckle 205 is arranged on the winding mould, the convex part of the first buckle 205 is utilized to buckle and connect the concave part of the female buckle, and the winding mould 1 is in buckle connection with the connecting mould 2 to realize locking; when the first buckle 205 is a female buckle, the winding mold is provided with a male buckle matched with the first buckle 205, the concave part of the first buckle 205 is utilized to buckle and connect the convex part of the female buckle, and the winding mold 1 is in buckle connection with the connecting mold 2 to realize locking. The second solution obtains a voltage coil winding tool with a first fastener 205 for the first fastener set and a second groove 202 for the second fastener set.
In other schemes, the first fixing member set is other fixing member sets except grooves, studs and buckles, at the end A of the cloth barrel 3, the winding die 1 is connected with the connecting die 2 through the other fixing member sets, at one side of the connecting die 2 close to the cloth barrel 3, the barrel wall of the cloth barrel 3 is spliced with the connecting die 2 through the second groove 202; at the end B of the cloth cylinder 3, the winding mould 1 is connected to the connecting mould 2 through other fixing piece groups, and at one side of the connecting mould 2 close to the cloth cylinder 3, the cylinder wall of the cloth cylinder 3 is inserted into the connecting mould 2 through a second groove 202. The second solution obtains a voltage coil winding tool with a second set of fixtures being second grooves 202.
The design of different schemes improves the adaptation degree of the winding tool of the voltage coil, and further improves the matching degree of the winding machine.
In some embodiments, the second groove 202 is an annular groove and the second fastener set includes at least 2 sets of annular grooves of different diameters.
The second grooves 202 are annular grooves, and the annular grooves with different sizes are distributed on the connecting die 2 according to different diameters of the annular grooves with the center of the connecting die 2 as the center of a circle. The annular grooves with each diameter size can be matched with the cloth cylinder 3 with one cross section size, so that the connecting die 2 can be matched with different cloth cylinders 3, and the connecting die 2 and the cloth cylinder 3 are inserted and connected by the second grooves 202, so that the connecting die 2 and the cloth cylinder 3 are fixed. As shown in fig. 1, the cloth cylinder 3 is defined to have A, B ends in the length direction of the cloth cylinder 3, and at the end a of the cloth cylinder 3, the winding mould 1 is fixedly connected with the mould 2 through a first fixing piece group, and the connecting mould 2 is fixedly connected with the cylinder wall of the cloth cylinder 3 through an annular groove; at the end B of the cloth cylinder 3, the cylinder wall of the cloth cylinder 3 is fixedly connected with the die 2 through an annular groove, the die 2 is fixedly connected with the winding die 1 through a first fixing piece group, and then a voltage coil winding tool with a second fixing piece group being an annular groove is obtained. The obtained voltage coil winding tool is convenient to detach and install because the second fixing piece group is an annular groove, and winding efficiency is improved.
In some embodiments, the second fixing member set includes a second stud 204 fixed on the connection die 2, the wall of the cloth barrel 3 is connected to the second stud 204 in a threaded manner, the second fixing member set includes at least 2 sets of second studs 204, the cylindrical diameters of the second studs 204 of each set are different, each set of second studs 204 is matched with the cloth barrel 3 with one cross-sectional dimension, and one side of the connection die 2 near the winding die 1 is provided with a first fixing member set which enables the cloth barrel 3 to be coaxial with the winding die 1 after the cloth barrel 3 with any cross-sectional dimension is connected to the connection die 2 in a threaded manner through the second studs 204.
Referring to fig. 4, the second fixing component set on one side of the connecting mold 2 near the cloth cylinder 3 is a second stud 204, at least 2 groups of second studs 204 are provided, the cylindrical diameters of the second studs 204 in each group are different, and each group of second studs 204 is matched with the cloth cylinder 3 with one cross-sectional dimension. As shown in fig. 1, the cloth cylinder 3 is defined to have A, B ends in the length direction of the cloth cylinder 3, the a end of the cloth cylinder 3 is inserted into the connecting mold 2 by the second stud 204, and the inserted cloth cylinder 3 is detachably connected with the connecting mold 2, so that the connecting mold 2 can be applied to various winding machines, and the purpose of convenient installation and detachment is achieved.
Wherein, the one side that the connection mould 2 is close to winding former 1 is provided with first mounting group, and first mounting group is except playing the effect of fixed connection mould 2 and cloth section of thick bamboo 3, and after winding former 1 is fixed with connection mould 2, the coaxial effect of cloth section of thick bamboo 3 and winding former 1 is still made to the second mounting group. The second fixing element set has different structural designs, including designing into recess, double-screw bolt and buckle etc. therefore when the second fixing element set is second double-screw bolt 204, adopt different first fixing element set to connect wire winding mould 1 and connection mould 2, can obtain different voltage coil winding tools.
The first scheme is as follows: the first fixing member sets are first grooves 201, at least 2 sets of first grooves 201 exist, and the center-to-center distances between the bottoms of the grooves 201 of each set and the connecting die 2 are different, so that each set of first grooves 201 can be matched with one size of winding die 1. At the end A of the cloth cylinder 3, at one side of the connecting mould 2 close to the winding mould 1, the winding mould 1 is inserted into the connecting mould 2 through a first groove 201, and at one side of the connecting mould 2 close to the cloth cylinder 3, the cylinder wall of the cloth cylinder 3 is connected with the connecting mould 2 through a second stud 204 in a threaded manner; at the end B of the cloth cylinder 3, at one side of the connecting mould 2 close to the winding mould 1, the winding mould 1 is inserted into the connecting mould 2 through a first groove 201, and at one side of the connecting mould 2 close to the cloth cylinder 3, the cylinder wall of the cloth cylinder 3 is connected with the connecting mould 2 through a second stud 204 in a threaded manner. The first solution obtains a voltage coil winding tool with a first set of fasteners being a first groove 201 and a second set of fasteners being a second stud 204.

The second solution obtains a voltage coil winding tool with a first set of fasteners being the first stud 203 and a second set of fasteners being the second stud 204.

The second approach obtains a voltage coil winding tool with a second set of fasteners being the second stud 204.

In some embodiments, the second fixing component set includes a second buckle 206 fixed on the connection die 2, the wall buckle of the cloth barrel 3 is connected to the second buckle 206, the second fixing component set includes at least 2 groups of second buckles 206, the interval between the buckle fixing positions of each group of second buckles 206 and the center of the connection die 2 is different, each group of second buckles 206 matches with the cloth barrel 3 with one cross-section size, and one side of the connection die 2 close to the winding die 1 is provided with a group of first fixing component sets which enable the cloth barrel 3 to be coaxial with the winding die 1 after the cloth barrel 3 with any cross-section size is connected to the connection die 2 through the second buckle 206.
Referring to fig. 5 to 6, the first fixing component set disposed on the side of the connection die 2 near the winding die 1 is a second fastener 206, and the second fastener 206 has at least 2 sets, and the distance from the fixing position of each set of the second fastener 206 to the center point of the connection die 2 is different, so that each set of the second fastener 206 can be matched with the winding die 1 with one size. The second clasp 206 also has two designs, as the clasp is divided into a pin and a box. The first design is that the second buckle 206 is a male buckle, as shown in fig. 1, the cloth cylinder 3 is defined to have A, B two ends according to the length direction of the cloth cylinder 3, the a end of the cloth cylinder 3 is provided with a female buckle matched with the second buckle 206, the convex part of the second buckle 206 is utilized to buckle and connect the concave part of the female buckle, and the winding die 1 is buckled and connected with the connecting die 2 to realize locking. The second design is that the second buckle 206 is a female buckle, at the end A of the cloth barrel 3, a male buckle matched with the second buckle 206 is arranged on the winding mould, the concave part of the second buckle 206 is utilized to buckle and connect the convex part of the female buckle, and the winding mould 1 is in buckle connection with the connecting mould 2 to realize locking. The winding former 1 and the connection former 2 that the buckle is connected are detachable connection, so the connection former 2 can be applicable to various winding machines to reach the convenient purpose of installation dismantlement.
Wherein, the one side that the connection mould 2 is close to cloth section of thick bamboo 3 is provided with the second mounting group, and the second mounting group is except playing the effect of fixed connection mould 2 and cloth section of thick bamboo 3, and after wire winding mould 1 was fixed with connection mould 2, the second mounting group still makes the coaxial effect of cloth section of thick bamboo 3 and wire winding mould 1. In some embodiments, at least 1 notch is formed on the edge of the connection die 2 for the outlet of the cloth drum 3.
With reference to fig. 2, the notch formed on the connection die 2 is used as an outlet, and the notch is used for providing a larger outlet space in the winding process, so that the coil obtained by winding has good appearance, and the orderly arranged windings also improve the performance of the coil to a certain extent.

The voltage coil winding tool according to claim 1, wherein the first fixing member group comprises a first buckle fixed on the connecting die, the winding die is connected to the first buckle in a buckling manner, the first fixing member group comprises at least 2 groups of first buckles, the interval from the buckle fixing position of each group of first buckles to the center of the connecting die is different, each group of first buckles is matched with a winding die with one cross-section size, and one side of the connecting die, close to the cloth barrel, is provided with a group of second fixing member groups which enable the cloth barrel to be coaxial with the winding die after the winding die with any cross-section size is connected to the connecting die through the first buckle.
