In the following description, a detailed structure will be presented for a thorough understanding of embodiments of the present utility model. It will be apparent that embodiments of the utility model may be practiced without limitation to the specific details that are set forth by those skilled in the art. Preferred embodiments of the present utility model are described in detail below, however, the present utility model may have other embodiments in addition to these detailed descriptions.
The embodiment of the utility model provides a switch assembly. The switch assembly may be applied to any type of range hood, such as an L-shaped range hood, a side-draft range hood, and the like. Referring to fig. 2, 5 and 6 in combination, the switch assembly 10 may include a cartridge housing 110, a cartridge cover 120, a switch 130 and an oil blocking assembly 140. The oil baffle assembly 140 may be coupled to the cartridge housing 110. The cartridge housing 110 may have a flat plate-like structure. The oil baffle assembly 140 may be attached to the cartridge housing 110 with glue or other attachment structure. The cap 120 may be coupled to the oil baffle assembly 140. The lid 120 and the base 110 may be connected by a fastener or any other connection. The box cover 120 may surround to form a containing cavity, and the box cover 120 is provided with a first wire passing opening 1220. The switch 130 is disposed in the receiving cavity, and a cable 1310 of the switch 130 may be connected to other electrical components through the first wire passing port 1220. The oil blocking component 140 is enclosed around the first wire passing opening 1220 and covers the first wire passing opening 1220. That is, the oil blocking member 140 may form a seal with the first wire passing port 1220, preventing the receiving chamber from being in contact with the outside through the first wire passing port 1220.
The switch assembly 10 is typically mounted in a smoke collecting chamber of the extractor, and the smoke in the smoke collecting chamber is directly in contact with the switch assembly 10. The cover 120 surrounds the housing to form a receiving chamber, and the cover 120 is connected to the oil blocking member 140, so that the receiving chamber is isolated from external oil smoke to some extent. The oil blocking component 140 surrounds the first wire passing opening 1220 and covers the first wire passing opening 1220. Thus, the oil blocking assembly 140 can effectively prevent the oil smoke from contacting the first wire passing opening 1220, i.e. further isolate the accommodating cavity from the external oil smoke, prevent the oil smoke from entering the accommodating cavity, avoid the pollution to the switch 130, and ensure the normal use of the switch assembly 10.
For example, referring to fig. 3 and 6 in combination, the cover 120 may have a side plate 1210, and the first wire passing opening 1220 is located on the side plate 1210. The oil baffle assembly 140 includes a first oil baffle 1410 and a second oil baffle 1420, the first oil baffle 1410 being coupled to the cartridge housing 110, the second oil baffle 1420 being coupled to the first oil baffle 1410. The side plate 1210, the second oil baffle 1420 and the first oil baffle 1410 enclose a wire passing space 160, and the wire passing space 160 communicates with the accommodating chamber through the first wire passing port 1220. The cable 1310 may be connected to other electrical components via the wire space 160. The wire passing space 160 can further play a role in preventing oil, so that the occurrence of the condition that oil smoke and oil stains enter the accommodating cavity through the first wire passing opening 1220 is reduced, and the oil preventing effect is better.
For example, the first oil blocking member 1410 may include a connection plate 1411 and a first cover plate 1412, where the connection plate 1411 is attached to the box base 110, the box cover 120 is covered on the connection plate 1411, and the first cover plate 1412 is connected to one side of the connection plate 1411 near the box cover 120 and extends in a direction away from the box base 110. The cover 120 is covered on the connecting plate 1411, so that the accommodating cavity is further isolated from external oil smoke, and the oil-proof effect is better. It will be appreciated that the cover 120 and the web 1411 are connected by two structural members, which inevitably have a gap therebetween. The gap is located on the side of the connecting face 1411 facing the lid 120. The first cover 1412 can cover the gap to some extent to prevent oil dirt from dripping to the gap and further ensure oil-proof effect. The first cover body 1412 may be connected to the web body 1411 in any manner. Illustratively, the first cover plate body 1412 and the connecting plate body 1411 may be one piece. The first cover plate body 1412 and the connection plate body 1411 may be formed by bending a plate-like structure.
Illustratively, the second oil baffle 1420 includes a mounting plate body 1421 and a second cover plate body 1422 coupled to the mounting plate body 1421, the mounting plate body 1421 being mounted to a side of the lid 120 facing away from the box base 110, the second cover plate body 1422 extending toward the box base 110 and having at least a partial structural overlap with the first cover plate body 1412. The second cover plate body 1422 and the mounting plate body 1421 may be one piece. The second cover plate body and the mounting plate body 1421 may be formed by bending a plate-like structure. In this way, the overlapping portion between the first cover body 1412 and the second cover body 1422 may form a sealing structure, and play a role in oil resistance.
Illustratively, referring to fig. 3, the first cover plate body 1412 may be disposed obliquely downward in a direction away from the cartridge base 110, and the second cover plate body 1422 may satisfy a parallel relationship with the first cover plate body 1412. In this way, the oil stains on the first cover plate body 1412 and the second cover plate body 1422 can flow downwards along the first cover plate body 1412 and the second cover plate body 1422, so as to play a role in diversion and avoid accumulation of the oil stains. In an embodiment not shown, the first cover plate body and the second cover plate body may be arranged otherwise according to the use requirements. For example, the first cover plate body and the second cover plate body may be disposed in parallel with a horizontal plane.
Illustratively, referring to fig. 3, the angle α between the first cover plate body 1412 and the web body 1411 may be between 40 ° and 50 °. For example, α is 40 °, 45 °, 50 °, or the like. Thus, the flow guiding effect of the first cover plate body 1412 is better. Also, in the case that the size of the box cover 120 in the horizontal direction is not changed, the space occupied by the oil blocking assembly 140 thus provided is more moderate. Of course, in some embodiments, the included angle between the first cover plate body and the connecting plate body may be set in any other manner according to the use requirement.
Illustratively, with continued reference to fig. 3, the second cover plate body 1422 may be further from the receiving cavity and may conform to the second cover plate body 1422 than the portion of the first cover plate body 1412 that overlaps the second cover plate body 1422. That is, at the overlapping portion of the first cover body 1412 and the second cover body 1422, the first cover body 1412 is located outside the second cover body 1422. The overlapping portions of the first cover body 1412 and the second cover body 1422 may be joined to form a sealing surface. In this way, the inflow of oil dirt through the gap between the first cover plate body 1412 and the second cover plate body 1422 is better avoided, and the oil-repellent effect is further ensured.
In the above embodiment, the first oil baffle 1410 and the second oil baffle 1420 are provided separately. In some embodiments, not shown, the oil baffle assembly may be integrally provided. Specifically, the oil baffle assembly may include a connection portion, a shielding portion, and a mounting portion. The connecting portion is connected with the box base body, the shielding portion extends from the connecting portion, the mounting portion extends downwards from one side, away from the connecting portion, of the shielding portion, and the mounting portion is mounted to one side, away from the box base body, of the box cover body. The connecting portion, the shielding portion and the mounting portion may be formed by bending a plate body structure. Like this, do not have the clearance between connecting portion, shielding portion and the installation department, the structure sets up simpler, and oil proofing effect is better. Illustratively, the shielding portion may be disposed obliquely downward relative to the mounting portion.
For example, referring to fig. 2 and 4 in combination, an oil baffle 1413 may be attached to an end of the web body 1411 remote from the first cover plate body 1412. The oil baffle 1413 may extend away from the cartridge housing 110 and a projection of the oil baffle 1413 toward the horizontal may cover a projection of the junction between the cartridge cover 120 and the web 1411 toward the horizontal. It will be appreciated that during operation of the range hood, some of the smoke in the smoke collecting hood will blow to the junction between the lid 120 and the web 1411. By the arrangement, the oil baffle 1413 can play a certain role in blocking oil smoke, and the oil smoke can be prevented from entering the accommodating cavity better.
For example, the oil baffle 1413 may satisfy a parallel relationship with a horizontal plane. Thus, the oil blocking effect of the oil baffle 1413 can be ensured, and accumulation of oil stains on the oil baffle 1413 can be reduced.
For example, referring to fig. 2, 6 and 8 in combination, first and second plates 1423 and 1424 may be attached to opposite sides of the second cover plate 1422, the first and second plates 1423 and 1424 extending downward along the second cover plate 1422. At least one of the first plate 1423 and the second plate 1424 is provided with a second wire passing port 1425 which communicates with the wire passing space 160. The cable 1310 passes through the first wire passing opening 1220, passes through the wire passing space 160, and protrudes through the second wire passing opening 1425. One end of the cable 1310 may be connected to the switch 130 and the other end may be connected to a control board or any electrical element of the range hood. Thus, the second wire passing port 1425 is located at the side surface, oil stains flow downwards along the plate body, oil is further prevented from entering through the second wire passing port 1425, and the oil-proof effect is better. Illustratively, the side panel 1210 is a top side panel of the lid 120. The distance between the second wire passing port 1425 and the first wire passing port 1220 is longer, and thus, the oil resistance can be further improved. In some embodiments, the second wire opening may be located on the second cover plate body or the mounting plate body.
For example, referring to fig. 5 and 6 in combination, a connection rib 1415 may be provided on a side of the connection plate body 1411 facing the receiving chamber, a mounting hole 1426 may be provided on the mounting plate body 1421, and a fastener may be connected to the connection rib 1415 through the mounting hole 1426 and the cover body 120. The mounting plate body 1421 may cover only a part of the structure of the cartridge cover 120. Illustratively, the number of through holes on the connection bar 1415 may be the same as the number of through holes on the cover 120. The number of mounting holes 1426 on the mounting plate body 1421 may be smaller than the number of through holes of the cover 120. For example, the number of the through holes in the connecting rib 1415 and the cover 120 may be four, and the number of the mounting holes 1426 may be two. The fasteners are four and correspond to the through holes one by one. Wherein the two fasteners sequentially pass through the mounting holes 1426, the through holes of the box cover 120, and the through holes of the connection bars 1415. The other two fasteners pass through only the through holes of the cover 120 and the through holes of the connecting ribs 1415. In this way, the structure is simpler, the connection between the mounting plate body 1421 and the box cover body 120 is more stable, and the oil-proof effect is more stable. Illustratively, the connecting plate body 1411 may be provided with a mounting opening 1414, and the switch 130 may be exposed to the mounting opening 1414. The connection ribs 1415 may be provided at the outer circumference of the mounting opening 1414.
For example, referring to fig. 2, 6 and 7, a sealing ring 150 may also be provided at the junction between the lid 120 and the web 1411. The rim of the cap body 120 may be inserted into the groove of the sealing ring 150. In this way, the cover 120 is connected to the connecting plate 1411, and the sealing ring 150 is extruded and deformed, so as to further ensure the sealing effect between the two.
According to another aspect of the utility model, there is also provided a smoke machine. Referring to fig. 1, the range may include a range body 20 and any of the switch assemblies 10 described above. The cartridge holder 110 may be mounted to the cigarette machine body 20. The switch assembly 10 may be mounted to the user facing side of the range hood body 20. Alternatively, the cartridge housing 110 may be part of the cigarette holder body 20. For example, the side of the main body of the cigarette machine facing the user is provided with a liner plate, which may be the box base 110 described above. Illustratively, the backing plate may be a plate-like structure of glass material. Because the switch assembly 10 adopts the technical scheme of any one of the embodiments, the smoke machine has at least the beneficial effects brought by the technical scheme of the embodiment, and will not be described in detail herein. The smoke inlet 210 may be disposed on the smoke machine main body 20, and the switch assembly 10 may be disposed above the smoke inlet 210. In embodiments where an oil baffle 1413 is provided, the oil baffle 1413 may be located between the smoke inlet 210 and the lid 120. In addition, the smoke machine can further comprise a fan, a power supply component and the like. The fan and power supply assembly may have various configurations, existing or future, which do not limit the scope of the present utility model.
