The embodiments described below by referring to the drawings are illustrative and intended to explain the present utility model and should not be construed as limiting the utility model.
A housing assembly 100 according to an embodiment of the first aspect of the utility model is described below with reference to fig. 1-3.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, a housing assembly 100 for an air conditioner outdoor unit 1000 according to an embodiment of the first aspect of the present utility model includes: a housing 10, a mounting plate 20 and a cover plate 30.
Specifically, the housing 10 has a wiring cavity 11, the wiring cavity 11 has an opening 111, the mounting plate 20 is detachably connected to the housing 10, the mounting plate 20 covers a portion of the opening 111, the mounting plate 20 is used for mounting the connector lug 40, the cover plate 30 is detachably connected to the housing 10, and the cover plate 30 covers the remaining portion of the opening 111.
The wire holder 112 for connecting the wires 41 is disposed in the wire cavity 11, the wire connector 40 may be in a hard curved tubular shape, one end of the wire connector 40 is perpendicular to the outer surface of the mounting plate 20 and is in sealing connection with the mounting plate 20, the other end of the wire connector 40 points to the ground, the external wires 41 pass through the wire connector 40 and are connected to the wire holder 112, the mounting plate 20 and the cover plate 30 can cover the opening 111 of the wire cavity 11, and the wires 41 in the wire cavity 11 are prevented from being exposed to the external environment.
It should be noted that, in the prior art, the cover plate 30 and the mounting plate 20 are integrally arranged, in the process of connecting the wire 41 to the wire holder 112, the connector lug 40 is mounted on the mounting plate 20, then the wire 41 passes through the connector lug 40, and then the wire 41 is connected to the wire holder 112 from the connector lug 40, at this time, since the cover plate 30 and the mounting plate 20 are integrally arranged, an operator can be blocked by the cover plate 30 and the mounting plate 20, so that the operation of connecting the wire 41 to the wire holder 112 is very inconvenient.
In this embodiment, the mounting plate 20 and the cover plate 30 are arranged in a split type, when the wires 41 are connected to the wire holder 112, the cover plate 30 and the mounting plate 20 are detached from the housing 10 in sequence, then the connector lug 40 is mounted on the mounting plate 20, then the wires 41 pass through the connector lug 40, the wires 41 are connected to the wire holder 112 in a further step, and the mounting plate 20 and the cover plate 30 are mounted on the housing in sequence, thereby completing the connection between the wires 41 and the wire holder 112 in the wire cavity 11.
In the above process, since the mounting plate 20 and the cover plate 30 are arranged in a split type, the area of the mounting plate 20 is small, and an operator is not caught by the mounting plate 20 at the time of wiring, whereby the operator can very conveniently connect the wire 41 to the wire holder 112 in the wire connection chamber 11.
According to the housing assembly 100 of the embodiment of the first aspect of the present utility model, by the split arrangement of the mounting plate 20 and the cover plate 30, the operator is not caught by the cover plate 30 when the wire 41 is connected from the connector lug 40 on the mounting plate 20 into the wire connection chamber 11, thereby making the connection of the wire 41 more convenient.
In some embodiments of the present utility model, as shown in fig. 3, a side edge of the mounting plate 20 facing the cover plate 30 is a first mating edge 21, a side edge of the cover plate 30 facing the mounting plate 20 is a second mating edge 31, the first mating edge 21 and the second mating edge 31 are stacked in an axial direction of the opening 111, and during the mounting process, the mounting plate 20 is mounted on the housing 10, and then the cover plate 30 is mounted on the housing 10, and when the mounting is completed, the second mating edge 31 covers the first mating edge 21 outside the first mating outer edge.
The first matching edge 21 and the second matching edge 31 are in sealing abutting connection through the sealing piece 50, so that moisture and impurities in the external environment can be prevented from entering the wiring cavity 11 from the matching place of the first matching edge 21 and the second matching edge 31, and further, the normal connection of the wiring seat 112 and the wire 41 is prevented from being influenced by the water and the impurities, and the air conditioner outdoor unit 1000 can work normally.
