3. The housing of claim 2, wherein the housing is configured to receive the cartridge,
the front cover part comprises a first straight plate section which is positioned outside the main body and covers the front side of the wiring window and faces the end face outside the main body;
the rear covering portion includes a second straight plate section which is located outside the main body and covers the rear side of the wiring window and faces the end face outside the main body.

The housing of claim 2, wherein the upper cover portion includes a third straight plate section located outside the main body and covering an end face of an upper side of the wiring window and facing an outside of the main body, and a bent plate section extending from the wiring window into the main body and covering an end face of an upper side of the wiring window and facing an inside of the main body.

The housing of claim 4, wherein the third straight plate sections include two, two of the third straight plate sections are located on front and rear sides of the bending plate sections, and ends of the bending plate sections are bent away from the wiring window to form a protection slot, and a notch of the protection slot faces the side plate.
6. The housing of claim 2, wherein the lower cover portion includes a fourth straight plate section and a first relief projection that passes through from top to bottom and projects toward the exterior of the main body, the fourth straight plate section and the first relief projection both being located outside the main body and both covering an end face of the underside of the wire connection window and facing the exterior of the main body.
7. The housing of claim 6, wherein the inner region comprises a fifth straight panel segment and a second relief convex hull, the fourth straight panel segment being connected to the fifth straight panel segment, the second relief convex hull being connected to and in communication with the first relief convex hull.
8. The housing of claim 7, wherein said fourth straight panel section comprises two, two of said fourth straight panel sections being positioned on either front or rear sides of said first relief projection and each being connected to said fifth straight panel section.
9. The housing according to any one of claims 1 to 8, further comprising:
and the handle is fixedly connected to one side of the side plate facing the outside of the main body and covers the fireproof plate.

The housing of claim 9, wherein a side of the handle facing the side plate is provided with a protruding clamping boss, the clamping boss extends into the main body from the wiring window and is clamped on an upper opening wall of the wiring window, and an upper portion of the peripheral area covers a portion of the clamping boss extending into the main body.

The housing of claim 9, wherein the side of the handle facing the side plate is provided with a water blocking rib, the side of the side plate facing the outside of the main body is provided with a water blocking groove, and the water blocking rib is in plug-in fit with the water blocking groove and is configured to block condensate water flowing down the side of the side plate facing the outside of the main body from flowing toward the fire protection plate.

The housing of claim 9, wherein the fire protection plate is provided with a clamping portion, the side plate is provided with a positioning mating portion, the handle is provided with a clamping mating portion and a positioning portion, the clamping portion mates with the clamping mating portion, and the positioning portion mates with the positioning mating portion.
13. An air conditioner comprising the casing according to any one of claims 1 to 12.
14. The air conditioner as set forth in claim 13, further comprising:
the adapter plate is positioned in the main body and is arranged at the wiring window;
and the signal control module is positioned in the wiring window and is arranged on the adapter plate.
