When the height difference is too small, the filling thickness of the second sealing member 52 is too small, the sealing effect is reduced, and when the height difference is too large, the filling thickness of the second sealing member 52 is too large, the material of the second sealing member 52 is wasted, and more space of the installation cavity 15 is occupied. Therefore, in practical use, the user can select a specific value of the height difference between the end of the connecting portion 123 and the notch within the above range according to needs, which is not limited in this embodiment.
Referring to fig. 5 and 12, the first limiting member 14 is disposed on the inner wall surface of the case 10, and the circuit board 30 is disposed on the first limiting member 14. The first limiting member 14 may include two fixing ribs oppositely disposed, and the circuit board 30 may be clamped in an area between the two fixing ribs, so as to fix the circuit board 30 from two opposite surfaces thereof, respectively. In the embodiment, two second limiting members 21 may be respectively located at two opposite sides of the box body 10, and are respectively fixed from two opposite ends of the circuit board 30, so as to improve the setting stability of the circuit board 30 in the installation cavity 15.
Further, referring to fig. 7 and 8, a second limiting member 21 is disposed on an inner wall surface of the box cover 20, the power supplier 40 is disposed on the second limiting member 21, an end of the second limiting member 21 extends toward the mounting cavity 15, a fixing groove is disposed on the second limiting member 21, and at least a portion of the power supplier 40 is fixed in the fixing groove.
In an implementation manner, there are two second limiting members 21, and the two second limiting members are respectively located at two opposite sides of the power supply 40, so as to improve the stability of the power supply 40 being disposed on the box cover 20. Further, in the present embodiment, the power supply 40 is disposed on the box cover 20, and when the box cover 20 is detached from the box body 10, the power supply 40 can be directly taken out by using the box cover 20, thereby facilitating the replacement of the power supply 40.
Specifically, the circuit board 30 is provided with a first elastic sheet and a second elastic sheet, and the first elastic sheet and the second elastic sheet are electrically connected to the anode and the cathode of the power supply 40 respectively. The power supply 40 can be a button cell, the front surface of the button cell is a positive electrode, the side circumference of the button cell is a negative electrode, the first elastic sheet and the second elastic sheet are electrically connected to the positive electrode and the negative electrode of the cell respectively, the structural complexity of electrically connecting the cell and the circuit board 30 can be reduced, and therefore the assembly efficiency is improved.
Further, the box body 10 and the box cover 20 are connected by a fastener 60, and the box cover 20 is provided with a mounting hole for the fastener 60 to pass through. The lid 20 has a cover surface on the side away from the mounting cavity 15, the cover surface is provided with a shielding piece 70, the shielding piece 70 has a shielding part 71, and the shielding part 71 is attached to the cover surface.
It should be noted that, a connection structure that is connected with the fastening member 60 in a matching manner may be disposed in the mounting cavity 15, and an end portion of the fastening member 60 is connected with the connection structure in the box body 10 after passing through the box cover 20, so as to improve the connection firmness of the box body 10 and the box cover 20. The shielding part 71 shields the box cover 20 and the cover surface, thereby shielding the mounting hole on the box cover 20 and ensuring the aesthetic property of the surface of the box cover 20.
One side of the shielding portion 71 close to the box cover 20 is provided with an extending portion 72, and the extending portion 72 extends into the mounting hole and is in interference fit with the mounting hole. Wherein the extension 72 is free of silicone or rubber. This arrangement allows the mounting hole to be filled with the extension 72, thereby improving the sealing effect at the mounting hole while ensuring the stability of the fitting of the shutter 70 on the surface of the cap 20.
On the basis, the embodiment of the present invention further provides a cooking appliance, including at least one wiring box 100 as described above. The cooking appliances of the present embodiment may include, but are not limited to, induction cookers, electric rice cookers, electric woks, and electric stews.
Wherein, there may be a plurality of the wiring boxes 100, at least one wiring box 100 forms a handle of the cooking appliance. The wiring box 100 can be used not only for mounting the circuit board 30 and the power supply 40, but also as a holding part of the cooking utensil, so as to facilitate the removal of the cooking utensil, thereby improving the functional diversity of the wiring box 100.
Referring to fig. 6, the side of the wiring box 100 away from the box cover 20 is provided with an extension section 80, an extension cavity 81 is provided in the extension section 80, a connecting member 82 is provided in the extension cavity 81, and the connecting member 82 is connected with the cooking utensil. The extension cavity 81 is communicated with the installation cavity 15 of the wiring box 100 through the notch 121 of the sealant cover 12, and a lead in the installation cavity 15 is led to the extension cavity 81 through the notch 121.
It should be noted that, based on the fact that the wiring box 100 needs to be connected to the cooking utensil, in order to avoid the connection member 82 from affecting the circuit board 30 and the power supply 40 in the installation cavity 15, the embodiment provides an extension section 80 on the side of the wiring box 100 away from the box cover 20, and the extension section 80 and the installation cavity 15 have a separation of part of the side wall of the box body 10, and the two can be communicated only through the notch 121 for the lead to pass through. This can prevent the arrangement of the connector 82 from affecting the circuit board 30 and the power supply 40, and reduce the difficulty of connecting the wiring box 100 to the cooking appliance.
Further, the cooking appliance may include a pot and the wiring box 100, and the wiring box 100 may be connected to the pot to be used as a handle of the pot.

Claims (17)

1. A wiring box is characterized by comprising a box body (10) and a box cover (20) arranged on the box body (10), wherein the box body (10) and the box cover (20) jointly enclose a mounting cavity (15), and a circuit board (30) and a power supply device (40) which are electrically connected are arranged in the mounting cavity (15);
a lead hole (11) is formed in the box body (10), and a lead on the circuit board (30) penetrates through the lead hole (11);
and a sealing element (50) is arranged between the box body (10) and the box cover (20) and/or close to the lead hole (11).
2. A distribution box according to claim 1, wherein the lead hole (11) and the box cover (20) are respectively provided on opposite sides of the box body (10).
3. A distribution box according to claim 1, wherein the sealing member (50) is provided between the box body (10) and the box cover (20), the sealing member (50) comprising a first sealing member (51), the first sealing member (51) being located at the abutment of the box cover (20) and the box cover (20).
4. The distribution box according to claim 1, wherein a sealant cap (12) is disposed at the lead hole (11), the sealant cap (12) covers the lead hole (11), a notch (121) is disposed on the sealant cap (12), and the lead is inserted into the notch (121).
5. A distribution box according to claim 4, wherein the sealant cover (12) comprises a blocking portion (122) and a connecting portion (123) connected with each other, the blocking portion (122) covers the lead hole (11), and the connecting portion (123) extends into the lead hole (11) and is connected to the side of the mounting cavity (15) close to the lead hole (11).
6. The distribution box of claim 5, wherein a flange (111) is arranged at the hole edge of the lead hole (11) close to one side of the mounting cavity (15), and the connecting part (123) is connected to the flange (111);
the flanging (111) is arranged at the hole edge of one side, close to the installation cavity (15), of the lead hole (11) in a surrounding mode, and forms a containing groove (13) together with the blocking part (122) blocked at the lead hole (11);
the sealing piece (50) is arranged close to the lead hole (11), the sealing piece (50) comprises a second sealing piece (52), and the second sealing piece (52) is filled in the accommodating groove (13).

A wiring box as claimed in claim 6, wherein the end of the flange (111) on the side close to the mounting cavity (15) forms a notch of the receiving groove (13), the end of the connecting portion (123) is lower than the notch, and the second seal (52) in the receiving groove (13) is flush with the notch.
8. A distribution box according to claim 7, wherein the difference in height between the end of the connection portion (123) and the notch is in the range of 3-5 mm.
9. The distribution box according to any of claims 1 to 8, wherein a first stopper (14) is provided on an inner wall surface of the box body (10), and the circuit board (30) is provided on the first stopper (14).
10. A wiring box according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein a second stopper (21) is provided on an inner wall surface of the box cover (20), and the power supply (40) is provided on the second stopper (21).
11. A distribution box according to claim 10, wherein an end of the second limiting member (21) extends toward the mounting cavity (15), the second limiting member (21) has a fixing groove therein, and at least a part of the power supply (40) is fixed in the fixing groove;
the number of the second limiting parts (21) is two, and the two limiting parts are respectively positioned on two opposite sides of the power supply device (40).
12. A wiring box as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the circuit board (30) is provided with a first resilient tab and a second resilient tab, the first resilient tab and the second resilient tab being electrically connected to a positive pole and a negative pole of the power supply (40), respectively.
13. A wiring box according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the box body (10) and the box cover (20) are connected by a fastener (60), and the box cover (20) is provided with a mounting hole for the fastener (60) to pass through;
the box cover is characterized in that one side, far away from the mounting cavity (15), of the box cover (20) is provided with a cover face, the cover face is provided with a shielding piece (70), the shielding piece (70) is provided with a shielding portion (71), and the shielding portion (71) is attached to the cover face.
14. A wiring box according to claim 13, wherein an extension portion (72) is provided on a side of the shielding portion (71) close to the box cover (20), and the extension portion (72) extends into the mounting hole and is in interference fit with the mounting hole;
and/or the extension (72) is a silicone or rubber member.
15. Cooking appliance, characterized in that it comprises at least one wiring box (100) according to any one of claims 1 to 14.
16. The cooking appliance of claim 15, wherein the wiring box (100) is plural, at least one of the wiring boxes (100) forming a handle of the cooking appliance.
17. The cooking appliance according to claim 15, wherein the wiring box (100) is provided with an extension section (80) at a side thereof away from the box cover (20), the extension section (80) is provided with an extension cavity (81) therein, a connecting member (82) is provided in the extension cavity (81), and the connecting member (82) is connected with the cooking appliance;
the extension cavity (81) is communicated with the installation cavity (15) of the wiring box (100) through a notch (121) of the glue sealing cover (12), and a lead in the installation cavity (15) penetrates through the notch (121) to be led to the extension cavity (81).
