Referring to fig. 7, the outlet 225 is located on the side of the second box 22 away from the first box 21. Because the clamping component 50 is arranged on one side of the second box body 22 close to the first box body 21, the arrangement can avoid the mutual interference between the wire bundle in the wire outlet 225 and the structure of the clamping component 50, and reduce the wiring difficulty of the wire bundle.

The first cavity 211 is communicated with the second cavity 221, the first electronic component 213 and the second electronic component 223 are connected by the electrical connector 40, and the electrical connector 40 is located at the communication position of the first cavity 211 and the second cavity 221.
The sealant 30 covers the connection between the electrical connector 40 and the second electronic element 223, and the connection between the electrical connector 40 and the first electronic element 213 is exposed outside the sealant 30.

Further, the liquid level of the sealant 30 may have a first distance from the first electronic component 213, so that an electronic component that is not suitable for contacting the sealant 30 or an electronic component that needs to be frequently replaced and maintained in a later period may be disposed in the first box 21, thereby preventing the electronic component from contacting the sealant 30 and preventing the sealant 30 from being fixedly mounted thereto. Meanwhile, the sealant 30 does not affect the abutting connection or the insertion connection between the electrical connector 40 and the first electronic component 213.

Therefore, considering the overall size of the electrical box 20, the assembly tolerance and the assembly clearance of the electrical box 20, and the different mounting requirements of the electronic components in the first box body 21 and the second box body 22, the first distance is defined in the embodiment, and in practical use, the user can adjust the specific value of the first distance within the range as required, and the specific value is not limited in the embodiment. Preferably, the first pitch may be 2 mm.
Further, based on the present application that the first electronic component 213 is located above the liquid level of the sealant 30, the second electronic component 223 is covered by the sealant 30, so the sealant 30 can play a role of isolating the first electronic component 213 and the second electronic component 223. Therefore, even if the first box body 21 in the electrical box 20 enters water stains or dirt in the assembling, disassembling and maintaining processes, the water stains or the dirt cannot further influence the second electronic element 223, and the probability of damage to the electrical box 20 is reduced to the maximum extent.
As a first implementable embodiment, the electrical connector 40 is a plug assembly comprising a plug disposed on one of the first and second electronic components 213, 223 and a socket disposed on the other of the first and second electronic components 213, 223. The plug connector is connected with the plug groove in a plugging manner. It should be noted that, the plug-in connection mode has a small connection difficulty, so that the complexity of the structure in the electrical box 20 can be effectively reduced, and the convenience in use of the electrical box 20 is improved.
As a second practical implementation, referring to fig. 7, in the present embodiment, the electrical connector 40 is an elastic connector, and the elastic connector is disposed between the first electronic component 213 and the second electronic component 223 in a compressed state. A first end of the elastic connector abuts against the first electronic component 213 and a second end of the elastic connector is fixedly connected to the second electronic component 223.
The first electronic component 213 is a battery having a first electrode and a second electrode, and the electrical connector 40 includes a first electrical connector and a second electrical connector, the first electrical connector is connected to the first electrode, and the second electrical connector is connected to the second electrode. The surface of the sealant 30 is spaced a first distance from the battery.
It should be noted that the first electrode of the battery may be a positive electrode of the battery, and the first elastic connecting member 41 may be a spring, and the spring is disposed between the battery and the circuit board in a compressed state to tightly abut the spring and the positive electrode of the battery. The second electrode of the battery is located at the side edge of the battery and is connected to the circuit board by a second elastic connection 42. Referring to fig. 4, 5 and 9, a first box opening 212 is provided on a side of the first box 21 close to the second box 22, a second box opening 222 is provided on a side of the second box 22 close to the first box 21, and the first box opening 212 and the second box opening 222 are aligned and communicated.
A supporting rib 214 and an extending rib 215 which are connected with each other are arranged in the first cavity 211, the first electronic element 213 is arranged on the supporting rib 214, and the end of the extending rib 215 extends towards the second cavity 221; the support rib 214 and the extension rib 215 together define a receiving cavity, and the first electronic component 213 is located in the receiving cavity. The surface of the sealant 30 covers at least a portion of the extending ribs 215.
It should be noted that, based on the interval arrangement of the two adjacent support ribs 214, the extending rib 215 is connected at the gap of the support rib 214, so as to increase the strength of the support rib 214, and the support rib 214 and the extending rib 215 can form a complete annular structure, the annular structure encloses an accommodating cavity, and the first electronic component 213 is arranged in the accommodating cavity, so as to improve the protection effect on the first electronic component 213. The end of the extending rib 215 is covered by the sealant 30, so that the liquid level of the sealant 30 blocks the opening of the accommodating cavity near the second box 22, thereby isolating the accommodating cavity from the second cavity 221. Because the extending rib 215 is in the first cavity 211, a gap is formed between the extending rib 215 and the inner wall surface of the first cavity 211, compared with the first cavity 211, the accommodating cavity formed by the extending rib 215 and the supporting rib 214 has a smaller volume, and thus the filling amount of the sealant 30 can be reduced when the liquid surface of the sealant 30 covers the end portion of the extending rib 215.
Further, the extension rib 215 can extrude the second elastic connecting piece 42, so that the second elastic connecting piece 42 is in a compressed state and is located between the battery and the circuit board, so that the second elastic connecting piece 42 abuts against the second connecting end of the battery, thereby ensuring that the elastic sheet is tightly connected with the negative pole of the battery, completing the connection of the battery and the circuit board, and the arrangement can avoid the sealant 30 from influencing the connection effect of the battery and the electric connecting piece 40, and facilitating the subsequent replacement and maintenance of the battery.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, at least one fixing member 227 is disposed in the second cavity 221, and the second electronic component 223 is fixed in the second cavity 221 by the fixing member 227. In an implementation manner, the fixing part 227 is a fixing post disposed in the second cavity 221 and a fastening part, and the fastening part is disposed through the second electronic component 223 and connected to the fixing post. As another realizable embodiment, the fixing member 227 is a fixing rib provided on an inner wall surface of the second cavity 221, and the second electronic component 223 is fixed on the fixing rib. The fixing member 227 can reduce the connection difficulty of the second electronic component 223 in the second cavity 221, and improve the stability of the second electronic component 223 in the second cavity 221.
In order to ensure the installation of the electronic components, the first cavity 211 of the first box 21 and the second cavity 221 of the second box 22 of the present embodiment together form a receiving space of the electrical box 20, the volume of the first cavity 211 is 35-50% of the volume of the electrical box 20, and correspondingly, the volume of the second cavity 221 is 50-65% of the volume of the electrical box 20. The sum of the volume of the first cavity 211 and the volume of the second cavity 221 may be the volume of the electrical box 20. In practical use, the user can adjust the ratio of the volumes of the first box 21 and the second box 22 within the above range according to the number of the electronic components disposed in the two boxes, and the specific values of the ratio of the volumes are not limited in this embodiment. The arrangement can ensure that the first cavity 211 and the second cavity 221 meet the requirement of mounting electronic elements in the electrical box 20, and simultaneously prevent the volume of the electrical box 20 from being too large, thereby being beneficial to manufacturing the light and thin electrical box 20.
The second electronic component 223 is a circuit board, and the circuit board includes a board body 223a and a component 223b disposed on the board body 223 a; the component 223b is located on the plate surface of the plate 223a near the side of the second box 22, and the component is located in the second cavity 221. The electrical connector 40 is connected to the board 223a on a side of the first box 21, and an end of the electrical connector 40 extends into the first cavity 211 and is electrically connected to the first electronic component 213. The surface of the sealant 30 covers the circuit board.
It should be noted that, the arrangement described above can ensure that the component 223b on the plate 223a is placed in the second box 22, and the component 223b is protected by using the second box 22, so as to prevent the component 223b from being exposed, and increase the protection effect on the circuit board. And the plate body 223a and the electrical connector 40 are respectively disposed on the plate surfaces of two opposite sides of the plate body 223a, so that mutual interference between the two can be avoided. Meanwhile, the circuit board is covered by the sealant 30, so that the sealing effect and the fixing effect of the circuit board are ensured.
In order to further ensure the sealing effect of the circuit board in the second box 22, the shape of the circuit board is matched with the shape of the second box opening 222, the circuit board blocks the second box opening 222, and at least one notch is formed in the circuit board and forms a glue filling opening 224; or, a gap is formed between the circuit board and the inner wall surface of the second case 22, and the gap forms the glue filling opening 224. The sealant 30 is filled into the second cavity 221 through the sealant filling opening 224. After the sealant 30 is filled into the second box body 22, the gap near the circuit board component 223b in the second box body 22 can be fully sealed, so that the sealing effect is improved, the short circuit, the open circuit and even the fire of the circuit board caused by external water stains or stains are avoided, meanwhile, the circuit board is fixed, the circuit board is prevented from shaking or falling off in the second box body 22, the sealing and fixing effects of electronic elements are ensured, and the use performance of the electrical box 20 is optimized.
The circuit board is lower than the second box opening 222, and a second distance is formed between the circuit board and the second box opening 222. The level of the sealant 30 can be flush with the second port 222. The second pitch may be 1.5-3 mm. When this second interval is too big, the encapsulating volume that leads to needs is great, has increased the degree of difficulty of encapsulating, and when this second interval is too little, the circuit board exposes in the outside of second box mouth 222 easily, has reduced the stability that sets up of circuit board, leads to encapsulating volume less in the second box body 22 simultaneously, influences sealed glue 30 to the sealed and fixed effect of circuit board. Therefore, in practical use, the user can select the specific value of the second distance within the above range according to needs, and the specific value of the second distance is not limited in this embodiment. Preferably, the specific value of the second distance may be 2 mm.
Referring to fig. 4, 5 and 9, a third opening 217 is provided on a side of the first case 21 away from the second case 22, a case cover 218 is closed on the third opening 217, and the case cover 218 abuts against the battery. Based on the fact that the end of the battery close to the second case 22 abuts against the supporting rib 214, the supporting rib 214 provides supporting force for the battery, and the end of the battery far from the second case 22 can abut against the case cover 218, so that the battery can be clamped between the supporting rib 214 and the case cover 218, and the setting stability of the battery in the electrical appliance case 20 is ensured. the second box body is provided with an outlet, and a lead bundle led out by the electronic element in the first box body and/or the second box body is led out of the electrical box through the outlet;
the second box body is filled with sealing glue close to the outlet, the sealing glue covers at least part of the electronic elements in the second box body, and the electronic elements in the first box body are exposed outside the sealing glue.
2. The appliance box of claim 1, wherein the outlet is located on a side of the second box remote from the first box.
3. The electrical box of claim 1, wherein a wire splitting portion is disposed in the outlet, the wire splitting portion includes a plurality of spaced wiring holes, and a plurality of wires in the wire bundle are inserted through the plurality of wiring holes in a one-to-one correspondence;
and the sealant is filled between the line dividing part and the line outlet.
4. The electrical box according to any of claims 1 to 3, wherein the first box has a first cavity and the second box has a second cavity, the first cavity having a first electronic component disposed therein and the second cavity having a second electronic component disposed therein;
the first cavity is communicated with the second cavity, the first electronic element is connected with the second electronic element through an electrical connecting piece, and the electrical connecting piece is positioned at the communication position of the first cavity and the second cavity;
the sealant covers the joint of the electrical connecting piece and the second electronic element, and the joint of the electrical connecting piece and the first electronic element is exposed outside the sealant.
5. The electrical box of claim 4, wherein the electrical connector is a resilient connector disposed in compression between the first and second electrical components;
the first end of the elastic connecting piece is abutted to the first electronic element, and the second end of the elastic connecting piece is fixedly connected with the second electronic element.
6. The electrical enclosure of claim 4, wherein the electrical connector is a plug assembly comprising a plug disposed on one of the first and second electrical components and a socket disposed on the other of the first and second electrical components;
the plug connector and the plug groove are connected in an inserting mode.

The electrical box of claim 4, wherein a first box opening is formed in one side of the first box body close to the second box body, a second box opening is formed in one side of the second box body close to the first box body, and the first box opening and the second box opening are in involution and communication;
a supporting rib and an extending rib which are connected with each other are arranged in the first cavity, the first electronic element is arranged on the supporting rib, and the end part of the extending rib extends towards the second cavity; the supporting ribs and the extending ribs jointly enclose an accommodating cavity, and the first electronic element is located in the accommodating cavity;
the liquid level of the sealant covers at least part of the extending ribs.
8. The electrical box as recited in claim 4, wherein at least one fastener is disposed in the second cavity, and the second electronic component is secured in the second cavity by the fastener;
the fixing piece is a fixing column arranged in the second cavity and a fastening piece, and the fastening piece penetrates through the second electronic element and is connected with the fixing column; or, the fixing piece is a fixing rib arranged on the inner wall surface of the second cavity, and the second electronic element is fixed on the fixing rib.
9. The appliance cartridge according to claim 4, wherein the volume of the first cavity is 35-50% of the volume of the appliance cartridge and/or the volume of the second cavity is 50-65% of the volume of the appliance cartridge.

15. The electrical box of claim 4, wherein a display is disposed in the second cavity, the second box having a display area, a display portion of the display being disposed proximate to the display area.
