Detailed Description
In order to enable those skilled in the art to better understand the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present disclosure, the embodiments of the present disclosure are described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and detailed description.
As shown in fig. 3 to 6, an aspect of the disclosed embodiments provides a speaker box 100, which includes an upper cover plate 110, a lower cover plate 130 assembled with the upper cover plate 110 to form a housing chamber 120, and a speaker unit 140 and a motor module 150 housed in the housing chamber 120, wherein the speaker unit 140 divides the housing chamber 120 into a front cavity 121 and a rear cavity 122, the motor module 150 is disposed on a side of the speaker unit 140 facing away from the upper cover plate 110, the upper cover plate 110 includes a top wall 111 and a plurality of side walls 112, and at least one side wall 112 has a length greater than an orthographic projection length thereof. That is, the shape of the upper cover plate 110 is not rectangular in the prior art, and at least one sidewall 112 of the upper cover plate 110 is irregularly shaped.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, at least one side wall of the upper cover plate 110 of the speaker box 100 is provided such that the length of the side wall 112 is longer than the orthographic projection length thereof, i.e., the edge area of the upper cover plate 110 is irregularly shaped, according to the shape of the electronic device carrying the speaker box 100. In this way, after the upper cover plate 110 is combined with the lower cover plate 130, there is inevitably a remaining space except for the speaker unit 140 and the motor module 150, i.e., a remaining space in an edge region of the upper cover plate 110. According to the shape of the edge region of the upper cover plate 110, the remaining space of the edge region of the upper cover plate 110 and the edge region of the lower cover plate 130 are assembled to form a plurality of compensating chambers 160, and the compensating chambers 160 communicate with the rear chamber 122. That is, the shape of the upper cover plate 110 matches the shape of the lower cover plate 130.
The upper cover plate of the loudspeaker box has an irregular shape, so that the loudspeaker box is applicable to loudspeaker boxes with different shapes, is further applicable to electronic equipment with various shapes, and has strong adaptability and wide application; the edge area of lower apron and the edge area group formation of upper cover plate are a plurality of compensation chamber, and a plurality of compensation chamber are linked together with the back chamber, can play the effect of increasing the whole volume in back chamber through a plurality of compensation chamber, promote the free low frequency performance of speaker to can promote the free sound production effect of speaker.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 7, the upper cover plate 110 includes a first sidewall 112a disposed opposite in a length direction thereof and a second sidewall 112b disposed opposite in a width direction thereof. Wherein the length of the second sidewall 112b is greater than the projected length thereof. That is, in the present embodiment, only the second side walls 112b of the upper cover plate 110, which are disposed opposite in the width direction thereof, are irregularly shaped.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, in the present embodiment, one of the second side walls 112b of the upper cover plate 110 is stepped and recessed toward the speaker unit 140, and the second side wall 112b on the other side is recessed toward the speaker unit 140 to form an included angle.
In the present embodiment, the specific shape of the side wall 112 of the upper cover plate 110 is not particularly limited, and may be selected according to the specific shape of the electronic device (e.g., mobile phone, etc.) for carrying the speaker box 100. For example, the shape of the speaker box 100, that is, the shape of the side wall 112 of the upper cover plate 110 may be set according to the shape of the phone case.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 7, the upper cover plate 110 includes a top wall 111 and a side wall 112 connected to the top wall 111, and the side wall 112 of the upper cover plate 110 is provided with a support step 113 toward one end of the lower cover plate 130.
As shown in fig. 8, the lower cover 130 includes a bottom wall 131 and a side wall 132 connected to the bottom wall 131, and the side wall 132 of the lower cover 130 is provided with a boss 133 toward one end of the upper cover 110. The boss 133 is embedded in the support step 113.
In the above embodiment, the boss 133 on the side wall 132 of the lower cover plate 130 is embedded in the supporting step 113 on the side wall 112 of the upper cover plate 110, so as to prevent dust from entering the compensating cavity 160, and on the other hand, the space of the compensating cavity 160 can be increased, so that the overall space of the rear cavity 122 is increased, and the low-frequency performance of the speaker unit is further improved.
As shown in fig. 8, a receiving through slot 134 is formed in a central region of the lower cover 130, and a motor module 150 is disposed in the receiving through slot 134. That is, the central area of the lower cover 130 is hollowed out, similar to a magnetic leakage bowl structure.
In the above embodiments, the lower cover 130 may be combined with the upper cover 110 to form the accommodating chamber 120 for accommodating the speaker unit 140 and the motor module 150, and may support the motor module 150. In addition, the central area of the lower cover plate 130 is provided with a receiving through groove 134 and is sleeved on the outer side of the motor module 150, so that the height space occupied by the speaker box 100 can be reduced, and the requirement of miniaturization of electronic equipment can be met.
Illustratively, as shown in FIG. 6, in this embodiment, a plurality of compensation chambers 160 are in communication with one another.
In the above embodiment, the compensating cavities 160 are mutually communicated, so that the overall rear cavity space can be further increased, and the low-frequency effect of the speaker unit can be further improved. That is, the speaker box 100 of the embodiment of the present disclosure is relatively suitable for a structure in which the speaker box has a sufficient outer shape width and the plurality of compensating chambers 160 of the speaker box may be connected to each other.
Illustratively, the lower cover plate 130 is secured to the upper cover plate 110 by ultrasonic welding.
In the above embodiment, the lower cover plate 130 is fixed to the upper cover plate 110 by ultrasonic welding, so that the lower cover plate 130 can be more reliably fixed to the upper cover plate 110, thereby increasing the reliability of the speaker box 100 and simplifying the operation process.
As illustrated in fig. 3, 4, 6 and 7, the speaker box 100 further includes a mounting hole 114, and the mounting hole 114 is provided at an edge region of the upper cover plate 110; and/or, the mounting hole 114 is provided at an edge region of the lower cover plate 130, and the mounting hole 114 is provided at an outer side of the compensation chamber 160, the mounting hole 114 being used to fix the speaker box 100 to the electronic device.
That is, the mounting holes 114 may be provided only on the edge region of the upper cover plate 110, the mounting holes 114 may be provided only on the edge region of the lower cover plate 130, or both the edge region of the upper cover plate 110 and the edge region of the lower cover plate 130. Whether the upper cover plate 110 or the lower cover plate 130 is provided with the mounting holes 114 may be selected according to actual needs. In the present embodiment, the mounting hole 114 is provided on the upper cover plate 110.
In this embodiment, the mounting hole 114 may be a screw hole, or may be another type of mounting hole, and the embodiment is not particularly limited.
In the present embodiment, parameters such as the number, shape, and size of the mounting holes 114 are not particularly limited, and may be specifically selected according to the shape, size, and the like of the electronic device (for example, a mobile phone case).
In the above embodiment, the speaker box 100 includes the mounting hole 114, and the speaker box 100 can be fixed to an electronic device, such as a housing of a mobile phone, and the like, and can be applied to various shapes of electronic devices, increasing the adaptability of the speaker box 100.

As shown in fig. 4 and 7, the upper cover plate 110 is provided with a fixing plate 116 along its length direction. The speaker box 100 may be fixed to the electronic device by a fixing plate 116. Wherein, the fixing plate 116, the mounting groove 115 and the upper cover plate 110 are an injection-molded integrated structure. Further preferably, in the present embodiment, the fixing plate 116, the mounting groove 115 and the upper cover plate 110 are an injection-molded steel sheet integrated structure.
In the present embodiment, the lower cover 130 is an injection-molded structure. Further preferably, in the present embodiment, the lower cover plate 130 is an injection-molded steel sheet structure.
In the above embodiment, the fixing plate 116, the mounting groove 115 and the upper cover plate 110 are of an injection molding integrated structure, the lower cover plate 130 is of an injection molding structure, and the upper cover plate 110 and the lower cover plate 130 can be respectively integrated into a module, so that the structure is simple and the installation is convenient.
As shown in fig. 5, the motor module 150 includes a housing 151 and a vibration assembly 152, where the housing 151 and the upper cover plate 110 enclose a housing space, and the vibration assembly 152 is housed in the housing space.

In the above embodiment, the sealing strip is provided at the gap between the lower cover plate 130 and the housing 151, so that the sealability between the lower cover plate 130 and the housing 151 can be increased, thereby increasing the sealability of the speaker box 100.
As illustrated in fig. 4 to 6, the speaker box 100 further includes a circuit board 170, a first end of the circuit board 170 is electrically connected to the speaker unit 140 and the motor module 150, respectively, and a second end of the circuit board 170 is electrically connected to an external circuit.
