But the existing standard loudspeaker enclosure structure is not applicable for loudspeaker enclosures with irregular contours.
In view of the above, there is a need for a loudspeaker enclosure that is reasonably designed and that can effectively ameliorate the above problems.

Embodiments of the present disclosure aim to solve at least one of the technical problems existing in the prior art, and provide a speaker box.

Detailed Description
In order to enable those skilled in the art to better understand the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present disclosure, the embodiments of the present disclosure are described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and detailed description.
As shown in fig. 3 to 6, an aspect of the disclosed embodiments provides a speaker box 100, which includes an upper cover plate 110, a lower cover plate 130 assembled with the upper cover plate 110 to form a housing chamber 120, and a speaker unit 140 and a motor module 150 housed in the housing chamber 120, wherein the speaker unit 140 divides the housing chamber 120 into a front cavity 121 and a rear cavity 122, the motor module 150 is disposed on a side of the speaker unit 140 facing away from the upper cover plate 110, the upper cover plate 110 includes a top wall 111 and a plurality of side walls 112, and at least one side wall 112 has a length greater than an orthographic projection length thereof. That is, the shape of the upper cover plate 110 is not rectangular in the prior art, and at least one sidewall 112 of the upper cover plate 110 is irregularly shaped.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, at least one side wall of the upper cover plate 110 of the speaker box 100 is provided such that the length of the side wall 112 is longer than the orthographic projection length thereof, i.e., the edge area of the upper cover plate 110 is irregularly shaped, according to the shape of the electronic device carrying the speaker box 100. In this way, after the upper cover plate 110 is combined with the lower cover plate 130, there is inevitably a remaining space except for the speaker unit 140 and the motor module 150, i.e., a remaining space in an edge region of the upper cover plate 110. According to the shape of the edge region of the upper cover plate 110, the remaining space of the edge region of the upper cover plate 110 and the edge region of the lower cover plate 130 are assembled to form a plurality of compensating chambers 160, and the compensating chambers 160 communicate with the rear chamber 122. That is, the shape of the upper cover plate 110 matches the shape of the lower cover plate 130.
Wherein, the lower cover 130 is of a single metal sheet structure to increase the space of the compensation chamber 160. Preferably, in the present embodiment, the lower cover 130 is constructed as a single steel sheet structure. That is, the lower cover plate 130 is constructed in a single metal sheet structure, and the space of the compensation chamber 160 in the length and width directions thereof can be increased. The space of the compensation chamber 160 along the height direction thereof can be realized by increasing the height of the side wall 112 of the upper cover plate 110.
The length of at least one side wall of the upper cover plate of the loudspeaker box is larger than the orthographic projection length of the upper cover plate, namely, the upper cover plate is irregularly shaped, and the loudspeaker box is applicable to loudspeaker boxes with different shapes, further applicable to electronic equipment with various shapes, strong in adaptability and wide in application; the edge area of lower apron and the edge area group formation of upper cover plate are a plurality of compensation chamber, and a plurality of compensation chamber are linked together with the back chamber, can play the effect of increasing the whole volume in back chamber through a plurality of compensation chamber, promote the free low frequency performance of speaker to can promote the free sound production effect of speaker. As shown in fig. 5 and 7, one end of the sidewall 112 of the upper cover plate 110 toward the lower cover plate 130 is provided with a support step 113, and the lower cover plate 130 is erected on the support step 113. Specifically, an edge region of the lower cover plate 130 is erected on the support step 113.
In the above embodiment, the lower cover 130 is made into a single metal sheet structure, and the edge area of the lower cover 130 is set up on the supporting step 113, so that the space of the compensation cavity 160 can be further increased, the space of the rear cavity 122 can be further increased, and the low-frequency performance of the speaker unit can be further improved.
Illustratively, in the present embodiment, the width of the supporting step 113 ranges from 0.1mm to 0.2mm. Preferably, in the present embodiment, the width of the support step 113 is 0.15mm. That is, in the present embodiment, the support step 113 is narrowed to the maximum extent, so as to further increase the space of the compensation chamber 160, further increase the space of the rear chamber 122, and further improve the low frequency performance of the speaker unit.
Illustratively, the lower cover plate 130 is fixed to the upper cover plate 110 by gluing. In this embodiment, the lower cover plate 130 and the upper cover plate 110 are fixed by glue, and the thickness of the side wall 112 of the upper cover plate 110 is not limited by 0.7mm, compared with the ultrasonic welding fixation, which requires an ultrasonic wall thickness of 0.7 mm. That is, the thickness of the sidewall 112 of the upper cover plate 110 may be thinned to further increase the space of the compensation chamber 160.
Illustratively, in the present embodiment, the sidewall 112 of the upper cover plate 110 has a thickness ranging from 0.4mm to 0.6mm. Preferably, in the present embodiment, the sidewall 112 of the upper cover plate 110 has a thickness of 0.5mm.
In the above embodiment, the thickness of the sidewall 112 of the upper cover plate 110 is set to be between 0.4mm and 0.6mm, so that the space of the compensation chamber 160 and thus the space of the rear chamber 122 can be increased to the maximum extent.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 7, the upper cover plate 110 includes a first sidewall 112a disposed opposite in a length direction thereof and a second sidewall 112b disposed opposite in a width direction thereof. Wherein the length of the second sidewall 112b is greater than the projected length thereof. That is, in the present embodiment, only the second side walls 112b of the upper cover plate 110, which are disposed opposite in the width direction thereof, are irregularly shaped.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 5 to 7, in the present embodiment, one of the second side walls 112b of the upper cover plate 110 is stepped and recessed toward the speaker unit 140, and the second side wall 112b on the other side is recessed toward the speaker unit 140 to form an included angle.
In the present embodiment, the specific shape of the side wall 112 of the upper cover plate 110 is not particularly limited, and may be selected according to the specific shape of the electronic device (e.g., mobile phone, etc.) for carrying the speaker box 100. For example, the shape of the speaker box 100, that is, the shape of the side wall 112 of the upper cover plate 110 may be set according to the shape of the phone case.
As shown in fig. 5, a receiving through slot 131 is formed in a central region of the lower cover 130, and a motor module 150 is disposed in the receiving through slot 131. That is, the central area of the lower cover 130 is hollowed out, similar to a magnetic leakage bowl structure.
In the above embodiments, the lower cover 130 may be combined with the upper cover 110 to form the accommodating chamber 120 for accommodating the speaker unit 140 and the motor module 150, and may support the motor module 150. In addition, the central area of the lower cover plate 130 is provided with a receiving through groove 131 and is sleeved on the outer side of the motor module 150, so that the height space occupied by the speaker box 100 can be reduced, and the requirement of miniaturization of electronic equipment can be met.
Illustratively, as shown in FIG. 6, in this embodiment, a plurality of compensation chambers 160 are in communication with one another.
In the above embodiment, the compensating cavities 160 are mutually communicated, so that the overall rear cavity space can be further increased, and the low-frequency effect of the speaker unit can be further improved.
As illustrated in fig. 3, 6 and 7, the speaker box 100 further includes a mounting hole 114, the mounting hole 114 being provided at an edge region of the upper cover plate 110; and/or, the mounting hole 114 is provided at an edge region of the lower cover plate 130, and the mounting hole 114 is provided at an outer side of the compensation chamber 160, the mounting hole 114 being used to fix the speaker box 100 to the electronic device.
That is, the mounting holes 114 may be provided only on the edge region of the upper cover plate 110, the mounting holes 114 may be provided only on the edge region of the lower cover plate 130, or both the edge region of the upper cover plate 110 and the edge region of the lower cover plate 130. Whether the upper cover plate 110 or the lower cover plate 130 is provided with the mounting holes 114 may be selected according to actual needs. In the present embodiment, the mounting hole 114 is provided on the upper cover plate 110.
In this embodiment, the mounting hole 114 may be a screw hole, or may be another type of mounting hole, and the embodiment is not particularly limited.
In the present embodiment, parameters such as the number, shape, and size of the mounting holes 114 are not particularly limited, and may be specifically selected according to the shape, size, and the like of the electronic device (for example, a mobile phone case).
In the above embodiment, the speaker box 100 includes the mounting hole 114, and the speaker box 100 can be fixed to an electronic device, such as a housing of a mobile phone, and the like, and can be applied to various shapes of electronic devices, increasing the adaptability of the speaker box 100.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 7, a mounting groove 115 is provided at a side of the upper cover plate 110 facing the speaker unit 140, and the speaker unit 140 is accommodated in the mounting groove 115.
As shown in fig. 4 and 7, the upper cover plate 110 is provided with a fixing plate 116 along its length direction. The speaker box 100 may be fixed to the electronic device by a fixing plate 116. Wherein, the fixing plate 116, the mounting groove 115 and the upper cover plate 110 are an injection-molded integrated structure. Further preferably, in the present embodiment, the fixing plate 116, the mounting groove 115 and the upper cover plate 110 are an injection-molded steel sheet integrated structure.
In the above embodiment, the fixing plate 116, the mounting groove 115 and the upper cover plate 110 are an injection molding integrated structure, and the module can be integrated, and the structure is simple and convenient to install.
As shown in fig. 5, the motor module 150 includes a housing 151 and a vibration assembly 152, where the housing 151 and the upper cover plate 110 enclose a housing space, and the vibration assembly 152 is housed in the housing space.
Illustratively, the outer side of the housing 151 is sleeved with a lower cover plate 130, and a sealing strip (not shown in the figure) is arranged at a gap between the lower cover plate 130 and the housing 151.
In this embodiment, the sealing strip may be made of sealing glue, however, other sealing strips may be made of other materials, and the embodiment is not limited specifically.
In the above embodiment, the sealing strip is provided at the gap between the lower cover plate 130 and the housing 151, so that the sealability between the lower cover plate 130 and the housing 151 can be increased, thereby increasing the sealability of the speaker box 100.
As illustrated in fig. 3 to 6, the speaker box 100 further includes a circuit board 170, a first end of the circuit board 170 is electrically connected to the speaker unit 140 and the motor module 150, respectively, and a second end of the circuit board 170 is electrically connected to an external circuit. In the present embodiment, the circuit board 170 is a flexible circuit board.
In the above embodiment, the speaker unit 140 and the motor module 150 are electrically connected to an external circuit through the circuit board 170, and the generation of the speaker unit 140 and the vibration of the motor module 150 can be respectively achieved.

The loudspeaker box comprises an upper cover plate, a lower cover plate, a loudspeaker monomer and a motor module, wherein the lower cover plate is assembled with the upper cover plate to form a containing cavity, the loudspeaker monomer and the motor module are contained in the containing cavity, the containing cavity is divided into a front cavity and a rear cavity by the loudspeaker monomer, and the motor module is arranged on one side, deviating from the upper cover plate, of the loudspeaker monomer; the edge area of the upper cover plate and the edge area of the lower cover plate are assembled to form a plurality of compensation cavities, and the compensation cavities are communicated with the rear cavity; the lower cover plate is of a single metal sheet structure, so that the space of the compensation cavity is increased.
2. The loudspeaker enclosure of claim 1, wherein a support step is provided on an end of the side wall of the upper cover plate facing the lower cover plate, the support step being provided with the lower cover plate.
3. A loudspeaker enclosure according to claim 2, wherein the support step has a width in the range 0.1mm to 0.2mm.
4. A loudspeaker enclosure according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the lower cover plate and the upper cover plate are fixed by gluing.
5. The loudspeaker enclosure of claim 4 wherein the upper cover plate has a sidewall thickness in the range of 0.4mm to 0.6mm.

A loudspeaker enclosure according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the upper cover plate comprises a first side wall disposed opposite in a length direction thereof and a second side wall disposed opposite in a width direction thereof; wherein, the liquid crystal display device comprises a liquid crystal display device,
the second side wall has a length greater than its projected length.
7. A loudspeaker enclosure according to any one of claims 1-3, wherein the central region of the lower cover plate is provided with a receiving through slot in which the motor module is disposed.
8. A loudspeaker enclosure according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the plurality of compensation chambers are in communication with each other.
9. A loudspeaker enclosure according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the upper cover plate is provided with mounting holes; and/or the number of the groups of groups,
the lower cover plate is provided with the mounting hole, and the mounting hole is arranged on the outer side of the compensation cavity.
10. A loudspeaker enclosure according to any one of claims 1-3, wherein the side of the upper cover plate facing the loudspeaker unit is provided with a mounting groove in which the loudspeaker unit is received;
