A pair of synchronizing sprockets 432 are disposed on the same side of the carrying platform 3, and the pair of synchronizing sprockets 432 are respectively sleeved on the first transmission shaft 41121 and the second transmission shaft 42121 which are opposite to each other in front and back positions, and rotate at the same angular velocity as the corresponding transmission shafts. The chain 433 is tensioned between a pair of synchronizing sprockets 432 such that when one of the synchronizing sprockets 432 rotates, the other synchronizing sprocket 432 rotates at the same angular velocity. The elevation driving assembly 44 is in driving connection with one of the synchronizing shafts 431, and when the synchronizing shaft 431 rotates around its own axis line under the driving of the elevation driving assembly 44, a pair of driving shafts coaxially coupled with the synchronizing shaft 431, and a pair of driving shafts and the other synchronizing shaft 431 in driving connection with the synchronizing shaft 431 through a chain 433 and a pair of synchronizing sprockets 432 are rotated at the same angular velocity.
