Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a water heater 1000 according to an embodiment of the present utility model may be an air-powered water heater, the water heater 1000 including: the device comprises a housing 100, a fixing frame 200, a first cover 300 and a first fastener. The housing 100 has a cylindrical shape, a large capacity, convenient manufacture and more beautiful appearance. The housing 100 may be square column-shaped, and a suitable shape may be selected according to practical circumstances. The fixing frame 200 is fixedly connected with the housing 100 along the up-down direction, and a first clamping piece 210 and a first mounting position 220 are arranged on the fixing frame 200. Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the first cover 300 is provided with a second clamping member 310 and a second mounting position 320, the first cover 300 can be covered on the fixing frame 200, and the second clamping member 310 is mounted on the first clamping member 210 to match the second mounting position 320 with the first mounting position 220 in a positioning manner. The first fastening member is connected to the first mounting position 220 and the second mounting position 320, so that the first cover 300 is fixedly connected to the fixing frame 200, and the loosening and falling-off of the first cover 300 are reduced. It should be noted that the first fastening member may be a screw, a bolt, a rivet, or the like, and an appropriate scheme is specifically selected according to actual situations.
By adopting the above scheme, during assembly, the first cover 300 is clamped with the first clamping piece 210 of the fixing frame 200 through the second clamping piece 310, so that the relative position of the first cover 300 and the fixing frame 200 is determined, and the pre-fixing function is achieved. The first fastening member can be disposed at the first mounting position 220 and the second mounting position 320 by a single operator without requiring manual fixing by an installer, so that the first cover 300 is fixedly connected with the fixing frame 200, and therefore, the difficulty in assembling the first cover 300 and the fixing frame 200 is low and the assembling efficiency is high.
Referring to fig. 3, in the embodiment of the utility model, a plurality of first clamping members 210 and second clamping members 310 are provided, and the plurality of first clamping members 210 are disposed at intervals in the up-down direction and symmetrically in the left-right direction. The second clamping members 310 are disposed on the inner sidewall of the first cover 300 at intervals along the up-down direction, and are symmetrically disposed along the left-right direction. The number of first clamping members 210 is the same as the number of second clamping members 310. The plurality of first clamping pieces 210 are correspondingly clamped to the plurality of second clamping pieces 310, so that stability of the first cover body 300 and the fixing frame 200 during clamping is improved, the condition that the first mounting position 220 and the second mounting position 320 are misplaced due to loosening of the first cover body 300 is effectively reduced, and the first fastener is convenient to assemble.
Referring to fig. 4, in the embodiment of the utility model, the first clamping member 210 is a clamping hole 211. Referring to fig. 5, the second clamping member 310 includes a positioning portion 311 and a clamping portion 312 connected to each other. When the second clamping member 310 is clamped in the clamping hole 211, the positioning portion 311 is abutted against the inner wall of the clamping hole 211 to perform positioning function, and the clamping portion 312 is inserted into the clamping hole 211 and abutted against the inner wall of the fixing frame 200, so as to limit the first cover 300 from being separated from the fixing frame 200. The scheme of matching the clamping hole 211, the positioning part 311 and the clamping part 312 is adopted, so that the structure is simple, the cost is low, and the reliability is high. In other embodiments, the first clamping member 210 may include a positioning portion 311 and a clamping portion 312, the second clamping member 310 may be a clamping hole 211, and the positioning portion 311 of the first clamping member 210 and an inner wall of the clamping hole 211 are abutted and positioned, and a suitable scheme is specifically selected according to practical situations. For convenience of explanation, in the following embodiments, the first clamping member 210 is taken as the clamping hole 211, and the second clamping member 310 includes the positioning portion 311 and the clamping portion 312.
Referring to fig. 4, in the embodiment of the present utility model, the fastening hole 211 is elongated and extends in the up-down direction. The second fastening member 310 can be inserted into the fixing frame 200 through the fastening hole 211 and move along the length direction of the fastening hole 211, i.e., move in the up-down direction. The side of the clamping portion 312 facing the inner side wall of the fixing frame 200 is provided with an abutting surface 313, the abutting surface 313 is inclined towards a direction away from the fixing frame 200 along the moving direction of the second clamping member 310, or the abutting surface 313 is inclined towards a direction close to the housing 100 along the moving direction of the second clamping member 310, and the abutting surface 313 is used for abutting and matching with the inner side wall of the fixing frame 200.
It will be appreciated that the rim of the first cover 300 needs to abut the housing 100 to reduce the gap between the first cover 300 and the housing 100. Referring to fig. 6, 7 and 8, since the abutment surface 313 is inclined, in the process that the second fastening member 310 is inserted into the fastening hole 211 and moves downward, the first cover 300 moves toward the direction close to the housing 100 under the guide of the abutment surface 313 and finally contacts the housing 100, and the first cover 300 is continuously pushed downward, so that the abutment surface 313 is gradually clamped against the inner sidewall of the fixing frame 200, and simultaneously the first cover 300 can be restricted from being separated from the fixing frame 200, and the positions of the first mounting position 220 and the second mounting position 320 are aligned, so that the first fastening member can be conveniently connected to the first mounting position 220 and the second mounting position 320, and the first cover 300 and the fixing frame 200 can be further fixed.
Referring to fig. 8, in the embodiment of the present utility model, the inclination angle of the abutment surface 313 is α, which satisfies the following: 3 DEG.ltoreq.alpha.ltoreq.10 DEG, for example, alpha may be 4 DEG, 6 DEG, 9 DEG, etc. It will be appreciated that when α < 3 °, the angle at which the abutment surface 313 is inclined is too small to enable the first cover 300 to be gripped. When α > 10 °, the angle of inclination of the abutment surface 313 is too large, and before the positioning portion 311 is not abutted against the inner wall of the clamping hole 211, the first cover 300 cannot move downward further due to being clamped too tightly, so that the first mounting position 220 and the second mounting position 320 are not aligned, and the first fastener cannot be mounted. Therefore, the inclination angle of the abutment surface 313 is reasonably designed, so that the first cover 300 can be clamped, and the first mounting position 220 and the second mounting position 320 can be aligned conveniently.
Referring to fig. 4, in the embodiment of the present utility model, the clamping hole 211 sequentially includes a first hole section 212, a second hole section 213 and a third hole section 214, which are connected in the top-to-bottom direction, the width of the first hole section 212 is greater than the width of the third hole section 214, the width of the second hole section 213 gradually decreases in the top-to-bottom direction, the maximum width of the second hole section 213 is the same as the width of the first hole section 212, and the minimum width of the second hole section 213 is the same as the width of the third hole section 214. Because the width of the first hole section 212 is larger, the second clamping piece 310 is convenient to penetrate through the clamping hole 211, and then the first cover 300 is moved downwards, so that the second clamping piece 310 is positioned in butt joint with the third hole section 214 after being guided by the second hole section 213, the clamping efficiency of the second clamping piece 310 is improved, and the alignment difficulty is reduced.
Referring to fig. 2, in the embodiment of the present utility model, the first mounting location 220 is disposed on the front end surface of the fixing frame 200, and the second mounting location 320 is disposed on the front end surface of the first cover 300. For example, the first mounting locations 220 are provided in plural, for example, three, wherein two first mounting locations 220 are disposed at intervals at the lower end of the fixing frame 200, and the other is disposed at the middle position of the fixing frame 200. The second mounting locations 320 are also provided with a plurality of, for example, three, and the three second mounting locations 320 are respectively disposed at a middle and lower position of the first cover 300 at intervals, and are disposed corresponding to the first mounting locations 220. The plurality of first mounting positions 220 and the plurality of second mounting positions 320 can further improve the stability of connection between the first cover 300 and the fixing frame 200, and the risk of loosening and falling of the first cover 300 is greatly reduced.
Referring to fig. 9 and 10, in the embodiment of the present utility model, the first cover 300 and the fixing frame 200 are configured to: when the first fastener is separated from the first mounting location 220 and the second mounting location 320, the first mounting location 220 and the second mounting location 320 are spaced apart, and the first mounting location 220 is closer to the housing 100 than the second mounting location 320. It can be appreciated that in order to reduce the entry of foreign matter into the interior of the first cover 300 through the slits, and also to ensure the overall aesthetic appearance of the water heater 1000, it is required that the rim of the first cover 300 be attached to the housing 100 to minimize the slits. Therefore, when the first fastening member is disposed between the first mounting position 220 and the second mounting position 320, for example, in the screwing process, the second mounting position 320 can be moved in a direction close to the first mounting position 220, and then the first cover 300 is driven to move in a direction close to the housing 100, so that the edge of the first cover 300 is attached to the housing 100, so as to reduce a gap between the first cover 300 and the housing 100.
Referring to fig. 10, in the embodiment of the present utility model, the minimum distance between the first mounting location 220 and the second mounting location 320 is L, which satisfies the following: the method meets the following conditions: l is more than or equal to 0.5mm and less than or equal to 2mm. For example, L may be 0.7mm,0.9mm,1.3mm,1.5mm. It will be appreciated that when L < 0.5mm, the spacing between the first mounting location 220 and the second mounting location 320 is too small to function to reduce the gap between the first cover 300 and the housing 100. When L > 2mm, the distance between the second mounting location 320 and the second mounting location 320 is too large, and tightening the screw easily causes the second mounting location 320 to be stressed too much to fracture, and may also cause a large deformation of the first cover 300. Therefore, the space between the first mounting position 220 and the second mounting position 320 is reasonably designed, so that the first cover 300 can be better attached to the housing 100, and the gap is reduced.
Referring to fig. 10, in the embodiment of the present utility model, the first mounting location 220 is provided with a first connection hole 221, the first cover 300 is recessed toward the direction of the fixing frame 200 to form a second mounting location 320, and the bottom wall of the second mounting location 320 is provided with a second connection hole 321. The first fastening member penetrates the first and second connection holes 221 and 321 to limit the relative positions of the first cover 300 and the fixing frame 200. The second mounting position 320 is concavely disposed, so that the upper end of the first fastener is completely located in the second mounting position 320, and the integrity of the first cover 300 is prevented from being affected by the protrusion of the first fastener.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in the embodiment of the present utility model, the water heater 1000 further includes a second cover 400, and the second cover 400 is connected to a side of the first cover 300 facing away from the housing 100, that is, the second cover 400 is connected to a front end surface of the first cover 300. The second cover 400 covers the second installation position 320, so that the first fastener is hidden, the first cover 300 is more attractive, and meanwhile, a certain protection effect is achieved, and foreign matters are effectively prevented from entering the first cover 300.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, in the embodiment of the present utility model, the upper end of the fixing frame 200 is provided with a third mounting location 230, and the upper end surface of the first cover 300 is concavely formed with a fourth mounting location 330. The water heater 1000 also includes a second fastener, which may be a screw, bolt, rivet, pin, or the like. The second fastening member is connected to the third mounting location 230 and the fourth mounting location 330, and the upper end of the second fastening member is located inside the fourth mounting location 330, so that the connection stability of the first cover 300 and the fixing frame 200 can be further improved. Because the fourth mounting location 330 is located at the upper end of the first cover 300, and the overall height of the water heater 1000 is relatively high, the user cannot normally see the fourth mounting location 330 and the second fastening member, so that the first cover 300 has better integrity and high aesthetic appearance.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, in the embodiment of the present utility model, the third mounting location 230 is provided with the third connection holes 231, for example, the third connection holes 231 are provided in two and are spaced apart in the left-right direction. The fourth mounting locations 330 are also provided in two, and are disposed at intervals in the left-right direction. The two fourth mounting locations 330 and the two third connection holes 231 are correspondingly arranged to improve the stability of connection.
In order to make the rim of the upper end of the first cover 300 also fit with the housing 100, the gap is reduced. Referring to fig. 11 and 12, in the embodiment of the present utility model, the bottom wall of the fourth mounting location 330 is provided with a fourth connection hole 331, and the first cover 300 and the fixing frame 200 are configured to: when the second fastening member is separated from the third mounting position 230 and the fourth mounting position 330, the central axis of the fourth coupling hole 331 and the central axis of the third coupling hole 231 are spaced apart in a direction away from the housing 100, i.e., the third coupling hole 231 and the fourth coupling hole 331 are not concentric. And the third connection hole 231 is closer to the housing 100 than the fourth connection hole 331.
When the second fastening piece is disposed in the third connection hole 231 and the fourth connection hole 331, the force applied by the second fastening piece can make the third connection hole 231 and the fourth connection hole 331 gradually become concentric, that is, drive the upper end of the first cover 300 to move towards the direction close to the housing 100, and further make the edge of the upper end of the first cover 300 contact with the housing 100, so as to reduce the gap between the first cover 300 and the housing 100, effectively reduce the foreign matters from entering the first cover 300, and improve the aesthetic degree.
The embodiments of the present utility model have been described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the present utility model is not limited to the above embodiments, and various changes can be made within the knowledge of one of ordinary skill in the art without departing from the spirit of the present utility model.
