The application relates to the field of plastic strip processing, in particular to a cooling device.
Background
At present, after molten plastic is extruded by a plastic strip extruder to form a plastic strip, the plastic strip is generally required to be subjected to movable blanking by a plastic strip blanking machine. Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, in the actual working, extrusion molding's plastic strip removes the unloading through plastic strip blanking machine, and the plastic strip cools off through the first cooling water in the cooling bath, later the plastic strip is through the outlet pipe, and the piece of intaking carries the second cooling water to the outlet pipe, and the second cooling water in the outlet pipe is through blowout in a plurality of apopores to realize the washing of plastic strip, further cool off the plastic piece, thereby improve the cooling effect of plastic strip.
Preferably, the water temperature of the second cooling water is lower than the water temperature of the first cooling water.

Example 1:
referring to fig. 1, the cooling device includes a frame 1, a cooling tank 2 having first cooling water, and a water outlet assembly 3, the frame 1 is placed on the ground, and the cooling tank 2 is in a rectangular box shape with an open upper end and is fixedly connected to the frame 1 to increase the height of the cooling tank 2, thereby being adapted to a plastic strip extruder and a plastic strip blanking machine.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the water outlet assembly 3 includes a water outlet pipe 31 and a water inlet member 32, the water outlet pipe 31 is fixedly connected to the cooling tank 2, and the water outlet pipe 31 is located above the cooling tank 2 and in the middle of the cooling tank 2. The water outlet pipe 31 is provided with a plurality of water outlet holes 311 at intervals along the length direction thereof, and the water outlet holes 311 are arranged toward the cooling tank 2. The water inlet piece 32 is a water pump, the water inlet piece 32 is placed on the ground, the water outlet end of the water inlet piece 32 is communicated with the water outlet pipe 31, and the water inlet end is communicated with the water source of the second cooling water so as to convey the second cooling water into the water outlet pipe 31. The first cooling water and the second cooling water may be tap water, a cooling liquid, or the like, and this embodiment will be described by taking tap water as an example.
In actual operation, the plastic strip extruded from the plastic strip extruder moves and is fed through the plastic strip blanking machine, the plastic strip is firstly cooled by the first cooling water in the cooling tank 2, then the plastic strip passes through the water outlet pipe 31, the water inlet piece 32 conveys the second cooling water to the water outlet pipe 31, the second cooling water in the water outlet pipe 31 is sprayed out through the water outlet holes 311, so that the plastic strip is flushed, the plastic strip is further cooled, and the cooling effect of the plastic strip is improved. Even if the water temperature of the first cooling water rises after the cooling device is used for a period of time, the plastic strip can be well cooled.
In some embodiments, the temperature of the second cooling water is lower than that of the first cooling water, so that the plastic strip can be cooled better due to the lower temperature of the second cooling water. Meanwhile, the second cooling water flows into the cooling tank 2 after cooling the plastic strips, and the second cooling water is mixed with the first cooling water, so that the water temperature of the first cooling water is reduced, the cooling effect of the first cooling water on the plastic strips is improved, and the cooling effect of the cooling device on the plastic strips is further improved.
Referring to fig. 1, in some embodiments, the cooling cells 2 are arranged at an incline, and the plastic strip is moved from the lower end of the cooling cells 2 toward the upper end. The first cooling water flows toward the lower end of the cooling tank 2, and the second cooling water also flows toward the lower end of the cooling tank 2, so that the second cooling water is more sufficiently mixed with the first cooling water. And, the lower one end of cooling tank 2 has offered delivery port 21 and has supplied first cooling water to flow out to realize the first cooling water to in the cooling tank 2 and continuously change, guarantee the temperature of first cooling water as far as possible, thereby guarantee cooling device's cooling effect to the plastic strip.
In some embodiments, the water outlet assembly 3 further comprises a water storage tank 33, wherein the water storage tank 33 is placed on the ground and positioned at one end of the cooling tank 2 at the water outlet 21, so as to collect the first cooling water flowing out of the water outlet 21, thereby realizing the recovery of the first cooling water.
In some embodiments, the water inlet end of the water inlet member 32 communicates with the water storage tank 33, so that the first cooling water recovered in the water storage tank 33 is reused, realizing water recycling, thereby saving water. It should be noted that, after the recovered first cooling water is mixed with the water in the water storage tank 33, the water temperature in the water storage tank 33 may be reduced by a device for reducing the water temperature, such as a radiator, a refrigerator, etc., so as to meet the water temperature requirement of the second cooling water.
The implementation principle of the embodiment is as follows: in actual operation, the plastic strip extruded from the plastic strip extruder moves and is fed through the plastic strip blanking machine, the plastic strip is firstly cooled by the first cooling water in the cooling tank 2, then the plastic strip passes through the water outlet pipe 31, the water inlet piece 32 conveys the second cooling water to the water outlet pipe 31, the second cooling water in the water outlet pipe 31 is sprayed out through the water outlet holes 311, so that the plastic strip is flushed, the plastic strip is further cooled, and the cooling effect of the plastic strip is improved. Even if the water temperature of the first cooling water rises after the cooling device is used for a period of time, the plastic strip can be well cooled.
Example 2:
referring to fig. 3, this embodiment is identical to the other structures of embodiment 1, except for the installation structure of the water outlet pipe 31. Specifically, the cooling device further comprises two mounting assemblies 4, and the two mounting assemblies 4 are respectively arranged at two sides of the cooling tank 2.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, specifically, the mounting assembly 4 includes a mounting seat 41 and a first abutting member 42, the mounting seat 41 is fixed on the cooling tank 2, two ends of the water outlet pipe 31 are respectively rotatably connected to the two mounting seats 41, so as to realize rotation adjustment of the water outlet pipe 31, thereby adjusting the water spraying direction of the water outlet hole 311, being applicable to plastic strips with different sizes and different shapes, and improving the applicability of the cooling device. The first abutting piece 42 is in threaded connection with the mounting seat 41, and the first abutting piece 42 abuts against the peripheral side wall of the water outlet pipe 31, so that the water outlet pipe 31 after rotation adjustment is fixed, the water outlet pipe 31 is prevented from rotating as much as possible, and therefore the working stability of the cooling device is improved.
In some embodiments, the vertical section of the lower end portion of the mounting seat 41 is in an inverted concave shape, and the mounting seat 41 is inserted into the cooling tank 2, so that the mounting seat 41 is slidably connected to the cooling tank 2 along the length direction of the cooling tank 2, and the movement of the water outlet pipe 31 can be realized, so that the water spraying position of the water outlet hole 311 is adjusted, the plastic strips with different sizes and different shapes are suitable for, and the applicability of the cooling device is further improved.
In some embodiments, the mounting assembly 4 further includes a second abutment member 43, where the second abutment member 43 is screwed to the mounting seat 41 and abuts against the peripheral sidewall of the cooling tank 2, so as to fix the mounting seat 41 after sliding, and avoid displacement of the mounting seat 41 as much as possible, thereby improving the working stability of the cooling device.
The implementation principle of the embodiment is as follows: in actual operation, the water outlet pipe 31 is rotated and is abutted against the peripheral side wall of the water outlet pipe 31 through the first abutting piece 42, so as to realize the adjustment of the water spraying direction of the water outlet hole 311; the sliding mounting seat 41 is abutted to the peripheral side wall of the cooling tank 2 through the second abutting piece 43 so as to change the water spraying position of the water outlet hole 311, thereby being applicable to plastic strips with different sizes and different shapes and further improving the applicability of the cooling device.
