Detailed Description
Embodiments of the present utility model are described in detail below, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to like or similar elements or elements having like or similar functions throughout. The embodiments described below by referring to the drawings are illustrative only and are not to be construed as limiting the utility model.
The collecting device 10 of the kitchen appliance 100 according to an embodiment of the present utility model is described below with reference to fig. 1 to 3.
Referring to fig. 3, the collecting device 10 includes a housing 1 and an oil receiving groove 2, the housing 1 is provided with a receiving cavity 11, and the receiving cavity 11 is used for collecting oil stains so as to collect the oil stains generated in the cooking process, thereby facilitating unified treatment of the oil stains by a user. The "greasy dirt" is waste oil generated by the kitchen equipment 100 in the cooking process, and taking the kitchen equipment 100 as an integrated kitchen as an example, the integrated kitchen can collect accumulated oil in the machine head 30, the bellows and the steaming oven 20 in the cooking process, and the accumulated oil can flow to the collecting device 10 through an oil leakage hole in the kitchen equipment 100 and be collected through the collecting device 10. It should be noted that the kitchen apparatus 100 may also generate water accumulation during cooking, such as: the steaming oven 20 generates water during cooking, and the water may be collected in the collecting device 10, so the above-mentioned "greasy dirt" is not limited to the oil accumulation, but also includes water accumulation and the like.
Further, the oil receiving groove 2 is provided on the outside of the housing 1 and forms an oil receiving chamber 21. Wherein, the casing 1 is provided with an oil passing hole 12, the oil passing hole 12 is communicated with the accommodating cavity 11, and oil dirt in the accommodating cavity 11 can flow to the oil receiving cavity 21 through the oil passing hole 12, so that a user can observe the condition of oil in the oil receiving cavity 21 and judge whether the collecting device 10 needs cleaning or not based on the condition of oil in the oil receiving cavity 21.
When the oil amount collected in the accommodating cavity 11 reaches a preset value, the oil in the accommodating cavity 11 can flow into the oil receiving cavity 21 through the oil passing hole 12, and a certain amount of oil can be contained in the oil receiving cavity 21. When the user observes the oil contained in the oil receiving groove 2, he can know that the oil amount contained in the containing cavity 11 has reached the preset value, and needs to clean the collecting device 10 to prevent the oil from overflowing due to the oil filling in the containing device.
It should be noted that, the "preset value" refers to: the amount of oil stored when the oil level in the receiving chamber 11 reaches the lower edge of the oil passing hole 12, i.e., the "preset value", is related to the setting position of the oil passing hole 12 in the housing 1.
It will be appreciated that when the amount of oil stored in the storage chamber 11 reaches a preset value, the oil in the storage chamber 11 flows into the oil receiving chamber 21 located outside the housing 1, and the oil receiving chamber 2 is arranged outside the housing 1, so that a user can observe the inside of the oil receiving chamber 2, and thus the user can obtain the oil amount information in the oil receiving chamber 21. The above-mentioned "outside" means a side surface of the housing 1 facing away from the housing chamber 11, that is, the oil receiving groove 2 is formed on an outer wall surface of the housing 1.
Wherein, "oil amount information" means: the containing cavity 11 is provided with oil-free liquid, if the containing cavity 11 is not provided with oil liquid, the containing cavity 11 can also contain a certain amount of oil liquid, and the collecting device 10 is not required to be cleaned; if oil exists in the accommodating cavity 11, it is indicated that the oil collected in the accommodating cavity 11 has reached the preset value, and the collecting device 10 needs to be cleaned to prevent the oil from overflowing. The cleaning mode of the collecting device 10 comprises pouring out the oil in the accommodating cavity 11.
In the related art, the kitchen device 100 collects waste oil through the oil box, and the oil amount collected in the oil box cannot be fully known due to the arrangement position or material (such as a non-transparent material) of the oil box, so that a user cannot clean the oil box full of oil in time, and oil overflows from the oil box, and the risk of polluting the kitchen device 100 or a cooking area is caused, so that the use experience of the user is affected.
In this application, when the collecting device 10 is full of oil, the oil can flow from the accommodating cavity 11 to the oil receiving groove 2 outside to explicitly prompt the user to clean the collecting device 10.
According to the collecting device 10 of the embodiment of the utility model, when the oil in the accommodating cavity 11 reaches the preset value, the oil in the accommodating cavity 11 flows into the oil receiving groove 2 positioned outside the shell 1 through the oil passing hole 12 and is collected in the oil receiving cavity 21, and a user can observe whether the oil exists in the oil receiving cavity 21 or not and know the oil storage condition of the accommodating cavity 11 in time, so that the user can clean the collecting device 10 in time.
As shown in fig. 3, in some embodiments of the present utility model, the oil receiving groove 2 is provided below the oil passing hole 12, and the upper end of the oil receiving chamber 21 is opened so as to collect oil through the oil receiving groove 2.
It will be appreciated that when the oil flows out from the receiving chamber 11 through the oil hole 12, the oil generally flows down along the wall surface of the housing 1 and flows toward the oil receiving groove 2 below the oil passing hole 12, and flows into the oil receiving groove 2 through the open end above the oil receiving groove 2 due to a certain viscosity of the oil.
When the oil is aligned with the oil passing hole 12 in the vertical direction, the oil can flow into the oil receiving groove 2 under the action of gravity; when the oil is not aligned with the oil passing hole 12, a guiding structure may be disposed on the outer wall surface of the casing 1 (i.e. the wall surface provided with the oil passing hole 12 and the oil receiving groove 2), for example: the guide groove protruding in the outer wall, guide wall etc. is led fluid through guide structure to guide fluid to connect the open end of oil groove 2, be convenient for connect oil groove 2 to collect fluid.
It is understood that the oil receiving groove 2 and the oil passing hole 12 may be provided on the same wall surface so as to provide the oil receiving groove 2 corresponding to the oil passing hole 12. Of course, the oil receiving groove 2 and the oil passing hole 12 may be provided on different surfaces.
It should be noted that, referring to fig. 1 and 2, when the kitchen apparatus 100 is configured as an integrated kitchen range, the collecting device 10 for collecting waste oil in the integrated kitchen range is generally disposed below the integrated kitchen range, and the oil receiving groove 2 is configured as a storage structure with an open upper end, so that a user can observe the oil storage condition of the oil receiving groove 2 from top to bottom.
As shown in fig. 3, in some embodiments of the present utility model, the oil receiving groove 2 is formed by surrounding the housing 1 with a plate-shaped structure having a U shape, both ends of the opening of the U shape are connected to the outer wall surface of the housing 1, and the upper end of the oil receiving groove 2 is opened, and the lower end of the oil receiving groove 2 is provided with a blocking structure, which can be connected between the U-shaped plate-shaped structure and the outer wall surface of the housing 1, so that the oil receiving groove 2 can form the oil receiving chamber 21 having one end (upper end) opened.
As shown in fig. 3, in some embodiments of the present utility model, the housing 1 includes a bottom wall 13 and a side wall 14, the side wall 14 is disposed around the bottom wall 13 in the circumferential direction, and the side wall 14 and the bottom wall 13 together form the above-described housing chamber 11, and the oil passing hole 12 and the oil receiving groove 2 are both disposed on the side wall 14.
Referring to fig. 3, the accommodating chamber 11 with an open upper end is formed by the bottom wall 13 and the side wall 14, so that the accommodating chamber 11 is convenient for collecting oil, and the oil passing hole 12 and the oil receiving groove 2 are arranged at positions convenient for a user to observe.
As shown in fig. 3, in a further embodiment of the present utility model, the housing 1 further includes a first baffle 151, where the first baffle 151 is disposed in the accommodating cavity 11, and the first baffle 151 is opposite to and spaced from the oil passing hole 12, and the first baffle 151 is configured to prevent oil from overflowing from the oil passing hole 12 due to shaking of the collecting device 10.
It will be appreciated that the collecting device 10 is applied to kitchen equipment 100 (such as an integrated kitchen range, etc.), and the collecting device 10 needs to be cleaned to empty the oil in the accommodating cavity 11, so as to ensure the accommodating capability of the accommodating cavity 11 to the oil, and prevent the oil from overflowing from the collecting device 10 due to excessive oil. When cleaning the collecting device 10, the collecting device 10 needs to be taken down from the kitchen equipment 100, in the process of taking down the collecting device 10, the oil in the accommodating cavity 11 can shake, and the first baffle 151 can play a role in blocking the flow of the oil in the accommodating cavity 11, so that the oil can be prevented from flowing out from the oil passing hole 12 due to shake, and the reliability of the taking and putting process of the collecting device 10 is improved.
With reference to fig. 1 and 3, the collecting device 10 of the present application can be mounted to the kitchen appliance 100 in a drawing manner.
Wherein, when the collecting device 10 is mounted on the kitchen appliance 100, the collecting device 10 is embedded in the kitchen appliance 100, and the collecting device 10 is provided with the oil passing hole 12 and the wall surface of the oil receiving groove 2 facing to the outside, so that the user can observe the oil feeding condition in the oil receiving groove 2. Referring to fig. 1, a user may pull the collecting device 10 out of the kitchen apparatus 100 in the direction of an arrow indicated by the arrow in the drawing, during which the oil in the receiving chamber 11 may surge toward the oil passing hole 12, and the first baffle 151 may buffer the oil flowing toward the oil passing hole 12 to prevent excessive oil from flowing out of the oil passing hole 12.
In a further embodiment of the utility model, as shown in fig. 3, the housing 1 is provided with a catch 16, the catch 16 being provided on the side wall 14, and the catch 16 being recessed from the side wall 14 towards the side of the receiving cavity 11 to form a recess arrangement (i.e. the catch 16), into which the user can extend his or her hand to facilitate the extraction of the collecting device 10 from the kitchen appliance 100.
With further reference to fig. 1 and 2, the collecting device 10 is arranged embedded in the kitchen appliance 100 to arrange the housing chamber 11 in a position suitable for collecting the oil and water accumulation. It will be appreciated that to promote consistent appearance of the kitchen appliance 100 and oil collection, the outer surface of the collection device 10 (i.e., the surface exposed when the collection device 10 is assembled to the kitchen appliance 100) may be flush with or protrude slightly from the wall surface at the mounting area of the kitchen appliance 100, thereby resulting in a problem of difficult removal of the collection device 10.
In this application, the user may pull the collection device 10 by the clasp 16 to facilitate removal of the collection device 10 from the kitchen appliance 100.
As shown in fig. 3, in some embodiments of the present utility model, the first baffle 151, the side wall 14 and the inner wall of the handle 16 separate the oil leakage cavity 111 in the housing 1, the oil leakage cavity 111 is communicated with the accommodating cavity 11, and the oil dirt in the accommodating cavity 11 may flow into the oil leakage cavity 111, and the oil dirt in the oil leakage cavity 111 may flow to the oil receiving groove 2 through the oil passing hole 12.
It can be understood that, in the present application, a cavity space (i.e. the oil leakage cavity 111) which is communicated with the accommodating cavity 11 is separated in the housing 1 by the first baffle 151, the side wall 14 and the fastening handle 16, oil in the accommodating cavity 11 can flow into the oil leakage cavity 111, and the wall surface forming the oil leakage cavity 111 is provided with the oil passing hole 12, when the oil level in the oil leakage cavity 111 reaches the oil passing hole 12, oil in the oil leakage cavity 111 can flow to the oil receiving groove 2 through the oil passing hole 12, so that the oil filling reminding function is realized.
The oil leakage cavity 111 is also an oil storage structure inside the casing 1, and the oil leakage cavity 111 can buffer the oil flowing from the accommodating cavity 11 to the oil passing hole 12. That is, the oil in the housing chamber 11 flows into the oil leakage chamber 111, and when the oil level in the oil leakage chamber 111 reaches the height of the oil passing hole 12, the oil flows into the oil receiving groove 2 from the housing 1. Therefore, the position of the oil passing hole 12 in the side wall 14 can be adjusted as required, without disposing the oil passing hole 12 at a relatively high position in the side wall 14.
As shown in fig. 3, in a further embodiment of the present utility model, at least a portion of the upper edge of the first baffle 151 is lower than the upper edge of the sidewall 14, so as to form an oil passing portion 1511 above the first baffle 151, and the oil dirt in the receiving chamber 11 may flow into the oil leakage chamber 111 through the oil passing portion 1511. Here, the oil passing portion 1511 is a region at the first baffle 151 for the oil dirt in the housing chamber 11 to flow into the oil leakage chamber 111.
In the present application, by forming the oil passing portion 1511 above the first baffle 151, the oil in the housing chamber 11 can flow into the oil leakage chamber 111 from above the first baffle 151. It will be appreciated that the accumulated oil and water generated by the kitchen apparatus 100 first flow into the accommodating chamber 11 of the collecting device 10, and when the oil level in the accommodating chamber 11 reaches the lowest position of the upper edge of the first baffle 151, the oil in the accommodating chamber 11 may flow into the oil leakage chamber 111. The level of the oil in the oil drain chamber 111 increases gradually as the oil in the housing chamber 11 flows in, and the oil in the oil drain chamber 111 flows out from the oil passing hole 12 when the level reaches the oil passing hole 12.
In some embodiments of the present utility model, the oil passing portion 1511 is configured as a notch recessed downward from the upper surface of the first baffle 151 to form a notch structure on the first baffle 151 through which oil passes.
In other embodiments of the present utility model, the oil passing portion 1511 is configured as a guide slope, i.e., a guide slope is formed on the upper surface of the first baffle 151, and the guide slope is formed on the upper surface of the first baffle 151, and has a guide effect on the oil. Wherein the guide slope extends obliquely downward from a side edge of the upper surface of the first shutter 151 adjacent to the housing chamber 11 to a side edge adjacent to the oil leakage chamber 111.
In some embodiments of the present utility model, a through hole penetrating in the thickness direction is formed in the first baffle 151, and the through hole may communicate the receiving cavity 11 with the oil leakage cavity 111, and oil in the receiving cavity 11 may flow into the oil leakage cavity 111 through the through hole.
It is to be understood that the through hole may be formed at any position on the first baffle 151, and the accommodating cavity 11 may be communicated with the oil leakage cavity 111 through the through hole, and when the level of the oil in the accommodating cavity 11 reaches the through hole, the oil in the accommodating cavity 11 may flow into the oil leakage cavity 111.
As shown in fig. 3, in some embodiments of the present utility model, the housing 1 is further provided with a second baffle plate 152, the second baffle plate 152 is disposed at a side of the first baffle plate 151 facing away from the oil passing hole 12, and the second baffle plate 152 is disposed opposite to and spaced apart from the first baffle plate 151. The second baffle 152 can buffer the oil flowing to the first baffle 151 in the accommodating cavity 11, so as to further prevent the oil from overflowing during the drawing process of the collecting device 10.
Referring to fig. 3, the second barrier 152 extends from the inner wall surface of the sidewall 14, and the second barrier 152 is connected to the sidewall 14, so that reliability at the second barrier 152 can be improved. Wherein the upper edge of the second baffle 152 is disposed flush with the upper edge of the sidewall 14.
It can be understood that the first baffle 151 is connected to the catch 16 to form the oil leakage cavity 111 in the casing 1, and the oil in the accommodating cavity 11 flows from the oil leakage cavity 111 to the oil receiving groove 2 after flowing into the oil leakage cavity 111. By providing the second baffle 152, the oil flowing toward the first baffle 151 can be buffered, and excessive oil in the housing chamber 11 can be prevented from flowing into the oil drain groove. If the user observes that the oil exists in the oil receiving groove 2 to clean the collecting device 10, it indicates that the level of the oil in the oil leakage groove has reached the position of the oil passing hole 12, and if the oil in the accommodating cavity 11 flows into the oil leakage groove again, the oil in the oil leakage groove flows out further through the oil passing hole 12.
It will be further appreciated that the oil storage capacity of the collecting device 10 is affected by the height of the first baffle 151 (i.e., the position at which the receiving chamber 11 communicates with the oil leakage chamber 111) and the height of the oil passing hole 12 on the side wall 14.
As shown in fig. 3, in some embodiments of the present utility model, the bottom wall 13 is provided with a guiding surface 131, and the guiding surface 131 can guide the oil dirt in the accommodating cavity 11 to the side wall 14 on the side where the oil passing hole 12 is provided, so as to improve the collecting effect of the accommodating cavity 11 on the oil.
Referring to fig. 3, the height dimension (i.e., the dimension in the vertical direction) of the housing 1 at the position where the guide surface 131 is provided is smaller than the height dimension where the guide surface 131 is not provided, so that the difficulty in mounting the collecting device 10 to the kitchen appliance 100 can also be reduced.
As shown in fig. 3, in some embodiments of the utility model, the sidewall 14 comprises: a first sidewall 141, a second sidewall 142, a third sidewall 143, and a fourth sidewall 144. Wherein, the oil passing hole 12 and the oil receiving groove 2 are both disposed on the first side wall 141, the second side wall 142 is disposed opposite to the first side wall 141, the third side wall 143 and the fourth side wall 144 are disposed opposite to each other, and the third side wall 143 and the fourth side wall 144 are respectively connected between the first side wall 141 and the second side wall 142, so as to construct the housing 1 into a rectangular-parallelepiped accommodation structure with regular shape.
Referring to fig. 3, the guide surface 131 extends obliquely downward from a side adjacent to the second side wall 142 toward the first side wall 141 side. It can be appreciated that the accommodating cavity 11 is used for receiving the oil conveyed by the oil leakage port, and the guiding surface 131 can make the oil with a certain viscosity converge toward the side of the first side wall 141, so that the oil is uniformly distributed in the accommodating cavity 11.
In some embodiments of the utility model, as shown in fig. 3, the first sidewall 141 is provided with a limit flange 145, the limit flange 145 protruding from at least one of the third sidewall 143 and the fourth sidewall 144.
Specifically, the limiting flange 145 and the first sidewall 141 are coplanar, the limiting flange 145 may extend from an adjacent position of the first sidewall 141 and the third sidewall 143 to a side away from the first sidewall 141, and the limiting flange 145 may also extend from an adjacent position of the first sidewall 141 and the fourth sidewall 144 to a side away from the first sidewall 141.
Referring to fig. 3, when the collecting device 10 is assembled to the kitchen appliance 100, the limit flanges 145 may abut against a wall surface forming the mounting opening (a wall surface structure for mounting the collecting device 10) to limit the position of the collecting device 10 in the kitchen appliance 100.
According to the kitchen apparatus 100 of the embodiment of the utility model, the kitchen apparatus 100 includes the above-mentioned collecting device 10, and the collecting device 10 can collect accumulated oil and water generated by the kitchen apparatus 100, and is suitable for being exposed to the oil receiving groove 2 outside the housing 1 when the oil in the collecting device 10 reaches a preset value, so that a user can determine the oil storage amount in the collecting device 10 based on whether the oil in the oil receiving groove 2 exists, and thus the collecting device 10 can be cleaned selectively.
In some embodiments of the present utility model, the kitchen appliance 100 is specifically configured as an integrated kitchen range including a head 30, a bellows, a steaming oven 20, etc., and the collecting device 10 is disposed at a bottom position of the integrated kitchen range, specifically, at a bottom of the steaming oven 20, so that the collecting device 10 can collect accumulated oil and water.
