The embodiment of the application discloses an electric toothbrush, which comprises a brush handle 100 and a brush head in matched connection with the brush handle 100.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2 in combination, in some embodiments, handle 100 includes a housing 10 and a movement 30 disposed therein.
The casing 10 is provided with a mounting cavity 10c for mounting the movement 30, for protecting the movement 30 and facilitating the user's grip. The housing 10 is in the form of an elongated tube, and the body structure of the housing 10 may be of a plastic material, for example, suitable exemplary materials that may be used include, but are not limited to, hard plastics such as polyethylene, polypropylene (PP), polyamide, polyester, cellulosic, SAN, acrylic, ABS, and other thermoplastics suitable for toothbrush manufacture, although the body structure of the housing 10 may also be of a metal material, such as aluminum alloy, as is not limited in this regard.
One end of the casing 10 is formed with a connection end 10b1 for matching with the brush head, and the connection end 10b1 is provided with a dodging port 10d communicated with the mounting cavity 10 c. The movement 30 includes a mounting bracket 31 and a first display member 33, a driving unit 37, a power supply unit 38, and a circuit board 39 provided on the mounting bracket 31, and the mounting bracket 31, the first display member 33, the driving unit 37, the power supply unit 38, and the circuit board 39 are all provided in the mounting chamber 10 c. The driving unit 37, the power supply unit 38, and the first display member 33 are electrically connected to the circuit board 39, and the driving unit 37 and the power supply unit 38 may be arranged at intervals in the length direction of the mounting bracket 31. The power supply unit 38 is capable of supplying power to the drive unit 37, the drive unit 37 is provided with an output shaft 371, the output shaft 371 is arranged in a penetrating manner in the avoiding opening 10d and extends out of the mounting cavity 10c, and the brush head is detachably connected with the output shaft 371. In this way, the output shaft 371 of the driving unit 37 can drive the brush head to vibrate, so that the user's oral cavity can be cleaned by the vibrating brush head.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4 in combination, the mounting bracket 31 has an elongated structure, which is substantially cylindrical, and two compartments are formed in the mounting bracket 31 along the length direction AA of the brush holder 100, and a fixed driving unit 37 and a power supply unit 38 are respectively mounted through the two compartments. The power supply unit 38 supplies electric power to the driving unit 37 and the like, and may be a secondary battery capable of repeated charge and discharge, such as a lithium battery. Alternatively, the power supply unit 38 may be a dry battery or the like, which is not limited in this application. The drive unit 37 may then be selected as a motor or other drive capable of performing a similar function.
The mounting bracket 31 is also formed at an outer side thereof with a first mounting region 311a and a second mounting region 313a, the circuit board 39 is mounted at the first mounting region 311a, and the first display member 33 is mounted at the second mounting region 313a. The circuit board 39 is arranged in a strip shape and is used for controlling various components on the movement 30. The first display element 33 is commonly referred to as a display screen, and the casing 10 includes a casing body 17 and a first light-transmitting portion 11 disposed on the casing body 17 and corresponding to the first display element 33, so that light emitted by the first display element 33 can pass through the first light-transmitting portion 11. For example, the electric toothbrush has various modes such as a whitening mode, a cleaning mode, a caring mode, etc., and the mode information or the state information of the electric toothbrush can be displayed through the first display 33. By observing the first light-transmitting portion 11, the user can clearly and clearly know the operation mode of the electric toothbrush, and the use experience is good. Further, the material of the other parts of the casing 10 except the first transparent part 11 may be non-transparent, so that the light emitted by the first display element 33 can be more concentrated on the first transparent part 11, thereby improving the display effect of the first transparent part 11.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, when the user is using the electric toothbrush, the user's hand holds the portion of the handle 100 away from the head to extend the head into the oral cavity for cleaning. Thus, in the embodiment of the present application, along the length direction AA of the brush holder 100, the second mounting region 313a is closer to the connection end 10b1 than the first mounting region 311a, that is, the first display member 33 is closer to the connection end 10b1 than the circuit board 39. When the brush holder 100 is connected to the brush head, the first display member 33 is located closer to the brush head than the circuit board 39, so that the first light-transmitting portion 11 is not covered by the grip of the user even if the user is using the electric toothbrush, and the contents displayed by the first display member 33 can be effectively transmitted to the user.
Referring to fig. 5, the first display member 33 includes a first display portion 331 and a first lead portion 333 connected to each other, and the first light-transmitting portion 11 is disposed at least corresponding to the first display portion 331, meaning that the projection of the first light-transmitting portion 11 on the mounting bracket 31 can cover only the first display portion 331 or cover the first display portion 331 and the first lead portion 333. The first display portion 331 is used for displaying contents such as pictures, characters or symbols to transmit related information, and the first lead portion 333 is disposed at a side of the first display portion 331 and is electrically connected to the circuit board 39 through the flat cable 36. In the related art, to facilitate the routing, the first lead portion 333 is generally disposed on a side of the first display portion 331 close to the circuit board 39, or on a side of the first display portion 331 away from the connection terminal 10b1. In the case where the length of the handle 100 is limited or fixed, since the first lead part 333 generally has a large width, the first display part 331 is forced to be closer to the connection end 10b1. While a user cleans the oral cavity using the electric toothbrush of the related art, the more difficult it is to observe the articles just under the eyes due to the restriction of the angle of view of the eyes of the human body and the facial structure of the human body. The first display portion 331 is forced closer to the connection end 10b1, and the first light-transmitting portion 11 is closer to the brush head. When brushing teeth, the brush head stretches into the oral cavity, the user can block the sight line by some faces (such as nose and the like) when observing the first light-transmitting part 11, so that the user cannot see the whole face, near-field observation is easy to see the whole face, and the display effect is poor; or the eyes need to look down as much as possible when viewing the first light-transmitting portion 11, resulting in uncomfortable eyes and poor user experience. In addition, there are cases where foam generated during brushing, etc. flows along the brush head to the brush handle 100, and if the first display portion 331 is disposed closer to the brush head, the first light-transmitting portion 11 corresponding to the first display portion 331 is more easily blocked by the foam. This is particularly true when using a shorter brush head.
In view of the above, in the embodiment of the present application, the first lead portion 333 is not provided toward the circuit board 39. The outer contour of the first display member 33 may have a rectangular or circular shape, etc., which is not limited in this application. Illustratively, in a rectangular first display 33, the first display portion 331 is provided with a display area having a rectangular shape. In order to match the shape of the brush holder 100, the length direction of the first display portion 331 is the same as the length direction AA of the brush holder 100. The first display 331 is defined to have first and second sides spaced apart along the length direction AA of the handle 100, and to have third and fourth sides spaced apart along the width direction BB of the handle 100. Wherein the length direction AA of the handle 100 is perpendicular to the width direction BB of the handle 100. Obviously, the first side is disposed close to and towards the circuit board 39, and the second side, the third side and the fourth side are disposed not towards the circuit board 39, that is, the first lead portion 333 of the embodiment of the present application is disposed at one or several of the second side, the third side and the fourth side. Therefore, along the length direction AA of the brush holder 100, the first display portion 331 and the circuit board 39 have no space between the first lead portion 333, and the first display portion 331 can fully utilize the space, so that the first display portion 331 is closer to the circuit board 39 and is further away from the connection end 10b1, and when the brush holder 100 is connected with the brush head, the first display portion 331 is further away from the brush head, so that the position of the first display portion 331 relative to the connection end 10b1 is improved, the first light-transmitting portion 11 is further away from the connection end 10b1 and is further away from the brush head, and the display effect is optimized.
In some embodiments, referring back to fig. 1, the casing 10 includes a main section 10a and a tapered section 10b arranged along the length direction AA of the brush holder 100, and a connection end 10b1 is formed at an end of the tapered section 10b away from the main section 10 a. Illustratively, the body section 10a is cylindrical and the radius of the tapered section 10b gradually decreases in a direction away from the body section 10 a. It can be understood that if the first display portion 331 is too close to the connection end 10b1, the first light-transmitting portion 11 of the housing 10 needs to be partially disposed on the tapered section 10b, which is difficult to manufacture; on the other hand, in order to ensure uniformity of the appearance, the first light-transmitting portion 11 is inevitably bent to generate a large arc, and when a user observes the first light-transmitting portion 11, the screen is easily distorted, and the display effect is affected. The first display portion 331 in the embodiment of the present application is closer to the circuit board 39, so that the first display portion 331 can be located in the main body section 10a, and the above situation can be reduced as low as possible.
In summary, the embodiment of the present application enables the first display portion 331 to be relatively closer to the circuit board 39 and further away from the connection end 10b1 by having the first lead portion 333 of the first display piece 33 disposed on the side of the first display portion 331 not facing the circuit board 39. Thus, the brush handle 100 of the present embodiment has at least the following two beneficial effects:
Firstly, when the brush holder 100 is connected with the brush head, the first light-transmitting part 11 and the first display piece 33 are arranged on one side of the brush holder 100 facing the user when the user uses the electric toothbrush to clean the oral cavity, the user holds the brush holder 100, the first light-transmitting part 11 and the first display piece 33 are far away from the brush head and are not blocked by the hands of the user, and the user can be ensured not to be limited by the view angle of eyes and the blocking of the facial structure when observing the first light-transmitting part 11, so that the display effect of the first display piece 33 is better, the first light-transmitting part 11 is far away from the connecting end 10b1 and away from the brush head, and foam generated during brushing is difficult to block the first light-transmitting part 11 by a longer distance so as to influence the display of the first display piece 33, namely, the first display piece 33 and the first light-transmitting part 11 are not easy to be blocked, and the user can easily learn the information displayed by the first display piece 33 through the first light-transmitting part 11, so that the user experience is better;
secondly, to some be provided with the brush holder 100 of tapering section 10b or casing 10 in its radial width gradual change, first printing opacity portion 11 and first display 33 are all nearer to circuit board 39, can avoid first printing opacity portion 11 to have great shape crooked or buckling as far as possible, not only be convenient for processing, and the outward appearance is comparatively harmonious, moreover can effectively avoid the condition that takes place the picture distortion when the user observes first printing opacity portion 11, further improves the display effect, improves user experience.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, in a specific embodiment of the present application, the first lead portion 333 and the first display portion 331 are arranged along the length direction AA of the brush holder 100, and the first lead portion 333 is closer to the connection end 10b1 than the first display portion 331. Along the length direction AA of the brush holder 100, the first display portion 331 has a first side adjacent to the circuit board 39 and a second side adjacent to the connection end 10b1, and the first lead portion 333 is disposed on the second side. For example, if the first lead portion 333 is disposed on the third side or the fourth side, the first display portion 331 can be disposed closer to the circuit board 39, and the first display member 33 can have a better display effect during brushing, but the first display portion 331 may have a larger width, so that the brush holder 100 is easily forced to have a larger width in the width direction BB, the appearance is not uniform, or the display area of the first display portion 331 is reduced when the width of the first display member 33 is unchanged. Therefore, in this embodiment of the present application, the first lead portion 333 is disposed on the second side, or the first lead portion 333 is closer to the connection end 10b1 than the first display portion 331, so that the display effect can be ensured and the external appearance of the brush holder 100 can be ensured.
The first lead portion 333 has a terminal 3331, and the terminal 3331 is electrically connected to the circuit board 39 through the flexible flat cable 36. Alternatively, to avoid the flat cable 36 from shielding the first display portion 331, the terminals 3331 may be disposed at both sides of the first lead portion 333 in the width direction BB of the handle 100, the flat cable 36 may have a first end connected to the terminals 3331, a second end connected to the circuit board 39, and a body portion disposed between the first end and the second end, and the body portion may be attached to a side surface of the mounting bracket 31.
To further save space, shorten the wires as much as possible, and optimize the wire arrangement, in some embodiments, the terminal 3331 may be further disposed at an end of the first lead portion 333 remote from the first display portion 331, and the main body portion of the flat cable 36 is penetrated through the space between the first display portion 33 and the second mounting region 313a in the thickness direction of the first display portion 33. That is, after being led out from the terminal 3331, the main body portion of the flat cable 36 can use the space between the first display member 33 and the second mounting region 313a to reduce the occupation of the main body portion to other portions of the mounting bracket 31, and the main body portion can be reduced in bending, and the length thereof can be shortened.
Referring to fig. 6 to 8, in some embodiments, the second mounting region 313a is provided with a mounting groove 313c, and the first display member 33 is disposed in the mounting groove 313 c. The shape of the mounting groove 313c is adapted to the outer contour of the first display member 33. For example, when the outer contour of the first display member 33 is circular, the mounting groove 313c is a circular groove; when the outer contour of the first display member 33 is rectangular, the mounting groove 313c is a rectangular groove. Thus, the mounting groove 313c can be fitted with the first indicator 33 with a relatively tight fit, and the first indicator 33 is relatively stably mounted on the mounting bracket 31 under the restriction of the groove wall of the mounting groove 313 c.
