Referring to fig. 1, an electric toothbrush 1 is provided in an embodiment of the present utility model, the electric toothbrush 1 includes a handle 10 and a brush head 20, wherein the handle 10 is connected to the brush head 20 and is used for driving the brush head 20 to move (e.g. vibrate, etc.) so as to clean the internal environment of the oral cavity such as teeth.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the handle 10 includes a housing 11, a mounting frame 12, a display screen 13, a hard circuit board 14 and a driving member 15, an inner cavity (not shown in the drawing) is formed inside the housing 11, and the mounting frame 12, the display screen 13, the hard circuit board 14 and the driving member 15 are all located in the inner cavity, so as to be protected by the housing 11, and avoid phenomena such as collision and scratching.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, a viewing window 112 is formed on the housing 11, the mounting bracket 12 is formed with a first mounting groove 121 corresponding to the viewing window 112, at least a portion of the display 13 is positioned in the first mounting groove 121, and the display 13 is disposed corresponding to the viewing window 112 so as to be able to be externally displayed through the viewing window 112, so that a user can view the display content of the display 13 through the viewing window 112. The display content of the display screen 13 may include the current power of the electric toothbrush 1, the current set operation mode, the animation image, and the like, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present utility model.
The display screen 13 is at least partially arranged in the first mounting groove 121 of the mounting frame 12, so that the connection stability between the display screen 13 and the mounting frame 12 can be improved compared with the case that the display screen 13 is arranged on the surface of the mounting frame 12, and the occupation space of the display screen 13 and the mounting frame 12 in the shell 11 can be reduced, the miniaturized design of the handle 10 can be realized, and the holding of a user can be facilitated.
It should be noted that, the display 13 may be integrally disposed in the first mounting groove 121, for example, the first surface 131 of the display 13 facing the observation window 112 is in the same plane with the notch contour line of the first mounting groove 121 or the first surface 131 of the display 13 is located in the first mounting groove 121; the display 13 may also be partially disposed in the first mounting groove 121, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present utility model.
Optionally, referring to fig. 2, the first mounting groove 121 extends in a thickness direction y of the mounting frame 12, and a ratio of a depth of the first mounting groove 121 to a thickness of the mounting frame 12 at the first mounting groove 121 is greater than or equal to 0.5 and less than or equal to 1 along the thickness direction y of the mounting frame 12, so that the mounting frame 12 has sufficient structural rigidity while achieving stable mounting of the display screen 13 on the mounting frame 12. Specifically, in the thickness direction y of the mounting frame 12, the ratio of the depth of the first mounting groove 121 to the thickness of the mounting frame 12 at the first mounting groove 121 may be 0.5, 0.65, 0.78, 0.85, 1, etc., which is not limited in the embodiment of the present utility model. Wherein the thickness direction y of the mounting frame 12 may be perpendicular to the length direction x of the handle 10.
The hard circuit board 14 and the display 13 are distributed at intervals in the length direction x of the handle 10 or in the circumferential direction of the handle 10 and are electrically connected with the display 13. The hard circuit board 14 and the display screen 13 are distributed at intervals, compared with the hard circuit board 14 and the display screen 13 which are connected into a whole, the arrangement of the hard circuit board 14 and the display screen 13 in the shell 11 is more flexible, so that the inner space of the shell 11 can be distributed more reasonably, and the miniature design of the handle 10 is facilitated. Moreover, the hard circuit board 14 and the display screen 13 are distributed at intervals, so that vibration transmission between the hard circuit board 14 and the display screen 13 can be avoided, for example, if the hard circuit board 14 is provided with the key 141 and the hard circuit board 14 is not stably installed, the hard circuit board 14 may vibrate when the key 141 is pressed, and vibration of the hard circuit board 14 is not easily transmitted to the display screen 13, so that shaking of the display screen 13 can be avoided, and influence on watching of display content of the display screen 13 by a user is avoided.
The hard circuit board 14 is electrically connected to the display 13, and may be used to provide control signals for the display 13. Preferably, the rigid circuit board 14 is connected with the display screen 13 through the flexible circuit board 161, so that the connection is convenient, and when the rigid circuit board 14 or the display screen 13 shakes, the flexible circuit board 161 can release torque force through torsional deformation, so that vibration transmission between the rigid circuit board 14 and the display screen 13 is avoided.
In connection with fig. 2, the driving member 15 is connected to the mounting frame 12 so as to enable mounting fixation in the inner cavity of the housing 11 by means of the mounting frame 12. The driving piece 15 is electrically connected with the hard circuit board 14, and is used for receiving a control signal of the hard circuit board 14, so as to drive the brush head 20 to move or stop. Specifically, the handle 10 further includes an output shaft 17, one end of the output shaft 17 is located in the inner cavity of the housing 11 and connected to the driving member 15, and the other end of the output shaft 17 is located outside the housing 11 and connected to the brush head 20, so that the output shaft 17 can drive the brush head 20 to move under the driving of the driving member 15. Wherein the driving member 15 and the display 13 are respectively positioned at two opposite sides of the mounting frame 12 in the thickness direction y.
Alternatively, the driving member 15 includes a motor 151, the motor 151 is connected to the mounting bracket 12 and a flat surface 1511 of the motor 151 is opposed to a surface of the mounting bracket 12 provided with the first mounting groove 121. Since the radial dimension of the motor 151 at the flat surface 1511 is generally smaller than the radial dimension of the motor 151 at the cylindrical surface 1512, the first mounting groove 121 is provided at the position corresponding to the flat surface 1511, so that the space left at the flat surface 1511 in the inner cavity of the housing 11 can be fully utilized.
Further alternatively, referring to fig. 4, the flat surface 1511 of the motor 151 is connected to the mounting frame 12, and the surface on the mounting frame 12 for connection with the flat surface 1511 may be a plane, so that when the motor 151 is connected to the mounting frame 12, the flat surface 1511 may be attached to the plane on the mounting frame 12, so as to promote the connection stability of the two. The thickness of the mounting frame 12 at the mounting groove may be a distance between a plane on the mounting frame 12 for connecting with the flat surface 1511 and a groove bottom wall of the first mounting groove 121.
It should be noted that, since the driving member 15 and the display 13 are respectively located at two opposite sides of the thickness direction y of the mounting frame 12, and the size of the driving member 15 is relatively large, the rigid circuit board 14 and the display 13 are preferably distributed at intervals in the length direction x of the handle 10 or in the circumferential direction of the handle 10, and the rigid circuit board 14 and the display 13 are preferably distributed at intervals in the length direction x of the handle 10, so as to reduce the radial size of the handle 10, and facilitate the holding of the user. Hereinafter, the rigid circuit board 14 and the display 13 are exemplarily illustrated as being spaced apart in the longitudinal direction x of the handle 10.
Referring to fig. 5, the display 13 has a first surface 131 facing the viewing window 112, the rigid circuit board 14 has a second surface 142, the second surface 142 and the first surface 131 are located on the same side of the mounting frame 12 in the thickness direction y of the mounting frame 12, and at least part of the second surface 142 is farther from the side of the mounting frame 12 facing the viewing window 112 than the first surface 131. In this way, when the mounting frame 12, the display 13 and the hard circuit board 14 are mounted into the inner cavity of the housing 11 from one end of the handle 10, the first surface 131 of the display 13 is not easy to interfere with the inner wall surface of the housing 11, so that the scratch problem of the first surface 131 can be avoided; in addition, the display content of the display screen 13 is displayed by the first surface 131 and the observation window 112, so that the first surface 131 is prevented from being scratched, the definition of the display content on the display screen 13 can be ensured, and the display is convenient for the user to watch.
Wherein the rigid circuit board 14 includes a substrate 143 and one or more electronic components 144 mounted on the substrate 143, in an exemplary embodiment, at least a portion of a surface of the substrate 143 may be further away from a side of the mounting frame 12 facing the viewing window 112 relative to the first surface 131; in another exemplary arrangement, a surface of the at least one electronic component 144 may be further from the side of the mount 12 facing the viewing window 112 relative to the first surface 131.
In the embodiment of the utility model, the substrate 143 and the display 13 are located on the same side of the mounting frame 12 along the thickness direction y of the mounting frame 12, the substrate 143 is connected to the mounting frame 12, the electronic component 144 is connected to a side of the substrate 143 away from the mounting frame 12, and at least one surface of the electronic component 144 facing away from the substrate 143 is farther away from a side of the mounting frame 12 facing the viewing window 112 than the first surface 131.
Optionally, the handle 10 further includes a buffer member 18, where the buffer member 18 is disposed between the display 13 and the inner wall surface of the housing 11 to avoid scratching the first surface 131 of the display 13. Wherein, the buffer member 18 may be mounted on the first surface 131 of the display screen 13, so that the first surface 131 is not easy to contact with other devices under the action of the buffer member 18, and is not easy to be scratched in the process that the display screen 13 is mounted into the inner cavity of the housing 11 from one end of the handle 10.
Optionally, referring to fig. 4, the mounting frame 12 extends along the length direction x of the handle 10, the mounting frame 12 is further formed with a communication hole 122 penetrating through the mounting frame 12 along the thickness direction y of the mounting frame 12, and the electric connector 16 may be disposed corresponding to the communication hole 122 and electrically connected to one side of the hard circuit board 14 facing the mounting frame 12, so that the driving members 15 and the display screen 13 respectively located on two opposite sides of the mounting frame 12 along the thickness direction y of the mounting frame 12 can be electrically connected to the hard circuit board 14 through the electric connector 16 at the communication hole 122, so as to reduce wiring. Specifically, the electrical connector 16 may include a flexible circuit board 161 and an electrical bracket 162, where the flexible circuit board 161 and the electrical bracket 162 are disposed corresponding to the communication hole 122, the flexible circuit board 161 is electrically connected to the display 13 and the hard circuit board 14, and the electrical bracket 162 is electrically connected to the driving member 15 and the hard circuit board 14.
Alternatively, the display 13 is close to the output shaft 17 with respect to the hard circuit board 14 so that the user views the display content of the display 13. And the driving member 15 is connected with the output shaft 17 to drive the brush head 20 to move, and then the driving member 15 and the display screen 13 are both located at one side close to the output shaft 17, so as to facilitate that the surface of the mounting frame 12 provided with the first mounting groove 121 for mounting the display screen 13 can be opposite to the flat surface 1511 of the driving member 15.
Optionally, the ratio of the length of the display 13 to the length of the rigid circuit board 14 is greater than or equal to 1/6 and less than or equal to 1/3 along the length direction x of the handle 10. Along the length direction x of the handle 10, the sum of the length of the display screen 13 and the length of the hard circuit board 14 approximately determines the length of the handle 10, and through reasonable distribution of the length of the display screen 13 and the length of the hard circuit board 14, the size of the display screen 13 along the length direction x of the handle 10 can be made large enough, so that the user viewing experience is facilitated. Specifically, the ratio of the length of the display 13 to the length of the hard circuit board 14 along the length direction x of the handle 10 may be 1/6, 1/5, 1/4, 1/3, etc., which is not limited in the embodiment of the present utility model.

Wherein the axis of rotation of the output shaft 17 may be parallel to the length direction x of the handle 10. Specifically, the ratio of the maximum dimension of the first projection along the first direction z to the maximum dimension of the second projection along the first direction z at the first projection may be 0.7, 0.76, 0.83, 0.89, 0.95, and so on, which is not limited by the embodiment of the present utility model.
Optionally, referring to fig. 5, the mounting frame 12 includes a base 1231 and two first ribs 1232, the two first ribs 1232 are disposed on the base 1231 at intervals, the two first ribs 1232 protrude from a surface of the base 1231 facing the observation window 112, and the two first ribs 1232 and the base 1231 define the first mounting groove 121. The first mounting groove 121 is defined by the base 1231 and the first ribs 1232, so that the thickness of the base 1231 is substantially uniform and not too thick, which is advantageous for the lightweight design of the handle 10, compared with the first mounting groove 121 formed by digging the mounting frame 12.
