a support hinge base (311), wherein the support hinge base (311) is installed at the bottom of the chassis (100);
the first frame (312) is rotatably mounted on the hinged support (311), and is rotatably limited on the spare tire (300) to limit one side of the spare tire (300); and
and the second frame (313) is arranged on one side of the first frame (312), and is limited on the spare tire (300) along with the rotation of the first frame (312) so as to limit the other side of the spare tire (300).
