The air suspension of the trailer comprises a fixed frame, a guide plate spring, a bearing air bag, an axle and a lifting assembly, wherein two sides of the fixed frame are respectively provided with a convex part; the lifting assembly comprises an upper bracket, a lower bracket and a lifting air bag, wherein the lower bracket comprises a fixed seat and two side plates, the two side plates are respectively and fixedly connected to two sides of the fixed seat in a detachable mode, the two side plates are respectively positioned outside two sides of the fixed seat, and the two side plates are respectively hung on the two protruding parts and are in pivot fit with the protruding parts; the fixing seat is provided with a first limiting part, the fixing frame is provided with a second limiting part, and the first limiting part and the second limiting part are matched to form a limiting mechanism; one end of the upper bracket is hinged on the lower bracket and is detachably matched with the lower bracket, the other end of the upper bracket is provided with a supporting piece supported below the guide plate spring, one end of the lifting air bag is connected on the fixing seat, and the other end of the lifting air bag is connected with the other end of the upper bracket. Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of vehicles, in particular to an air suspension of a trailer.
Background
With the continuous development of the logistics transportation industry, air suspension is adopted on some trailers to replace the traditional plate spring suspension so as to improve the performance of the trailers, and meanwhile, in order to further improve the practicability of the air suspension, the air suspension of some trailers is also provided with a lifting assembly which is used for lifting the axle of the trailer to be separated from the ground according to actual needs; however, the existing lifting assemblies are integrated on the air suspension assembly when the vehicle leaves the factory, if the lifting assemblies are not configured before leaving the factory, the lifting assemblies need to be configured after leaving the factory and after being used for a period of time, the suspension assembly needs to be disassembled, and part of parts in the suspension assemblies need to be modified, so that the process of additionally installing the lifting assemblies is complex and tedious.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the deficiencies of the prior art, the present invention aims to provide an air suspension for a trailer, which can realize convenient and quick installation of a lifting assembly without disassembling and refitting parts of the air suspension assembly.

as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the air suspension for a trailer according to the present invention includes a fixed frame 10, a guide plate spring 20, a bearing air bag 40, an axle 30, and a lifting assembly 50, wherein the fixed frame 10 is fixed on a main beam of the trailer, the guide plate spring 20 includes a first end and a second end, the first end is pivoted to the fixed frame 10, specifically, a fixed shaft 11 traverses through the fixed frame 10, two ends of the fixed shaft 11 respectively penetrate through two sides of the fixed frame 10, that is, two ends of the fixed shaft 11 respectively protrude from two side surfaces of the fixed frame 10, thereby two ends of the fixed shaft 11 respectively form a protruding portion outside two sides of the fixed frame 10, and the first end of the guide plate spring 20 is located inside the fixed frame 10 and pivoted to a portion of the fixed shaft 11 located inside the fixed frame 10; the upper end of the load-bearing air bag 40 is connected with the main girder of the trailer, the lower end is connected with the second end of the guide plate spring 20, and the axle 30 is fixedly connected with the guide plate spring 20 and is positioned between the first end and the second end, wherein the position where the axle is fixed with the guide plate spring 20. In the above-mentioned embodiment of the present invention, since the lower bracket 51 of the lifting assembly 50 is mounted on the fixing frame 10 in a hanging manner, and the two side plates 512 of the lower bracket 51 form a clamping plate respectively and are detachably fixed with the fixed seat 511, meanwhile, the hinged part of the upper bracket 52 and the lower bracket 51 is detachably matched, when the lifting assembly 50 is installed, the lower bracket 51 and the upper bracket 52 are detached, then the two side plates 512 are hung on the two sides of the fixed frame 10, then the fixed seat 511 is placed between the two side plates 512 and fixed, and finally the upper bracket 52 and the lifting air bag 53 are installed, during the installation process, the original parts of the air suspension do not need to be disassembled and modified, the process of installing the lifting component on the air suspension is simplified, therefore, the air can be conveniently added to the lifting assembly no matter the air is hung before and after leaving a factory or after being used for a period of time.
In the above solution, the invention uses the end of the long bolt for installing the guide plate spring 20 to form a protrusion, so as to realize the hanging of the two side plates 512 of the lower bracket 51, and simplify the whole structure of the air suspension, of course, in other embodiments of the invention, the protrusion may be other structures, for example, a convex column is welded on the two sides of the fixing frame 10, and then the side plate 512 with the hanging hole 5121 is hung on the convex column.

Of course, the connection and matching between the side plate 512 and the swing arm 522 are not limited to the above manner, but the two can be defined by a nut sleeved on the bolt and a nut of the bolt after the bolt with the polished rod part is directly penetrated and connected, and the side plate 512 and the swing arm 522 are matched with the polished rod part of the bolt to ensure that the two can rotate relatively.

The air suspension of a trailer as claimed in claim 6 or 7, wherein each of the two support plates is provided with a plurality of mounting holes arranged along the height direction, the mounting holes of the two support plates are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence, and two ends of the support rod are respectively penetrated into the two corresponding mounting holes.
9. The air suspension of a trailer as claimed in claim 1, wherein the two side plates are fixed on both sides of the fixing base by locking bolts respectively.
