Background
Biopsy is a technique for taking out a lesion tissue from a patient and performing pathological examination, in response to diagnosis and treatment.
Currently, biopsy needles are medical devices that penetrate patient tissue for sampling; the biopsy needle comprises a handle, a trocar and an inner needle; the inner needle is sleeved in the trocar, one end of the trocar is fixed with the handle, the inner needle is limited by a catapulting system in the handle, and a sample bin 31 is arranged on the inner needle; under the guidance of the imaging equipment, the trocar point part of the biopsy needle is sent to the edge of the tumor; triggering an ejection system trigger, wherein a sample bin of the inner needle extends out of the trocar, and a tissue sample enters the sample bin; the ejector system trigger is triggered again and the inner needle is retracted into the trocar, while the edges of the sample compartment cut the tissue sample and remain in the sample compartment. The biopsy needle is pulled out.
Some breast tissue grows in hard spherical masses in soft tissue, and biopsy needles are difficult to force a needle into the hard spherical masses because they are not easily pierced and are quite easily moved.

In order to achieve the aim of the utility model, the utility model adopts the following technical scheme:
a frozen biopsy needle with a marker,
a freezing channel is arranged in the freezing needle, and one end of the freezing channel is opened at the upper end of the freezing needle;
the coolant tank is internally provided with a coolant; the coolant tank is a portable liquid carbon dioxide tank;
the communicating pipe communicates the opening of the freezing needle with the outlet of the coolant tank;
the valve body is arranged on the communicating pipe and used for controlling the on-off of the communicating pipe;
a biopsy needle for obtaining a tissue sample by penetration; the biopsy needle comprises a handle, a trocar and an inner needle.
Furthermore, the inner needle is not only provided with a sample bin, but also provided with a marker bin on the original structure; the marker bin is used for containing markers; the two opposite side walls of the marker bin are provided with arc-shaped ejection sheets;
when the marker cartridge of the inner needle extends out of the trocar, the ejector blade ejects the marker cartridge out of the marker cartridge, thereby leaving the marker cartridge at the tissue biopsy site.
Further, the upper end of the freezing needle is provided with a needle seat, and the upper end of the needle seat is provided with a holding piece; the holding piece is used for holding the freezing needle by medical staff.
Further, the grip includes a finger ring and a bracket; the support is fixed with the needle seat, and the finger ring is fixed with the support.
The beneficial effects of the utility model are as follows:
with the aid of the medical developing device, the freezing needle 50 is extended to the edge of the hard tumor, after the valve and the valve body 80 of the utility model of the coolant tank 90 are opened, the pressure in the coolant tank 90 forces the coolant in the coolant tank to enter the freezing needle 50 through the communicating pipe, and the end part of the freezing needle 50 is frozen and adhered with the original tumor into a whole; since the tumor is "held" by the cryoneedle 50, it is then easy to obtain a sample from the tumor (defined by the bond) with a biopsy needle of conventional operation; the purpose of biopsy for the lump easy to move is achieved.

Detailed Description
Specific embodiments of the present utility model will be further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. Wherein like parts are designated by like reference numerals. It should be noted that the words "front", "rear", "left", "right", "upper" and "lower" used in the following description refer to directions in the drawings, and the words "inner" and "outer" refer to directions toward or away from, respectively, the geometric center of a particular component.
In order to make the contents of the present utility model more clearly understood, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present utility model will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present utility model.
The cooling channel 11 is arranged inside the freezing needle 10, and the cooling channel 11 is used for the entry of the refrigerant; when the tip of the cryoneedle freezes to the tumor, the tumor is attached to the tip of the cryoneedle by the frozen viscosity. Thereafter, it is easy to obtain a sample from the tumor (defined by the bond) by conventional operation of the biopsy needle.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, a frozen biopsy needle with a marker,
referring to fig. 1, a freezing passage is provided inside a freezing needle 50, and one end of the freezing passage is opened at the upper end of the freezing needle 50; the freeze channels are used to access the coolant.
The coolant tank 90 is internally filled with coolant; the coolant tank 90 is a portable liquid CO2 tank. Among them, a canister of N2O (nitrous oxide), ethane, propane, methane or tetrafluoromethane (R14) can be used as well.
The communicating pipe communicates the opening of the freezing needle 50 with the outlet of the coolant tank 90;
the valve body 80 is mounted on the communication pipe for controlling the on-off of the communication pipe.
A biopsy needle for obtaining a tissue sample by penetration; the biopsy needle comprises a handle 10, a trocar 20 and an inner needle 30;
referring to fig. 1, in summary, with the aid of the medical developing device, the freezing needle 50 is extended to the edge of the hard tumor, after the valve of the present utility model and the valve body 80 of the coolant tank 90 are opened, the pressure inside the coolant tank 90 forces the coolant inside to enter the freezing needle 50 through the communicating tube, and the end of the freezing needle 50 is frozen and adhered to the original tumor; since the tumor is "held" by the cryoneedle 50, it is then easy to obtain a sample from the tumor (defined by the bond) with a biopsy needle of conventional operation; the purpose of biopsy for the lump easy to move is achieved.
Further, referring to fig. 2 and 3, the inner needle 30 is not only provided with a sample chamber 31, but also provided with a marker chamber 32 on the original structure; the marker bin 32 is for holding a marker 00; the opposite side walls of the marker bin 32 are provided with arc-shaped ejection sheets 33; the sample compartment 31 of the inner needle 30 needs to extend beyond the trocar 20 to cut a tissue (tumor) sample during a biopsy procedure, and the same marker compartment 32 would extend beyond the trocar 20; as the marker cartridge 32 of the inner needle 30 extends out of the trocar 20, the ejector blade 33 ejects the marker cartridge 32 out of the marker cartridge 32, leaving the marker cartridge 32 at the tissue biopsy site; the marker marks the tissue at the sampling site for later observation of the target tissue to verify the presence of enlargement or lesions, etc. of the target tissue.
Further, a needle stand 60 is provided at the upper end of the freezing needle 50, and a holding piece 70 is provided at the upper end of the needle stand 60; the handle 70 is used for holding the cryoneedle 50 by a healthcare worker. Specifically, the gripping member 70 includes a finger ring 71, a bracket 72; the holder 72 is fixed to the needle holder 60, and the finger ring 71 is fixed to the holder 72. Preferably, two holding pieces 70 are provided.
The above description is illustrative of the preferred embodiments of the present utility model and is not intended to limit the scope of the present utility model, but is to be accorded the full scope of the claims.
