The embodiment provides an air fryer, as shown in fig. 1-3, comprising an upper cover 1, an air pipe 2, a heating device 3, a fan assembly 4, a frying basket 5 and a grill 6, wherein the upper cover 1 is covered on an opening of the frying basket 5, the upper cover 1 is provided with an inner cavity, the fan assembly 4 comprises a motor 2 and a fan blade 41, the motor 2 is in transmission connection with the fan blade 41, and the fan blade 41 and the heating device 3 are arranged in the inner cavity; the frying basket 5 is provided with an air inlet 50 and an air outlet (not labeled in the figure), and the grill 6 is arranged in the frying basket 5 and is positioned between the upper cover 1 and the air inlet 50; an opening at one end of the air duct 2 is communicated with the inner cavity and is opposite to the direction of the air flow formed when the fan blades 41 rotate, and the other end of the air duct 2 is communicated with the air inlet 50.
On the basis of the structure, when the food material is placed on the grill 6, a part of air heated by the heating device 3 is blown to the grill 6 through the fan blades 41, so that the upper surface of the food material can be heated, and the other part of air is conveyed to the bottom of the grill 6 through the air pipe 2, so that the lower surface of the food material can be heated, a uniform temperature field is formed in the frying basket 5, the temperatures of the upper surface and the lower surface of the food material tend to be consistent, the heating effect on the food material is improved, and the risk of partial overripening or scorching of the food material is reduced.
It should be noted that, the direction of the air flow formed when the fan blade 41 rotates is opposite to the opening at one end of the air duct 2, which is understood as that the connection position between the air duct 2 and the upper cover 1 is set according to the specific structure of the fan blade 41, so that the air flow formed when the fan blade 41 rotates can flow into the opening of the air duct 2.
In addition, the heating device 3 may be a heat generating tube or PTC, and thus is not limited herein.
Preferably, in this embodiment, the number of the air inlets 50 is plural, and the air inlets 50 are arranged on the frying basket 5 in an array manner; the other end of the air pipe 2 is provided with air outlet holes 20 which are opposite to the air inlets 50 one by one, and the design has the advantages that the heated air uniformly flows into the frying basket 5 and uniformly and effectively fills the bottom surface of the grill 6.
Further, in the present embodiment, the area of the air inlet 50 is larger than the area of the air outlet 20; by the arrangement, the air inlet resistance of the frying basket 5 is reduced, more hot air enters the frying basket 5, and the heating effect of food materials is improved.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the air duct 2 includes a connection portion 21 and a diffusion portion 22, one end of the air duct 2 is opened and disposed on the connection portion 21, the air outlet 20 is disposed on the diffusion portion 22, and the cross-sectional area of the diffusion portion 22 gradually increases along a direction away from the upper cover 1; the design has the advantages that the resistance of hot air entering the frying basket 5 is reduced, more hot air enters the frying basket 5, and the heating effect of food materials is further improved.
Further, in this embodiment, the thickness of the diffuser 22 is 4-10mm, which is advantageous in that the volume of the air fryer is not excessively large, and the air intake is ensured to meet the heat demand of the bottom of the grill 6.
In this embodiment, the periphery of the opening at one end of the air pipe 2 is in sealing connection with the upper cover 1, so that the hot air loss is reduced, and the thermal efficiency of the air fryer is improved.
In this embodiment, the quantity of tuber pipe 2 is two, two tuber pipes 2 are located respectively the relative both sides of frying basket 5, so set up, further improve the homogeneity of the interior temperature of frying basket 5, promote food material heating effect.
In the specific content of the above embodiment, any combination of the technical features may be performed without contradiction, and for brevity of description, all possible combinations of the technical features are not described, however, as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features, they should be considered as the scope of the description.
The foregoing detailed description of the embodiments presents only a few embodiments of the present utility model, which are described in some detail and are not intended to limit the scope of the present utility model.
