Description

本实用新型涉及一种突发心跳呼吸骤停的心肺复苏急救仪。属于急救病人的呼吸系统器械。
在心跳呼吸骤停的急救过程中,长期以来,医学界公认的急救程序是心肺脑复苏,其中口对口吹气是肺复苏有效的方法。但要解决复苏的根本问题,则需要气管插管和心脏起搏,长期以来气管插管受设备和专业技术的限制,不易立即凑效,延误时间,使抡救不能成功。多年来,人们想了很多方法,如我国专利88216282.9(CN2040782U)《多用食管内复苏监测器》,它是在呼吸面罩上开一小孔,一个较长的听诊管由此管通过,听诊管上端有一个听诊耳塞、中间有一食管堵塞气囊、底端有一与电极线相连的电极板。用以充气的充气管插入听诊管内,在充气管一端安有气囊。解决了抢救病人时,胃内食物返流的现象,并且可以监听病人心率和呼吸状况。又如我国专利88207673.6(CN2030875U)《一种新型生命急救器》,它由输气管、急救器座、压气囊等构成,具有人工呼吸作用,并输送新鲜空气。能及时有效地抢救那些因突发性、散发性的事故造成呼吸暂停患者的生命。上述文献的不足之处是仅仅解决人工呼吸,没有解决快速气管插管和食道心脏起搏问题。
本实用新型的目的是提出一种快速气管插管和食道心脏起搏的复合式心肺复苏急救仪。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:本复合式心肺复苏急救仪由外套管、粗管通气管、细管通气管、近端气囊充气管、远端气囊充气管、近端气囊和远端气囊等组成。外套管的一端从口腔插入食管或气管,另一端置口腔外侧。外套管内装有粗管通气管和细管通气管,粗管通气管和细管通气管的一端与外套管一起暴露在口腔外。粗管通气管和细管通气管的另一端插入食管或气管。近端气囊充气管的一端与近端气囊相连,远端气囊充气管一端与远端气囊相连,近端气囊充气管和远端气囊充气管的另一端与外套管一起暴露在口腔外。
本实用新型的优点是:1.不需要特殊专业技术人员或设备,可盲目插管;2.解决人工呼吸、插管给氧和插管心脏起搏同步进行的问题;3.抡救极时,大大提高了抡救成功率。

下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步描述:
参见图1和图2,本复合式心肺复苏急救仪由外套管1、粗管通气管2、细管通气管3、近端气囊充气管4、远端气囊充气管5、近端气囊6和远端气囊7等组成。外套管1的一端从口腔插入食管或气管,另一端置口腔外侧。外套管1内装有粗管通气管2和细管通气管3,粗管通气管2和细管通气管3的一端与外套管1一起暴露在口腔外。粗管通气管2和细管通气管3的另一端插入食管或气管。近端气囊充气管4的一端与近端气囊6相连,远端气囊充气管5一端与远端气囊7相连,近端气囊充气管4和远端气囊充气管5的另一端与外套管1一起暴露在口腔外。由于采用近端气囊6和远端气囊7使本心肺复苏急救仪不论插入气管或食管都能可迅速通气。若将细管通气管3插入食道,则用食道起搏电极的一端通过细管通气管3,另一端与食道起搏仪相连,若将细管通气管3插入气管,则用经皮心外膜起搏穿刺针与心外膜临时起搏器相连分别进行心脏起搏。必要时经皮心外膜起搏穿刺针刺入心外膜,另一端与心外膜临时起搏器相连,人工呼吸通气管与外套管1一端相连。外套管1的一端插入食管或气管后,以代替气管插管,抽试细管通气管3,若有胃液则表示细管通气管3在食管内,此时通过近端气囊充气管4和远端气囊充气管5分别给近端气囊6和远端气囊7充气,阻塞食管和喉部,通过粗管通气管2给气,使气体返流入人体生理气管。若无胃液,而能听到呼吸音时,说明细管通气管3在气管内,经远端气囊充气管5向远端气囊7充气,经细管通气管3接人工呼吸气球或呼吸机。
起搏时,如细管通气管3插入食道,口腔外端接食道起搏仪进行食道心脏起搏。否则经皮心外膜起搏穿刺针与心外膜临时起搏器相连进行心脏起搏。人工呼吸通气管与外套管1相连,可代替口对口人工呼吸。
本复合式心肺复苏急救仪的工作过程如下:
当迂到突然意识丧失,心跳呼吸停止的病人,取平卧位,仰颏抬颌,迅速用人工呼吸通气管吹气三口,随即用外套管1进行气管插管,确定插管位置后,根据细管通气管3所在部位,分别给近端气囊6、远端气囊7或远端气囊充气管5充气,并经粗管通气管2或细管通气管3连接人工呼吸气球或呼吸机通气给氧及心外膜或食道心脏起搏。
食道起搏电极、食道起搏仪、经皮心外膜起搏穿刺针、心外膜临时起搏器、人工呼吸通气管和吸引管均为医院已有设备。

1、一种复合式心肺复苏急救仪,其特征在于由外套管1、粗管通气管2、细管通气管3、近端气囊充气管4、远端气囊充气管5、近端气囊6和远端气囊7组成,外套管1内装有粗管通气管2和细管通气管3,粗管通气管2和细管通气管3的一端与外套管1一起暴露在口腔外,另一端插入食管或气管,近端气囊充气管4的一端与近端气囊6相连,远端气囊充气管5一端与远端气囊7相连,近端气囊充气管4和远端气囊充气管5的另一端与外套管1一起暴露在口腔外。
