The slide lock 400 is restrained on the inner lid 300 by abutment and abutment of the slide portion 410 and the restraining claw 430 on the inner lid 300.
In this embodiment, the slide lock 400 is threaded and retained on the handle plate 320. The sliding portion 410 is attached to the outer side surface of the handle plate 320, and the hook portion 420 is penetrated through the handle plate 320 and passes downward through the hinge plate 310. The stopper claw 430 abuts against the inner side surface of the handle plate 320.
The limit claws 430 are elastically deformable; a plurality of limiting protrusions 323 are convexly arranged on one surface of the inner cover 300, which is abutted against the limiting claw 430, and limiting positions 324 are formed between the two limiting protrusions 323. In this embodiment, a plurality of limiting protrusions 323 are protruded on the inner side surface of the handle plate 320, and the limiting protrusions 323 extend along the sliding direction of the slide lock 400.
The end of the limiting protrusion 323 facing the limiting bit 324 is a guide slope 325 inclined to guide the limiting jaw 430 to slide from the limiting bit 324 onto the limiting protrusion 323.
In this embodiment, the limit pawl 430 can be limited at the limit position 324 to maintain the locked and unlocked positions of the slide lock 400. The limit pawl 430 is slidable from the limit position 324 onto the limit projection 323 such that the slide lock 400 is switchable between the locked and unlocked positions.
The two limiting claws 430 are disposed at two opposite sides of the hook portion 420, so that the limiting claws 430 are balanced in limiting on the inner cover 300.
In this embodiment, the limiting pawl 430 includes an elastic section 431 protruding from the periphery of the hook 420, and an abutment section 432 perpendicularly connected to the end of the elastic section 431; the abutment section 432 is disposed obliquely in a direction away from the hook portion 420, so that the limiting pawl 430 has elasticity. The tip of the abutment section 432 abuts against the inner side surface of the handle plate 320.
In this embodiment, a protruding poking protrusion 440 is formed on a surface of the sliding portion 410 facing away from the hook portion 420, so as to facilitate the user to poke the sliding lock 400 for sliding.
Based on the above description, when the inner lid 300 needs to be fixed, the inner lid 300 is rotated and attached to the landing 220 of the outer lid 200 to close the dispensing opening 210 of the outer lid 200. When the inner lid 300 is closed on the outer lid 200, the slide lock 400 moves with the inner lid 300 to extend into the locking hole 230. The sliding lock 400 is shifted to slide, so that the sliding lock 400 moves to the locking position and is engaged with the locking structure, thereby limiting the rotation of the inner lid 300 and maintaining the stability and reliability of the inner lid 300 covering the outer lid 200.
When the inner lid 300 needs to be opened, the sliding lock 400 is shifted to slide, so that the sliding lock 400 moves from the locking position to the unlocking position, the sliding lock 400 is separated from the locking structure, and the locking of the inner lid 300 is released, so that the inner lid 300 can be driven to rotate relative to the outer lid 200, the inner lid 300 is opened, and clothes are taken and put in the inner barrel.
In this embodiment, the case, the outer tub, and the inner tub are all open-ended structures, and the inner lid 300 is disposed on the upper portion of the washing machine and is capable of rotating in a vertical plane. The inner lid 300 is rotatably coupled to the outer tub cover 200 to be able to close or open the dispensing opening 210. The inner lid 300 closes the delivery port 210 so that the washing machine can normally operate. The inner lid 300 opens the dispensing opening 210 to be able to take and put laundry at the dispensing opening 210. In some embodiments, the case, the outer tub, and the inner tub are all open-front structures, and the inner cover 300 is provided at the front side of the washing machine and is rotatable in a vertical horizontal plane.
In the present utility model, the slide lock 400 is slidably coupled to the inner cap 300 to be capable of sliding between a locking position and an unlocking position; when in the locking position, the sliding lock 400 is clamped on the locking structure of the outer barrel cover 200 to limit the rotation of the inner cover 300 relative to the outer barrel cover 200; in the unlocked position, the slide lock 400 and the locking structure are separated to enable the inner lid 300 to rotate with respect to the outer lid 200 to be able to open and close the dispensing opening 210. Through the sliding of the sliding lock 400, the sliding lock 400 is detachably clamped on the locking structure, so that the inner cover 300 is fixed on the outer cover 200, and the shaking of the inner cover 300 during the working of the washing machine is effectively avoided.
The sliding lock 400 is partially exposed outside the inner cap 300 to be able to manually drive the sliding lock 400 to slide outside the inner cap 300, so that a user can conveniently toggle the sliding lock 400 to slide to be able to rapidly fix the inner cap 300. Through connecting the elastic reset piece 500 on the slide lock 400, the elastic reset piece 500 other end is connected with the inner cup 300, when the user locks, exerts elastic force to the slide lock 400, makes it remove from the unblock position to the locking position, drives oneself to reset, and the user only need to loosen the slide lock 400 when locking can, no longer need the manual push the slide lock to the locking position, reduces its operation steps of locking, makes things convenient for user's use.
