Example 1
Referring to fig. 1 to 9, an embodiment of a door locking structure of a washing apparatus according to the present utility model includes: the base 10, the lock tongue 20 and the handle 30 are fixedly arranged on the door cover 50, and the lock tongue 20 is telescopically arranged on the base 10; the handle 30 is used for opening the door 50, and the handle 30 can push the lock tongue 20 to retract while operating the handle 30 to open the door 50, and in the closed state of the door 100, the lock tongue 20 is in an extended state to lock the door 50; the latch tongue 20 is retracted, i.e., the locking of the door locking structure is released, so that the door 50 can be opened.
Handles are also normally provided on the door cover 50 of the washing apparatus 100 for opening the door cover 50; in this embodiment, by setting the handle 30 to open the door cover 50 and simultaneously push the lock tongue 20 to retract, unlocking of the locking state of the lock tongue 20 can be achieved; that is, only the handle 30 is needed to be grasped to open the door cover 50, the unlocking operation of the lock tongue 20 is not needed to be performed independently, and the unlocking of the door cover 50 and the door cover locking structure can be realized through one operation action, so that the operation steps are simplified, and the operation efficiency is improved. By providing the base 10, directional telescoping of the tongue 20 is achieved.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 1 and 3-9, the door 50 is disposed on top of the case 60, the handle 30 is hinged on the base 10, and the handle 30 is rotatable on the base 10; specifically, the base 10 is provided with a left support plate 12 and a right support plate 12, the support plates 12 are provided with hinge holes 121, the handle 30 is provided with two hinge plates 32 extending downward, the two hinge plates 32 are respectively provided with hinge shafts 321 extending close to each other, and the hinge shafts 321 are positioned in the hinge holes 121. When the door cover 50 is closed and the handle 30 is held to open the door cover 50 upwards, the handle 50 rotates around the hinge shaft, so that the handle 30 pushes the lock tongue 20 to move backwards to retract, and unlocking of the locking structure is realized; pulling the handle 30 upward continues to cause the door 50 to open.
In other embodiments, the door 50 may be provided on the front side of the case 60, etc.
In some embodiments of the present application, referring to fig. 8, a locking groove 21 is provided on the locking tongue 20, and a locking plate 31 extending toward the locking tongue 20 is provided on the handle 30, and the locking plate 31 is located in the locking groove 21. Under the condition that the handle 30 is not operated, the locking plate 31 is in a static state in the locking groove 21, so that the lock tongue 20 is locked and cannot stretch, and the locking tightness of the locking structure is ensured during the washing process of the washing equipment 100. The locking plate 31 cooperates with the locking groove 21 to lock the tongue 20 and prevent the telescoping movement of the tongue 20.
When the door cover 50 is opened, the handle 30 is rotated to be opened so that the locking plate 31 is rotated, so that the locking plate 31 pushes the rear wall of the locking groove 21 rearward and the latch tongue 20 is retracted rearward. That is, the latch tongue 20 is retracted rearward while the handle 30 is opened, and the locking of the locking structure is released. The rear wall of the locking groove 21 is preferably provided higher than the front wall of the locking groove 21 for avoiding forward rotation of the locking plate 31, avoiding interference between the locking plate 31 and the locking groove 21.
In some embodiments of the present application, the locking plate 31 is located at the front end of the handle 30, and the rear side of the handle 30 is a hand grip; so that when the handle 30 is held by hand to open the door 50, the handle 30 is first rotated about the rotation axis, the hand-held portion is rotated forward and upward, and the locking plate 31 is rotated downward.
In some embodiments of the present application, to achieve the limit to the locking bolt 20, the locking bolt 20 is limited to be able to move telescopically in the front-rear direction only; the base 10 is provided with a receiving groove 11 for receiving the lock tongue 20, and the lock tongue 20 is positioned in the receiving groove 11 so as to be movable back and forth by providing the receiving groove 11. A reset elastic piece 40 is arranged between the bottom of the accommodating groove 11 and the lock tongue 20; under the urging of the return elastic member 40, the tongue 20 is normally in the forward-extended state. When the bolt 20 is pushed by the handle 30 to retract backward, the reset elastic member 40 is compressed at this time, and the outward extending pushing force is given to the bolt 20; when the handle 30 is released, the latch 20 is extended outward by the pushing of the return elastic member 40, and at the same time, the latch 20 pushes the handle 30 to rotate and return. The return elastic member 40 can push to return the latch bolt 20 and the handle 30.
In some embodiments of the present application, a limiting structure is provided between the latch tongue 20 and the receiving slot 11, for limiting the telescopic movement of the latch tongue 20 only in the front-rear direction. The limit structure is a sliding groove 22 arranged on the lock tongue 20 and a sliding protrusion 111 arranged on the accommodating groove 11, wherein the sliding groove 22 and the sliding protrusion 111 are arranged in a extending way in the front-back direction, and the sliding groove 22 and the sliding protrusion 111 are arranged in a matching way.
In other embodiments, the limiting structure is also a sliding protrusion provided on the lock tongue 20 or a sliding groove provided on the accommodating groove 11.
In some embodiments of the present application, sliding protrusions 111 are disposed on the left and right sidewalls of the accommodating groove 11, and a limiting protrusion 112 is disposed on the sidewall of the accommodating groove 11 in an extending manner, where the limiting protrusion 112 is located above the sliding protrusion 111. The limiting protrusion 112 is located above the locking bolt 20, and can limit upward movement of the locking bolt 20, which is beneficial to increasing stability of the locking bolt 20.
In some embodiments of the present application, the door locking structure further includes a locking portion 61 provided on the case 60 of the washing apparatus 100 to be matched with the latch tongue 20. The front lower end of the lock tongue 20 is provided with an inclined surface 23 which can be matched with the locking part 61 to retract the lock tongue 20. When the door 50 is closed, after the handle 60 is released, the lock tongue 20 is in an extended state, and the lock tongue 20 is pressed above the locking portion 61 under the left and right of the gravity of the door 50; under the condition of downward pressure, the inclined surface 23 is matched with the locking part 61, so that the lock tongue 20 can be pushed to move backwards to retract; the spring bolt 20 is then extended to be engaged with the locking portion 61 to achieve locking by the pushing of the return elastic member 40.
In other embodiments, after the door 50 is closed, the handle 30 may be released, so that the latch tongue 20 may extend forward at this time, and lock with the locking portion 61 may be achieved.
