Alternatively, as shown in fig. 4, 6, 8, and 10, the handle 4 may be provided with a rotating shaft hole 402, and the connecting plate 23 may be provided with a rotating shaft rotatably fitted in the rotating shaft hole 402. Therefore, the rotating shaft is matched in the rotating shaft hole 402, so that the handle 4 and the connecting plate 23 can be pivotally connected, the structure is simple and compact, and the processing and the manufacturing are convenient.

Therefore, when the clothes washing machine is in the locking position, the handle 4 can be hidden in the accommodating groove 232, interference of the handle 4 during clothes washing is avoided, and in addition, the structure of the clothes washing assembly 102 is simpler and more compact, and the attractiveness is improved.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 9, a through hole 2321 may be formed on the bottom wall of the receiving groove 232, and when the handle 4 is rotated to the locking position, the buckle 401 may extend downward through the through hole 2321 to achieve the engagement with the clamping portion 15, so as to lock the washboard 2.
In order to facilitate the rotation operation of the handle 4, as shown in fig. 9, the connecting portion 19 can be provided with a handle groove 233 communicating with the accommodating groove 232, and after the hand extends into the handle groove 233, the handle 4 can be rotated and lifted from the accommodating groove 232, so that the operation is simpler, and the operation is convenient and labor-saving.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2-9, the handle 4 may include: a first strut 41, a second strut 42 and a connecting rod 43. According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, a first limiting protrusion 221 may be disposed at a lower portion of the washboard 22, a second limiting protrusion 16 may be disposed on the water basin 1, and when the washboard 2 moves upward to a predetermined position, the second limiting protrusion 16 may stop against the first limiting protrusion 221 to limit the upward movement of the washboard 2, so as to prevent the washboard 2 from completely separating from the water basin 1, thereby improving reliability and stability, and facilitating the movement operation of the washboard 2.
The washing machine 1000 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes the rub assembly 102 according to the above-described embodiment of the present invention, and the rub assembly 102 may be installed at an open end of the body 200 of the washing machine 1000 so that a user can manually rub the laundry.
The rubbing device 103 according to the embodiment of the present invention is described in detail below with reference to fig. 11 and 12, and the rubbing device 103 may be mounted on the pulsator washing machine 1000, but is not limited thereto. As shown in fig. 11 and 12, the rubbing device 103 for a washing machine according to an embodiment of the present invention may include: a water basin 1, a washboard 2 and a cover body 5. A water containing cavity 11 can be defined in the water containing basin 1, the clothes to be scrubbed and the washing water for scrubbing the clothes can be contained in the water containing cavity 11, and the water containing cavity 11 can be provided with a communication port 12 for communicating the containing cavity in the machine body 200 with the water containing cavity 11.
The washboard 2 can be provided with a plurality of horizontally extending close-packed convex ribs 21, so that a user can scrub clothes on the washboard 2 to improve the cleaning effect. The washboard 2 is movably provided at the communication port 12 to open and close the communication port 12. The cover body 5 is pivotally provided on the water containing basin 1 to open and close the water containing basin 1, so that the water containing cavity 11 can be conveniently opened or closed.

According to the washing device 103 for the washing machine, the water containing cavity 11 is limited in the water containing basin 1, the water containing cavity 11 is provided with the communication port 12 for communicating the containing cavity in the machine body 200 with the water containing cavity 11, the washing board 2 is movably arranged at the communication port 12, the communication port 12 is opened and closed by the washing board 2, the cover body 5 is pivotally arranged on the water containing basin 1, and the water containing cavity 11 is opened and closed by the cover body 5, so that the washing device not only can be convenient for a user to manually wash clothes and improve the washing effect, but also water after hand washing can flow into the machine body 200 through the communication port 12 to be reused, and meanwhile, the washing device has the advantages of simple and compact structure, good attractiveness and the like.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the washing device 103 may further include: the bracket 33, as shown in fig. 12, the bracket 33 may be disposed on the lower surface of the cover 5, and the bracket 33 may be pivotally connected to the water containing basin 1, so that the cover 5 and the water containing basin 1 may be connected by the bracket 33, which is simple in structure and convenient to process and install. Alternatively, as shown in fig. 12, the two brackets 33 are spaced apart from each other to improve the supporting connection strength and reliability.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 11 and 12, the outer circumference of the tub 1 may extend horizontally outward in a radial direction, and the washing device 103 may further include: a switch assembly 6. A switch assembly 6 may be provided on the basin 1 and the switch assembly 6 may be adjacent the water receiving chamber 11, the switch assembly 6 being movable between a closed position restricting movement of the lid 5 and an open position allowing movement of the lid 5. That is, the switch assembly 6 is movable between a closed position and an open position, and when the switch assembly 6 is in the open position, the movement of the cover 5 can be restricted, so that the cover 5 can be locked in a position closing the water containing chamber 11; when the switch assembly 6 is in the closed position, the cover 5 assembly can be allowed to move, and at the moment, a user can perform opening and closing operations on the cover 5, so that the operation is convenient and simple.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 12, the cover 5 may have a fastening position 51 on an upper surface thereof away from the bracket 33, and the switch assembly 6 may include: the operating part 61 and the hook 62, wherein the operating part 61 is movably arranged on the water containing basin 1, the operating part 61 is adjacent to the water containing cavity 11, the hook 62 can be arranged on the water containing basin 1, and the hook 62 is linked with the operating part 61 to move between a closed position and an open position under the driving of the operating part 61, wherein, in the closed position, the hook 62 can be matched in the buckling position 51 to limit the movement of the cover body 5, and in the open position, the hook 62 is disengaged from the buckling position 51 to allow the movement of the cover body 5. The structure is simple and compact, the design is ingenious, and the processing and the manufacturing are convenient.
Alternatively, the two hooks 62 are arranged at intervals, and the two buckling positions 51 may be in one-to-one correspondence with the two hooks 62. Thus, the cover 5 can be limited to the closed position by the cooperation of the two pairs of hooks 62 and the buckling positions 51, so that the stress uniformity can be improved, and the connection reliability can be improved.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 11 and 12, the inner side of the upper peripheral edge of the water containing basin 1 may be provided with a mounting groove 171 for mounting the cover body 5, when the water containing cavity 11 is covered by the cover body 5, the outer peripheral edge of the cover body 5 may be accommodated in the mounting groove 171, the matching performance is good, and the outer peripheral edge of the cover body 5 may be "hidden" in the mounting groove 171, so that the beauty of the washing device 103 is better.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 12, an elastic member 1711 may be disposed in the mounting groove 171, and the elastic member 1711 drives the cover 5 to move upward, that is, the elastic member 1711 is disposed in the mounting groove 171 and always pushes the cover 5 to move upward. In short, the mounting groove 171 is provided with an elastic member 1711 that normally pushes the cover 5 to move upward. Specifically, as shown in fig. 13, the working table 7 may be provided with a working opening 71 adapted to communicate with the accommodating cavity of the pulsator washing machine 1000, and the laundry to be washed may be thrown into the machine body 200 from the working opening 71 for washing. The water basin 1 is pivotally provided on the table 7 to open and close the work port 71. A water containing cavity 11 can be defined in the water containing basin 1, the clothes to be scrubbed and the washing water for scrubbing the clothes can be contained in the water containing cavity 11, and the water containing cavity 11 can be provided with a communication port 12 for communicating the containing cavity in the machine body 200 with the water containing cavity 11.

When machine washing is needed, a user can rotate the water containing basin 1 to open the working opening 71, and clothes to be washed by the machine can be put into the machine body 200 of the washing machine 1000 from the working opening 71, so that machine washing is realized, and the operation is convenient and labor-saving. In the machine washing process, the washboard 2 can be moved to the position for closing the communication port 12, the cover plate is rotated to the position for closing the water containing cavity 11, the water containing basin 1 is rotated to the position for closing the working port 71, and at the moment, the door cover assembly 104 closes the open end of the machine body 200, so that the machine washing machine is compact in structure, neat and attractive.

According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 12, the water tub 1 may include: the basin body 13 with the concave bottom, the top plate 18 and the connecting part 19, wherein the communication port 12 can be arranged on the basin body 13, the top plate 18 can be connected with the outer peripheral edge of the upper part of the basin body 13, the top plate 18 horizontally extends outwards along the radial direction, the connecting part 19 can be arranged on the edge of the top plate 18, and the connecting part 19 can be pivotally connected with the workbench 7, so that the structure is compact, and the processing and the manufacturing are convenient.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 13, the door assembly 104 further includes: the connecting frame 8, the connecting frame 8 can be arranged on the workbench 7, the connecting frame 8 can be provided with a connecting hole 81, the connecting part 19 is provided with a connecting shaft 191, and the connecting shaft 191 can be pivotally inserted in the connecting hole 81. Optionally, the water basin 1 may be provided with a water inlet switch 92 for controlling the on-off of the water inlet 91 and the water inlet pipe. For example, in the example shown in fig. 12, the inlet switch 92 may be provided at an upper corner of the basin 1. Optionally, a control valve may be disposed between the water inlet 91 and the water inlet pipe, the water inlet switch 92 is connected to the control valve, and the water inlet switch 92 may control the on-off between the water inlet 91 and the water inlet pipe by controlling the on-off of the control valve, so as to control the water inlet pipe to feed water into the water containing cavity 11. As shown in fig. 14, the pulsator washing machine 1000 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a machine body 200 and a door assembly 104 according to the above-described embodiment of the present invention, an accommodation cavity may be formed in the machine body 200, the door assembly 104 may be disposed on the machine body 200, and the working port 71 communicates with the accommodation cavity.
Other configurations and operations of the pulsator washing machine 1000 according to an embodiment of the present invention are known to those skilled in the art and will not be described in detail herein.

Claims (15)

1. A door cover assembly (104) of a pulsator washing machine, comprising:
the working table (7) is provided with a working opening (71) which is suitable for being communicated with the containing cavity of the pulsator washing machine (1000);
the water containing basin (1) is pivotally arranged on the workbench (7) to open and close the working opening (71), a water containing cavity (11) with an open top is defined in the water containing basin (1), and the water containing basin (1) is provided with a communication opening (12) for communicating the water containing cavity (11) with the accommodating cavity;
the water containing basin (1) comprises: the washboard comprises a basin body (13), a first supporting plate (141) and a second supporting plate (142), wherein the bottom of the basin body (13) is concave downwards and is provided with a communication port (12), the first supporting plate (141) and the second supporting plate (142) are respectively connected with the basin body (13), the second supporting plate (142) and the first supporting plate (141) are arranged at the communication port (12) at intervals, and the washboard (2) is movably arranged on the first supporting plate (141) and the second supporting plate (142);
the washboard (2), a plurality of horizontally extending close-packed convex ribs (21) are arranged on the washboard (2), and the washboard (2) is movably arranged at the communicating opening (12) to open and close the communicating opening (12);
the cover body (5) is pivotally arranged on the water containing basin (1) to open and close the water containing cavity (11);
the washing machine comprises a handle (4), wherein a buckle (401) is arranged on the handle (4), a clamping portion (15) is arranged on the water containing basin (1), the handle (4) is pivotally mounted on the washing board (2) between a locking position and an unlocking position, the buckle (401) and the clamping portion (15) are matched and locked to limit the movement of the washing board (2) at the locking position, and the buckle (401) and the clamping portion (15) are not matched to allow the movement of the washing board (2) at the unlocking position.
2. The door assembly (104) according to claim 1, wherein said basin (1) comprises:
a top plate (18), wherein the top plate (18) is connected with the outer periphery of the upper part of the basin body (13) and horizontally extends outwards along the radial direction;
the connecting part (19) is arranged at the edge of the top plate (18) and is pivotally connected with the workbench (7).
3. The door assembly (104) of claim 2, further comprising:
link (8), link (8) are established on workstation (7), be equipped with connecting hole (81) on link (8), connecting portion (19) have connecting axle (191), but connecting axle (191) pivot ground is inserted and is established in connecting hole (81).
4. The door cover assembly (104) according to claim 3, wherein the connecting portions (19) are two spaced apart on the same edge of the top plate (18) and the connecting frames (8) are two in one-to-one correspondence with the two connecting portions (19).
5. The door cover assembly (104) according to claim 2, wherein an avoidance hole (72) for avoiding the top plate (18) is provided on an upper surface of the working table (7) adjacent to the connecting frame (8).
6. The door assembly (104) according to claim 2, wherein the top plate (18) is provided at an inner peripheral edge thereof with a mounting groove (171) for mounting the cover body (5).
7. The door assembly (104) according to claim 6, wherein the mounting groove (171) is provided with an elastic member (1711), and the elastic member (1711) drives the cover body (5) to move upwards.
8. The door assembly (104) of claim 6, wherein the top plate (18) is provided with a latching groove (172) communicating with the mounting groove (171).
9. Door cover assembly (104) according to claim 2, characterized in that the side wall of the tub (1) is provided with a water inlet (91) adapted to communicate with a water inlet pipe of the washing machine (1000).
10. The door cover assembly (104) according to claim 9, wherein said top plate (18) is provided with a water inlet switch (92) for controlling the opening and closing of said water inlet (91) and said water inlet pipe.
11. The door cover assembly (104) according to claim 2, wherein an overflow hole (93) communicating the water containing chamber (11) and the working opening (71) is provided on an upper side wall of the tub body (13).
12. The door assembly (104) of claim 1, further comprising:
support (33), establish support (33) the lower surface of lid (5), but support (33) pivot ground with flourishing basin (1) links to each other.
13. The door assembly (104) of claim 12, further comprising:
a switch assembly (6), the switch assembly (6) is arranged on the water containing basin (1) and is adjacent to the water containing cavity (11), and the switch assembly (6) is movable between a closed position limiting the movement of the cover body (5) and an open position allowing the movement of the cover body (5).
14. The door assembly (104) according to claim 13, wherein the cover body (5) is provided with a fastening position (51) on a lower surface thereof away from the bracket (33), and the switch assembly (6) comprises:
the operating part (61), the said operating part (61) is set up on the said basin (1) movably and adjacent to the said water containing cavity (11);
trip (62), trip (62) establish on flourishing basin (1) and with operation portion (61) linkage, with operation portion (61) drive down closed position with move between the open position, wherein, closed position trip (62) cooperation is in detain position (51) with the restriction lid (5) motion open position trip (62) with detain position (51) break away from the cooperation with the permission lid (5) motion.
15. A pulsator washing machine (1000), comprising:
the device comprises a machine body (200), wherein a containing cavity is formed in the machine body (200);
the door assembly (104) as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 14, said door assembly (104) being provided on said body (200) and said working port (71) being in communication with said receiving cavity.
