The embodiments described below with reference to the accompanying drawings are illustrative only for the purpose of explaining the present invention, and are not to be construed as limiting the present invention.
A laundry treating apparatus 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 1 to 16. In particular, the laundry treating apparatus 100 may be used to wash, dehydrate, or dry laundry, etc. For example, the laundry treating apparatus 100 may be a washing machine or the like.
As shown in fig. 2 to 4, 10 to 13 and 16, the laundry treating apparatus 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention may include an outer tub 1, an inner tub 2, an airflow driver 3 and a cover assembly 4.
Specifically, the top of the outer tub 1 is opened, the inner tub 2 is rotatably provided in the outer tub 1, and the top of the inner tub 2 is opened to define a throwing opening. Specifically, the outer barrel 1 is provided with an accommodating space with an open top, the inner barrel 2 is rotatably arranged in the accommodating space of the outer barrel 1, the inner barrel 2 is provided with a washing space with an open top, the open top of the inner barrel 2 can limit a throwing opening, and clothes and the like can be placed in the inner barrel 2 through the throwing opening and can be taken out from the inner barrel 2 through the throwing opening.
The cover plate assembly 4 is disposed on the outer tub 1 to cover the top of the outer tub 1, it is understood that the cover plate assembly 4 is also disposed above the inner tub 2 while covering the top of the outer tub 1, the cover plate assembly 4 is used for opening or closing the input port, the airflow driving member 3 (such as a wind wheel, an air pump or an air compressor) is used for introducing airflow into the inner tub 2, and when the laundry processing apparatus 100 washes laundry, the airflow driving member 3 is used for introducing airflow into the inner tub 2 to mix with water in the inner tub 2 to form a water airflow to wash the laundry, that is, under the condition that the laundry processing apparatus 100 is in the washing mode, the airflow driving member 3 is used for introducing airflow into the inner tub 2 to mix with water in the inner tub 2 to form a water airflow to wash the laundry.
Specifically, when it is necessary to put laundry into the inner tub 2 or take laundry out of the inner tub 2, the input opening may be opened by the cover assembly 4, and when it is necessary to wash laundry, dehydrate laundry, dry laundry, or the like, the input opening may be closed by the cover assembly 4, so that the cover assembly 4 is closed on the top of the outer tub 1 to prevent water or the like in the inner tub 2 or the outer tub 2 from being splashed to the outside of the outer tub 1.
When the laundry processing apparatus 100 is in the washing mode, the airflow driving member 3 operates to drive the airflow into the inner tub 2, the airflow entering the inner tub 2 has a certain impact force, the airflow is mixed with the water in the inner tub 2 to form a water airflow (the water contains bubbles) to perform impact washing on the laundry, and meanwhile, the bubble bursting process in the water plays an important role in removing the dirt from the laundry. In order to prevent the water in the inner tub 2 from being splashed and splashed to the outside of the outer tub 1 due to the impact of the air flow on the water in the inner tub 2 in the process of the air flow entering the inner tub 2, which affects the electrical safety of the laundry treatment apparatus 100, and to avoid the occurrence of safety hazards, the cover plate assembly 4 is disposed on the outer tub 1 to cover the top of the outer tub 1, so that when the laundry treatment apparatus 100 is in operation, the water in the inner tub 2 or the outer tub 1, even if splashed, can be blocked by the cover plate assembly 4 and enter the outer tub 1 or the inner tub 2 again without being splashed to the outside of the outer tub 1.
According to the clothes processing device 100 of the embodiment of the invention, the cover plate assembly 4 is arranged at the top of the outer barrel 1, and the putting opening is opened or closed by the cover plate assembly 4, clothes and the like can be conveniently put into the inner barrel 2 or taken out of the inner barrel 2 when the putting opening is opened, and meanwhile, in the working process of the clothes processing device 100, the cover plate assembly 4 closes the putting opening to prevent water in the inner barrel 2 or the outer barrel 1 from splashing to the outer side of the outer barrel 1, so that the safety of electric devices of the clothes processing device 100 is ensured, and the safety performance of the clothes processing device 100 in working is improved. In addition, since the conventional laundry treating apparatus may have a problem of laundry entanglement and abrasion during washing, the problem of laundry entanglement and abrasion may be solved at least to some extent by allowing the airflow driving member 3 to drive the airflow into the inner tub 2.
In some embodiments of the present invention, and as shown with reference to fig. 5-8, closure assembly 4 includes an outer can lid 41 and a closure 42. Specifically, the outer tub cover 41 is disposed on the top of the outer tub 1, a placing opening 411 is disposed at a portion of the outer tub cover 41 opposite to the placing opening, the cover plate 42 is disposed on the outer tub cover 41 in a rotatable manner, the cover plate 42 covers the placing opening 411 when the cover plate assembly 4 closes the placing opening, and the cover plate 42 opens the placing opening 411 when the cover plate assembly 4 opens the placing opening. Specifically, for example, as shown in fig. 5 to 8, the outer tub cover 41 is disposed on the top of the outer tub 1 and covers the annular cavity between the outer tub 1 and the inner tub 2, a placing opening 411 is disposed at a portion of the outer tub cover 41 opposite to the placing opening, the cover plate 42 is disposed on the outer tub cover 41 in a reversible manner to open or close the placing opening 411, and the placing opening 411 is opened or closed by the cover plate 42, thereby opening or closing the placing opening. Therefore, the structure is simple, and the processing and the manufacturing are convenient.
Of course, the present invention is not limited thereto, and the cover plate 42 may be slidably provided on the outer tub cover 41, and specifically, the cover plate 42 may be slidable between positions of opening the placing opening 411 and closing the placing opening 411. Alternatively, in other alternative embodiments, the cover plate 42 may also have a shutter door structure, i.e., the cover plate 42 has a storage position and a deployed position, and when the cover plate 42 is in the storage position, the cover plate 42 opens the placing opening 411, and when the cover plate 42 is in the deployed position, the cover plate 42 closes the placing opening 411.
In some further embodiments of the present invention, the outer tub cover 41 is provided with a non-return block 412, and the non-return block 412 is adapted to be in abutting fit with the cover plate 42 when the cover plate 42 is opened to a preset angle, so that a user can conveniently put clothes in the inner tub 2 or take clothes out from the inner tub 2 when the cover plate 42 is opened to the preset angle, without holding the cover plate 42 by the hand of the user, and meanwhile, the cover plate 42 can be prevented from falling back to the position for closing the placing opening 411 due to the gravity, the falling back of the cover plate 42 is prevented from injuring the hand of the user, and further, the potential safety hazard is avoided.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 5 to 6 and 8, the check block 412 and the placement opening 411 are respectively located on both sides of the rotation center line of the lid plate 42, and under the condition that the lid plate 42 is opened to a predetermined angle (for example, the lid plate 42 is turned over to be perpendicular to the tub cover 41), the check block 412 is stopped against a side surface of the lid plate 42 away from the placement opening 411 (i.e., an appearance surface of the lid plate 42). Specifically, in the turning process of the cover plate 42, the surface of the cover plate 42, which is far away from the placement opening 411, is not in contact with the check block 412, when the cover plate 42 continues to rotate, the check block 412 is in contact with the cover plate 42, and the cover plate 42 continues to turn to the preset angle, the check block 412 and the surface of the cover plate 42, which is far away from the placement opening 411, are mutually extruded to generate elastic deformation so as to be in an interference fit state, so that the check block 412 can effectively stop the cover plate 42 when the cover plate 42 is opened to the preset angle, further facilitating a user to put clothes in the inner barrel 2 or take the clothes out of the inner barrel 2, avoiding the user from holding the cover plate 42 by hands, and further preventing the cover plate 42 from falling back to the position for closing the placement opening 411 due to the gravity, avoiding the falling back of the cover plate 42 from injuring the hand of the user, and further avoiding potential safety hazards. When it is necessary to close the placing opening 411 with the cover plate 42, it is sufficient to manually drive the cover plate 42 to rotate so as to overcome the force between the cover plate 42 and the check block.
In some alternative embodiments of the present invention, referring to fig. 6 and 7, the cover plate 42 is provided with a first latch 421, the outer tub cover 41 is provided with a second latch 413, the first latch 421 and the second latch 413 are latched with each other when the cover plate assembly 4 closes the dispensing opening, the first latch 421 and the second latch 413 are disengaged with each other when the cover plate assembly 4 opens the dispensing opening, so that the cover plate 42 is positioned or positioned by switching between the latched state and the disengaged state of the first latch 421 and the second latch 413, when the first latch 421 and the second latch 413 are disengaged, the cover plate 42 is rotated to open the dispensing opening 411 to facilitate a user to dispense clothes and the like into the inner tub 2 or remove clothes from the inner tub 2, and when the first latch 421 and the second latch 413 are latched, the reliability of the engagement between the cover plate 42 and the outer tub cover 41 is achieved to facilitate the cover plate 42 to reliably cover the dispensing opening 411, the water in the inner tub 2 is prevented from being splashed to the outer side of the outer tub 1 due to the infirm fit between the cover plate 42 and the outer tub cover 41 during the operation of the laundry treating apparatus 100, and the safety of the operation of the laundry treating apparatus 100 is further improved.
According to some optional embodiments of the present invention, the cover plate 42 is provided with a buckle 414, and a user can hold the buckle 414 by hand to drive the cover plate 42 to turn over, so that the user can open the placing opening 411 or close the placing opening 411 conveniently, and further the purpose of opening or closing the placing opening is achieved, which is convenient for the user to use, and is beneficial to creating a good experience for the user.
Specifically, the first catch 421 is provided on the catch 414. Specifically, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the handle 414 is disposed on a side surface of the cover plate 42 away from the placing opening 411, one end of the first buckle 421 is disposed on a side surface of the handle 414 toward the placing opening 411, and the other end is bent toward a direction away from the center of the placing opening 411 after extending toward a direction close to the inner barrel 2. Therefore, the structure is simple, and the processing and manufacturing cost is favorably reduced.
In some embodiments of the present invention, a side of the placing opening 411 adjacent to the inner barrel 2 is formed with a flange 4111 extending toward a center line of the placing opening 411, the cover 42 is formed with a protrusion 422, the protrusion 422 is located in the placing opening 411 and engaged with the flange 4111 when the cover assembly 4 closes the placing opening, and the protrusion 422 is disengaged from the flange 4111 when the cover assembly 4 opens the placing opening so that the cover 42 opens the placing opening 411. Specifically, referring to fig. 6 to 8, an end of the placing opening 411 adjacent to the inner barrel 2 is formed with an annular flange 4111 extending horizontally toward a direction close to a center line of the placing opening 411, that is, the flange 4111 extends in a ring shape in the entire circumferential direction of the placing opening 411, a portion of the lid plate 42 is recessed downward to define a protrusion 422, and the protrusion 422 is located in the placing opening 411 and abuts against an upper surface of the flange 4111 in a condition that the lid plate assembly 4 closes the placing opening. Therefore, the structure is simple, and under the condition that the cover plate assembly 4 closes the input opening, the arrangement of the turned-over edge 4111 can close the gap between the protruding part 422 and the inner wall of the input opening 411, so that during the operation of the laundry treatment apparatus 100, especially when the laundry treatment apparatus 100 is in a washing mode, water in the inner tub 2 or the outer tub 1 can be prevented from leaking to the outer side of the outer tub 1 through the gap to affect the safety of electric devices of the laundry treatment apparatus 100, and the safety performance of the operation of the laundry treatment apparatus 100 is further improved.
Since the airflow driving member 3 continuously drives the airflow into the inner tub 2 during the operation of the laundry treating apparatus 100, the pressure in the cavity defined by the outer tub 1 and the lid assembly 4 is continuously increased, and at least one of the air outlet b and the water inlet c may be provided on the lid assembly 4 to avoid the safety performance of the laundry treating apparatus 100 from being affected by the pressure increase. That is, only the exhaust hole b or only the water inlet c may be provided on the cover plate assembly 4, and the water inlet c and the exhaust hole b may be provided on the cover plate assembly 4 at the same time. It will be appreciated that when the cover assembly 4 is provided with a water inlet c, a water inlet pipe is provided at the water inlet c, and the water inlet pipe can be connected to the faucet through a first pipe, such as a bellows, to facilitate water inlet.
In some embodiments of the present invention, at least one of the outer tub cover 41 and the cover plate 42 is provided with an exhaust hole b, that is, the outer tub cover 41 may be provided with the exhaust hole b only, the cover plate 42 may be provided with the exhaust hole b only, or the outer tub cover 41 and the cover plate 42 may be provided with the exhaust hole b respectively. Specifically, for example, as shown in fig. 3 to 6, the vent hole b is provided only on the outer tub cover 41. Thereby, not only the structure is simple, but also the reliability of the operation of the laundry treating apparatus 100 is further improved.
Optionally, a first filter screen is arranged at the exhaust hole b. Particularly, the exhaust hole b can be provided with an exhaust pipe to facilitate pipeline connection, a first filter screen is arranged at the outlet of the exhaust pipe to eliminate detergent foam, and the exhaust pipe can be externally connected with a section of second pipeline such as a corrugated pipe to connect a sewer. Therefore, by providing the first filter, not only is the discharge of the air flow facilitated during the operation of the laundry treatment apparatus, especially in the washing mode of the laundry treatment apparatus 100, but also the detergent bubbles overflowing from the inner tub 2 can be eliminated by the first filter, and the eliminated bubbles can further flow to the sewer.
In some alternative embodiments of the present invention, at least one of the tub cover 41 and the cover plate 42 is provided with a water inlet c. That is, the water inlet c may be provided only on the outer tub cover 41, only on the cover plate 42, or both the outer tub cover 41 and the cover plate 42. Specifically, for example, as shown in fig. 3 to 6, only the water inlet c is provided on the outer tub cover 41, so that the structure is simple, and since the water inlet c is connected to the first pipe, the first pipe is prevented from being interfered by the opening and closing of the cover plate 42, thereby facilitating the use of the user.
Specifically, the laundry treating apparatus 100 further includes a detergent dispensing box, and the water inlet c is communicated with the detergent dispensing box. Therefore, the water inlet c can be used for feeding water and also can be used for feeding detergent. Specifically, for example, the water inlet pipe is disposed at the water inlet c, and the water inlet pipe is connected to a water inlet structure through a first pipeline, and the water inlet structure is respectively connected to the detergent dispensing box and the faucet, so as to achieve multiple functions of the water inlet c.
It can be understood that, under the condition that the laundry treatment apparatus 100 is in the washing mode, foam is generated in the inner tub 2 into which the detergent is put, and particularly, the foam is more generated by the airflow driving member 3, and in order to prevent the foam from flowing back from the water inlet c, a second filter screen, for example, a fine mesh filter screen, may be disposed at the water inlet c, and particularly, the second filter screen may be disposed at the outlet of the water inlet pipe.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the peripheral wall of the outer tub 1 is provided with an overflow hole d. Specifically, the overflow hole d is located at the highest water level of the outer tub 1, and when the water in the outer tub 1 exceeds the highest water level, the water can be discharged from the overflow hole d, and the overflowing foam can flow out of the overflow hole d during the operation of the laundry treatment apparatus 100. It is understood that the laundry treating apparatus 100 has a drain port (i.e., a communication hole described below) for completely draining the water in the laundry treating apparatus 100, a drain pipe is connected to the drain port, the drain pipe may be connected to a sewer, and the overflow hole d may be connected to the drain pipe through a third pipe, such as a bellows, thereby facilitating the drainage of the surplus water and bubbles in the outer tub 1.
In some alternative embodiments of the present invention, referring to fig. 13 to 14, the laundry treating apparatus 100 includes a clutch 5, the clutch 5 includes a first driving shaft 51 and a guide passage 52, the first driving shaft 51 is connected to a bottom wall of the inner tub 2 for rotating the inner tub 2, one end of the guide passage 52 is communicated with the inside of the inner tub 2, the other end of the guide passage 52 is connected to the airflow driving member 3, and the airflow is driven by the airflow driving member 3 to flow into the inner tub 2 through the guide passage 52.
Specifically, the bottom wall of the inner tub 2 has a communication hole a, one end of the diversion channel 52 communicates with the communication hole a to communicate with the inner tub 2 through the communication hole a, the laundry treatment apparatus 100 may further include a driving motor, the driving motor is engaged with the clutch 5, the driving motor may drive the first driving shaft 51 to rotate, the rotation of the first driving shaft 51 may drive the inner tub 2 to rotate, and at the same time, the airflow driving member 3 operates, and the airflow enters the inner tub 2 through the diversion channel 52 and the communication hole a under the driving of the airflow driving member 3, so as to be mixed with the water in the inner tub 2 to form an airflow to perform impact washing on the laundry, and the bubble bursting process also plays an important role in removing the stains from the laundry. Therefore, the air flow enters the inner barrel 2 from the bottom wall of the inner barrel 2, so that the stay time of the air flow in the water in the inner barrel 2 is prolonged, and the washing effect is improved.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the laundry treating apparatus 100 further includes a drain valve, the airflow driving member 3 and the drain valve are respectively connected to the other end of the guide passage 52, the airflow is driven by the airflow driving member 3 to flow into the inner tub 2 through the guide passage 52 under the condition that the airflow driving member 3 is operated and the drain valve is closed, and the water in the inner tub 2 is drained from the guide passage 52 out of the inner tub 2 under the condition that the airflow driving member 3 is stopped and the drain valve is opened. Therefore, the flow guide channel 52 can be used as an air flow channel on one hand and a water drainage channel on the other hand, so that the double functions are achieved, the structure of the clothes treatment device 100 is simplified, and the cost is reduced.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 10, 12 and 13, the laundry treating apparatus 100 includes an air inlet and outlet duct 8, and the air inlet and outlet duct 8 includes a first port to a third port, wherein the first port is connected to the other end of the guide passage 52, the second port is connected to the water discharge valve, and the third port is connected to the air current driving member 3. Thus, under the condition that the air current driving piece 3 works and the drain valve is closed, the air current flows from the third interface to the first interface and flows into the inner barrel 2 through the diversion channel 52 under the driving of the air current driving piece 3; under the condition that the operation of the airflow driving member 3 is stopped and the drain valve is opened, the water in the inner tub 2 is discharged out of the inner tub 2 from the guide passage 52 and further discharged through the first and second ports. Thus, the structure is simple.
Alternatively, the intake drain pipe 8 may be fixed to an outer wall of the outer tub 1. Of course, the present invention is not limited thereto, and the air intake and discharge pipe 8 may be fixed to other positions, such as a base described later, as long as it is convenient to connect with the clutch 5.
Optionally, a flexible sealing member is disposed between the first interface and the other end of the flow guide channel 52, for example, the flexible sealing member is a rubber ring or a silica gel ring, so that the sealing performance between the first interface and the other end of the flow guide channel 52 is improved, and air leakage and water leakage are avoided.
In some further embodiments of the present invention, as shown with reference to fig. 13 to 14, the laundry treating apparatus 100 includes a pulsator 6, the pulsator 6 being provided at an inner bottom of the inner tub 2 and rotatable with respect to the inner tub 2, and the clutch 5 includes a second driving shaft 53, the second driving shaft 53 being connected to the pulsator 6 for driving the pulsator 6 to rotate. That is, the clutch 5 includes a first driving shaft 51, a second driving shaft 53 and a guide passage 52, wherein the first driving shaft 51 is connected to the outer bottom wall of the inner tub 2 for driving the inner tub 2 to rotate, the second driving shaft 53 passes through the inner tub 2 and is connected to the pulsator 6 in the inner tub 2 for driving the pulsator 6 to rotate, both ends of the guide passage 52 are respectively communicated with the airflow driving part 3 and the communication hole a (for example, both ends of the guide passage 52 are respectively connected to the communication hole a and the first interface), in a condition that the laundry treating device 100 is in the washing mode, the airflow driving part 3 is operated to drive the airflow to flow to the inner tub 2, the second driving shaft 53 drives the pulsator 6 to rotate, and the rotation of the pulsator 6 can drive the water and the airflow in the inner tub 2 to be sufficiently mixed and to move in a certain direction to impact the washed laundry, thereby improving the washing effect of the laundry. It is understood that the inner tub 2 may also be rotated in the washing mode. In the dehydration mode of the laundry treating apparatus 100, the second driving shaft 53 does not drive the pulsator 6 to rotate, the first driving shaft 51 drives the inner tub 2 to rotate with respect to the outer tub 1, and the airflow driving part 3 does not operate, thereby achieving the purpose of dehydrating the laundry.
It can be understood that, the impeller 6 rotates to drive the clothes to rotate and rub with the water flow, the clothes are inevitably wound and abraded, and the problem of winding the clothes can be avoided at least to a certain extent by leading the airflow driving part 3 into the inner barrel 1, so that the abrasion of the clothes is further avoided.
Here, it should be noted that the specific structure of the clutch 5 is well known to those skilled in the art, and will not be described in detail here.
Specifically, the communication hole a faces the pulsator 6. Therefore, the air current entering into the inner barrel 2 from the communication hole a can directly enter into the space between the impeller 6 and the bottom wall of the inner barrel 2, thereby being beneficial to prolonging the stay time of the air current in the inner barrel 2, improving the washing effect and being convenient for the impeller 6 to rotate so as to ensure that the water and the air current are fully mixed to form more water air current.
Optionally, a check valve 9 is connected in series between the airflow driving member 3 and the other end of the diversion channel 52 (for example, a check valve 9 is connected in series between the airflow driving member 3 and the third port), and the check valve 9 is guided and communicated in a direction from the airflow driving member 3 to the diversion channel 52, that is, airflow can only flow from the airflow driving member 3 and the check valve 9 to the diversion channel 52, and water, steam, etc. in the inner tub 2 cannot flow from the diversion channel 52 to the airflow driving member 3, so that the reliability of the operation of the airflow driving member 3 is ensured. Of course, the present invention is not limited thereto, and in other alternative embodiments, the level of the airflow driving member 3 may be higher than the highest water level in the outer tub 1, so that the backflow of the water flow may be effectively prevented, and the reliability of the operation of the airflow driving member 3 may be improved.
In some optional embodiments of the present invention, the laundry treating apparatus 100 further comprises a heater 7, and the heater 7 is connected to the airflow driving member 3 for heating the airflow introduced into the inner tub 2. Specifically, after the laundry treating apparatus 100 completes the dehydration, i.e., in the drying mode, the airflow driving part 3 and the heater 7 are simultaneously operated, the airflow driving part 3 drives the airflow into the inner tub 2, and the heater 7 is used for heating the airflow into the inner tub 2, so that the laundry drying purpose can be achieved. It is understood that, in the washing mode of the laundry treating apparatus 100, if it is required to improve the washing effect in a cold environment in winter, the heater 7 may be used to heat the air flowing into the inner tub 2 so as to increase the temperature of the water in the inner tub 2.
Specifically, for example, the heater 7 is connected between the check valve 9 and the airflow actuator 3, so that the one-way conduction action of the check valve 9 can also improve the reliability of the operation of the heater 7. Therefore, when the laundry processing apparatus 100 is drying, the airflow driving member 3 drives the airflow to the heater 7 so that the heater 7 heats the airflow passing through the heater, and the heated airflow passes through the one-way valve 9 and the flow guiding passage 52 and flows into the inner tub 2 so as to dry the laundry.
In addition, the laundry processing apparatus 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention further includes a base, a box, a working frame, etc., wherein the box is disposed on the base, the outer tub 1 is disposed in the box, the working frame is disposed on the top of the box, the working frame is provided with an opening opposite to the input opening, the opening is provided with a door cover, and the working frame is provided with a control panel or a control button, etc. Other structures of the laundry treating apparatus 100 are well known to those skilled in the art and will not be described in detail herein.
The operation of the laundry treating apparatus 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention is briefly described as follows.
When the laundry treating apparatus 100 requires laundry washing, the cover plate 42 of the cover plate assembly 4 may be opened, and laundry may be loaded into the inner tub 2 through the loading port 411 and the loading port, and the cover plate 42 may be closed after loading is completed. Then, a faucet is opened, a proper amount of water is injected into the inner barrel 2 through the water inlet c, a proper amount of detergent is put in through the water inlet c, then the airflow driving piece 3 starts to work, airflow is driven by the airflow driving piece 3 to enter the inner barrel 2 from the flow guide channel 52 and the communication hole a, water and the airflow are fully mixed under the rotation of the impeller 6 to form airflow to wash clothes, meanwhile, the airflow in the inner barrel 1 and the outer barrel 1 can be discharged from the exhaust hole b or the water inlet c, and redundant water and foam in the outer barrel 1 are discharged from the overflow hole d. After the washing is completed, the operation of the airflow driving member 3 is stopped, the drain valve is opened, and the washing water in the inner and outer tub 1 is discharged to the sewer through the drain pipe from the communication hole a, the guide passage 52 and the drain valve. At this time, the dehydration mode is started, the inner barrel 2 rotates relative to the outer barrel 1 to realize the purpose of dehydration, and the drain valve is always in an open state in the dehydration process.
After the dehydration is finished, the drain valve is closed, the airflow driving part 3 is opened, the heater 7 is opened, namely, the drying mode is started, the airflow driving part 3 drives the airflow to flow to the heater 7, the heater 7 heats the airflow flowing through the heater, the heated airflow enters the inner barrel 2 through the check valve 9, the flow guide channel 52 and the communicating hole a so as to achieve the purpose of drying clothes, and water vapor generated in the drying process is discharged into a sewer from the exhaust hole b and the overflow hole d. After drying is completed, the user can open the cover plate 42 and take the dried laundry.
It can be understood that, in the drying process, in order to improve the drying effect, at least one of the pulsator 6 and the inner tub 2 may be rotated, that is, the inner tub 2 may be rotated to drive the laundry to turn over, the pulsator 6 may be rotated to drive the laundry to turn over, and the inner tub 2 and the pulsator 6 may be rotated simultaneously to drive the laundry to turn over.
