A bagging filling device as claimed in claim 5 wherein: the bag moving clamping jaw assembly (11) comprises a bag moving clamping jaw (13) and a bag moving driving piece (14) for driving the bag moving clamping jaw (13) to move along at least two sections of strokes, the bag moving clamping jaw assembly (11) is fixed on the bag moving driving piece (14), and the bag moving driving piece (14) is fixed on the clamp mounting seat (10).
