When a large number of battery packs are required to be tested, a battery pack test cabinet is generally adopted to test the battery packs. The battery pack testing cabinet may include a plurality of testing devices, each of which may include an instrument device, i.e., a testing instrument and a corresponding testing module.
At present, a dedicated instrument insertion box is designed according to the instrument outline dimension of each instrument device, the instrument device is firstly fixed in the insertion box, then the instrument insertion box is placed on an upper rack tray of a battery pack testing cabinet, and the upper rack tray is fixed in testing equipment. Because the instrument sockets cannot be shared, the material cost and the manufacturing cost are high.

The test equipment may perform test work using instrumentation, such as testing a battery pack. As shown in fig. 1, the instrument holder 100 may be fixedly connected to a first instrument device 200. As shown in fig. 2, the instrument holder 100 may be fixedly connected to the first instrument unit 200 and the second instrument unit 300.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the instrument holder 100 may include an instrument tray 101, a fixing bracket 102, and a connection member 103.
The instrument tray 101 may include a tray side 110 and a tray bottom 112. The tray side 110 may be provided with at least one first slit 1101. The tray bottom surface 112 may be provided with at least one second slit 1121.
The fixed bracket 102 may be disposed on the underside of the tray bottom surface 112. The mounting bracket 102 may be used to fixedly attach the instrument tray 101 to a cabinet of the test equipment.
The connecting member 103 may pass through the first slot 1101 to secure the first instrument device 200 to the tray side 110. Only one first slit 1101 is schematically shown in fig. 1 to 3. It will be appreciated that in some embodiments of the present disclosure, the at least one first slot 1101 may be offset in a direction parallel to the tray bottom surface 112.
As shown in fig. 1-3, in some embodiments of the present disclosure, at least one second slot 1121 is offset in a direction parallel to the tray side 110.
In view of the fact that the size of the openings in the various instruments may vary, in order to accommodate the various instruments, in some embodiments of the present disclosure, the width of the at least one first slot 1101 may vary, as may the width of the at least one second slot 1121.
In view of the different instrument heights, the slit length of at least one first slit 1101 may be different in some embodiments of the present disclosure.
Considering the different lengths of the different instruments, the slit length of the at least one second slit 1121 may be different in some embodiments of the present description.
With continued reference to fig. 1-3, as shown in fig. 1-3, in some embodiments of the present disclosure, the at least one second slot 1121 may be staggered in a direction perpendicular to the tray side 110. The fixing requirements of different instrument devices at different fixing positions can be met through staggered arrangement.
With continued reference to fig. 1 and 3, in some embodiments of the present disclosure, the tray bottom surface 112 may be provided with an opening 1122. The opening 1122 may be used to accommodate a boss provided on the bottom surface of the instrument device. By arranging the opening on the bottom surface of the tray, the tray can be compatible with an instrument device with a boss arranged at the bottom.
In some embodiments of the present description, the connecting member 103 may be a self-contained connecting member on the bottom or side of the instrument device. In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the fixation bracket 102 may be an L-shaped fixation bracket. Referring to fig. 4, a schematic structural view of the fixing bracket is shown. As shown in fig. 4, the L-shaped fixing bracket 102 may include a first connection portion 121 and a second connection portion 122. The first connection part 121 may be connected with the second connection part 122, and form a right angle at the connection. As shown in fig. 2, the right angle connection may form an R angle. The first connection portion 121 may be used to connect with the underside of the tray bottom surface 112.
The second connection portion 122 is parallel to the tray side 110 in the case where the L-shaped fixing bracket 102 is fixedly connected to the tray bottom 112. The second connection portion 122 is located above the tray bottom surface 112 (as shown in fig. 1 and 2), but may be located below the tray bottom surface 112. The second connection 122 may be connected with a cabinet of the test equipment to connect the instrument tray 101 with the cabinet of the test equipment. By arranging the L-shaped fixing support, the instrument tray can be connected with the testing equipment.
With continued reference to fig. 4, in some embodiments of the present disclosure, the first connecting portion 121 may have a first opening 1211 provided therein. A second opening (not shown) is provided at a corner of the tray bottom surface 112. The connecting member 103 may also be used to connect the first connecting portion 121 with the tray bottom surface 112 through the first and second openings 1211 and 112.
With continued reference to fig. 4, in some embodiments of the present disclosure, a hook 1221 may be disposed on the second connecting portion 122. The hooks 1221 may mate with hook holes in a cabinet of the test equipment. In one embodiment, the four sides of the test equipment cabinet may be provided with a plurality of hook holes for connection with a plurality of instrument fixtures.
The embodiment of the specification also provides a testing device, which comprises the instrument fixing device in any embodiment.
