The first arc-shaped pipe section 8114 is a 90 ° arc-shaped pipe section, so that the first water discharge pipe section 8111 is bent towards the rear end of the base 60 after extending along the length direction of the first water inlet end 813, and then the first water outlet end 814 extends to the outside of the base 60 through the rear end of the base 60.

Wherein the first water inlet end 813 has a generally rectangular opening structure, and a longitudinal edge thereof may be provided with a circular arc chamfer so as to facilitate receipt of lint dropped from the filter assembly 30.
As shown in connection with fig. 8 and 9, in some embodiments of the present utility model, the arcuate slots have equal or gradually increasing dimensions along the respective cross-sections perpendicular to the axial direction thereof along the water outlet direction of the first water discharge line 81, and/or the second water discharge line segments 8112 have equal or gradually increasing dimensions along the respective cross-sections perpendicular to the axial direction thereof. As shown in connection with fig. 8 and 9, in some embodiments of the present utility model, the first water discharge pipe 81 further includes at least one third water discharge pipe section 8113, the at least one third water discharge pipe section 8113 is in communication with the first water discharge pipe section 8111 through the second water discharge pipe section 8112, and a first water outlet end 814 is disposed at an end of the at least one third water discharge pipe section 8113 remote from the second water discharge pipe section 8112, and the first water outlet end 814 protrudes to the outside of the base 60.
Specifically, since the first drain pipe 81 needs to avoid other structures of the base 60, the first drain pipe 81 further includes at least one third drain pipe section 8113, and the number of the third drain pipe sections 8113 is specifically selected according to the bottom structure of the base 60, and may be one or more, so that the first drain pipe 81 can extend from the front end of the base 60 to the rear end of the base 60, and the first water outlet end 814 extends to the outside of the base 60. As shown in fig. 4 to 9, in some embodiments of the present utility model, the inner bottom surface of the base 60 is provided with a drain groove, the first water inlet end 813 is opposite to the drain groove, and the opening size of the drain groove is smaller than or equal to the opening size of the first water inlet end 813. Wherein, the hard pipe comprises a metal pipe, a ceramic pipe or a plastic pipe which is not easy to bend, and the hard pipe has certain bending resistance and compression resistance, thereby being convenient for shaping and installing the first drainage pipeline 81.
As shown in fig. 12, in some embodiments of the present utility model, the first drain line 81 may also be a segmented structure, and the segments are connected to form a finished drain line. The first drain line 81 may include a first pipe portion 811 and a second pipe portion 812 in communication, the first pipe portion 811 being a hard pipe and being provided with a first water inlet end 813 in communication with the first chamber 61, the second pipe portion 812 being a hose and being provided with a first water outlet end 814. Wherein the hard tube comprises a metal tube, a ceramic tube, a plastic tube which is not easy to deform or is not deformable, and the like, and has certain bending resistance and compression resistance, thereby facilitating the shaping and the installation of the first tube part 811. The hose comprises a plastic tube that is easily deformed and bent and compressed to facilitate the installation of the second tube portion 812 and to provide relief to other components on the base 60.
Specifically, at least one of the first pipe portion 811 and the second pipe portion 812 is provided with at least two drain pipe sections, and an arc pipe section transitional connection is provided between two drain pipe sections arbitrarily adjacent to each other among the at least two drain pipe sections, so that the first drain pipe 81 is disposed between the front end and the rear end of the base 60, and further, the lint is discharged from the front end to the rear end of the base 60, and an arc pipe section transitional connection is provided between two drain pipe sections arbitrarily adjacent to each other, so that the lint can be effectively prevented from being accumulated at the corner of the first drain pipe 81.
Referring to fig. 4 to 7, and fig. 12, in some embodiments of the present utility model, the first pipe portion 811 includes a first drain pipe portion 8111 and a second drain pipe portion 8112 that are connected to each other, the first drain pipe portion 8111 is provided with a first water inlet end 813, the first drain pipe portion 8111 is connected to the second pipe portion 812 through the second drain pipe portion 8112, and a first arc pipe portion 8114 is provided between the first drain pipe portion 8111 and the second drain pipe portion 8112. The arrangement of the first drain pipe section 8111, the second drain pipe section 8112, and the first arc-shaped pipe section 8114 may be consistent with the structure of the embodiment in fig. 9, specifically, the first drain pipe section 8111 may also include an installation portion 81111 and a diversion portion 81112, the installation portion 81111 is disposed above the diversion portion 81112, the top surface of the installation portion 81111 is provided with a first water inlet end 813, the first water inlet end 813 is disposed below the filter assembly 30 and is opposite to the drain groove on the bottom surface of the base 60, the diversion portion 81112 includes an arc-shaped groove, and the arc-shaped groove is disposed obliquely downward toward the direction of the second drain pipe section 8112. The first arc-shaped pipe section 8114 may be a 90 ° arc-shaped pipe section, and the radial dimension of the first arc-shaped pipe section 8114 gradually increases along the water outlet direction of the first drain pipe 81.
Referring to fig. 4 to 7, and fig. 12, in some embodiments of the present utility model, the second pipe portion 812 includes at least two third drain pipe sections 8113, and a second arc-shaped pipe section 8115 is provided between any two third drain pipe sections 8113 connected between the at least two third drain pipe sections 8113.
Specifically, any of the third drain pipe sections 8113 are each a hose, thereby facilitating the bending of the second pipe portion 812, which in turn serves to avoid other structures of the base 60. Meanwhile, the third drain pipe section 8113 and the second drain pipe section 8112 near the first pipe portion 811 are located in a groove section of the accommodating groove, and the third drain pipe section 8113 and the second drain pipe section 8112 are not connected by adopting an arc pipe section, but form a linear communication pipeline through splicing, welding or threaded connection.
As shown in connection with fig. 1, 4, 5, 9 and 11, in some embodiments of the present utility model, the laundry treating apparatus 1 further comprises a drain manifold (not shown in the drawings). The base 60 is further provided with a second chamber 62, the second chamber 62 is provided with a heat exchange assembly 70, the clothes dryer 2 further comprises a second drain pipeline 82, the second drain pipeline 82 comprises a second water inlet end (not shown in the figure) and a second water outlet end (not shown in the figure), and the second water inlet end is communicated with the second chamber 62. The washing machine 3 includes a washing tub (not shown) and a third drain line (not shown) including a third water inlet end and a third water outlet end, the third water inlet end being in communication with the washing tub. Wherein the second and third water outlets and the first water outlet 814 of the first water drain pipe 81 are respectively communicated with the water drain header pipe.
Through carrying out the drainage through same drainage manifold respectively with the play water end of first drainage pipe 81, the play water end of second drainage pipe 82 and the play water end of third drainage pipe, reduced the setting of pipeline, and can wash the drainage manifold effectively through the third drainage pipe, prevent that the filth from blockking up the drainage manifold. The washing cylinder can be a roller or a pulsator cylinder.
Specifically, a partition plate is provided in the base 60, the partition plate partitions the interior of the base 60 into a first chamber 61 and a second chamber 62, and the first chamber 61 and the second chamber 62 are sequentially provided along the flow direction of the air flow in the hot air passage. The bottoms of the first chamber 61 and the second chamber 62 are not communicated with each other, and the partition plate is provided with an opening corresponding to the air outlet of the filter assembly 30, and the opening is used for communicating the first chamber 61 and the second chamber 62, so that the air flow in the hot air channel is ensured. Since condensed water is generated during the heat exchange process between the heat exchange assembly and the air flow and bottoms of the first chamber 61 and the second chamber 62 are not communicated with each other, a drain port communicating with the outside of the tank 10 is provided at an inner bottom surface of the second chamber 62, and the condensed water can be discharged to the outside of the base 60 through the drain port. Wherein, the inside of base 60 still is equipped with baffle 63, and baffle 63 and the bottom surface interval setting of base 60 form condensation passageway 64, be equipped with the outlet that is linked together with condensation passageway 64 on the baffle 63, and the second water inlet end of second drainage pipe 82 is linked together with second cavity 62 through condensation passageway 64 to the outside of discharging the comdenstion water of second cavity 62 to base 60.
As shown in fig. 1, 4, 5 and 11, in some embodiments of the present utility model, the first water outlet 814, the second water outlet and the third water outlet are respectively disposed at one end where the second end is located, that is, the first water outlet 814, the second water outlet and the third water outlet are respectively disposed at the rear end of the cabinet 10, so as to be blocked by the cabinet 10, and when a user operates facing the front end of the cabinet, the first water outlet 814, the second water outlet and the third water outlet cannot be seen, thereby improving the overall appearance of the laundry treating apparatus 1.
As shown in fig. 1, 5, 11 and 13, the laundry treating apparatus 1 further includes a three-in one-out solenoid valve 90, the first water outlet end 814, the second water outlet end and the third water outlet end are respectively communicated with three inlet ends of the three-in one-out solenoid valve 90, and the drain manifold is communicated with an outlet end of the three-in one-out solenoid valve 90.
Specifically, the three-inlet and one-outlet electromagnetic valve 90 includes a pipe body 91, a first inlet end 92, a second inlet end 93, a third inlet end 94 and an outlet end 95 are respectively disposed on the pipe body 91, wherein the first inlet end 92 is communicated with a first water outlet end 814, the second inlet end 93 is communicated with a second water outlet end, the third inlet end 94 is communicated with a third water outlet end, and the first inlet end 92, the second inlet end 93 and the third inlet end 94 can be respectively communicated with the outlet end 95, so that any water outlet end can be optionally controlled to be communicated with the outlet end of the water drain manifold by operating the three-inlet and one-outlet electromagnetic valve 90, thereby performing corresponding drainage. Wherein the three-in one-out solenoid valve 90 and the drain header pipe are respectively provided outside the laundry treating apparatus 1, thereby facilitating user operation, maintenance and replacement without occupying an inner space of the laundry treating apparatus 1.
As shown in conjunction with fig. 2 and 4, in some embodiments of the present utility model, the dryer 2 further includes a first water supply line having an outlet disposed opposite the filter assembly 30 and used to wash the filter assembly 30, and a second water supply line having an outlet disposed opposite the heat exchange assembly 70 and used to wash the heat exchange assembly 70.
Since the filter member 33 and the heat exchange assembly 70 are sequentially disposed along the flow direction of the air flow in the hot air passage, most of the filth entrained in the air flow is attached to the filter member 33, and the filth which is not filtered out by the filter member 33 is attached to the heat exchange assembly 70 along with the air flow, so that the filter assembly 30 can be washed through the first water supply line, thereby removing the filth attached to the filter assembly 30, and the heat exchange assembly 70 is washed through the second water supply line, thereby ensuring the normal operation of the heat exchange assembly 70.
As shown in connection with fig. 2, 16 and 17, in some embodiments of the utility model, at least one water jet of the first water supply line is disposed opposite the filter element 33 and is configured to spray water toward the filter element 33.
Specifically, the filter assembly 30 includes a mounting seat 31, a filter member 33 provided inside the mounting seat 31, and a motor 32 for driving the filter member 33 to rotate, the filter member 33 being of a cylindrical structure, and being rotatable about its own axial direction by the driving of the motor 32, so that the entire circumferential surface of the filter member 33 is used for filtering the air flow, and therefore, a large amount of burrs are easily attached to the surface of the filter member 33. Because at least one water jet of first supply line sets up with filter 33 relatively, consequently, the accessible water jet sprays water towards filter 33 to clear away the filth that will adhere to at filter 33 surface, guarantee the cleanliness on filter 33 surface, and then guarantee the ventilation effect and the filter effect of filter 33, and need not to manually clear away the filth, reduce user's burden.
Specifically, the first water supply line includes a first water inlet pipe 51 and a first nozzle 35, and the first nozzle 35 communicates with an external water supply unit through the first water inlet pipe 51, thereby cleaning the surface of the filter member 33. Cleaning of the inside wall of the mount 31 is required due to the rotation of the filter 33 or the splashing of the water flow caused during the impact of the water flow against the filter 33, which causes the attachment of lint to the inside wall of the mount 31. In some embodiments of the present utility model, the first water supply line may include a plurality of first nozzles 35, the plurality of first nozzles 35 being disposed toward the circumferential surface of the filter member 33 and the inner side wall of the mounting seat 31, respectively, or the first nozzles 35 having a plurality of water spray ports being disposed toward the circumferential surface of the filter member 33 and the inner side wall of the mounting seat 31, respectively.
As shown in connection with fig. 2, 18 to 21, in some embodiments of the present utility model, the second water supply line includes a second water inlet pipe 52 and a second nozzle 521, the second nozzle 521 can communicate with an external water supply unit through the second water inlet pipe 52, and an outlet of the second nozzle 521 is provided toward the heat exchange assembly 70. In one embodiment of the present utility model, since the evaporator 71 is disposed at the front end of the condenser 72 in the air flow direction, most of the lint filtered by the filter 33 is attached to the evaporator 71, and since the evaporator 71 is fixed to the base 60, the second nozzle 521 is provided with at least two outlets for washing the top surface of the evaporator 71 and the other outlet for washing the surface of the evaporator 71 facing the filter assembly 30, in order to ensure the overall cleaning of the surface of the evaporator 71. In some embodiments of the utility model, the second nozzle 521 may also be disposed toward the condenser 72, or toward both the evaporator 71 and the condenser 72.
As shown in connection with fig. 2, 22 to 25, in some embodiments of the present utility model, the clothes dryer 2 further includes a third water supply line, an outlet of which is disposed opposite to the drain tank and serves to wash the drain tank. Since the first water inlet end 813 is disposed opposite to the water drain groove, the outlet of the third water supply pipe is disposed opposite to the first water inlet end 813, and is used for flushing the first water inlet end 813, so that the filth is smoothly discharged to the outside of the base 60 through the first water drain pipe 81 under the impact of the water flow, thereby preventing the filth dropped from the filter assembly 30 from blocking the first water inlet end 813.
As shown in connection with fig. 2, 22 to 25, in some embodiments of the present utility model, the third water supply line may include a third water inlet pipe 53 and a third nozzle (not shown in the drawings) which communicates with the external water supply unit through the third water inlet pipe 53 and serves to flush the first water inlet end 813. The third water inlet pipe 53 may be disposed outside the mounting seat 31 and extend along the inner wall of the base 60, and flush the first water inlet end 813 by connecting with a third nozzle.
Alternatively, in some embodiments of the present utility model, the third water supply line may include a third water inlet pipe 53 and a diversion channel 34 provided in the installation seat 31, the diversion channel 34 being communicated with the external water supply unit through the third water inlet pipe 53, and an outlet of the diversion channel 34 being provided toward the first water inlet end 813.
Specifically, the diversion channel 34 is a lumen structure formed inside the mounting seat 31, and the inlet and the outlet of the diversion channel 34 are respectively communicated with the outside, so that the water supply unit can act on the other side from one side of the mounting seat 31 through the diversion channel 34, the arrangement of connecting pipelines is reduced, the structural complexity of the filter assembly 30 is reduced, the occupied space of the filter assembly 30 is reduced, and the assembly and the disassembly of the filter assembly 30 are further facilitated.
As shown in conjunction with fig. 12, 14 and 15, in some embodiments of the present utility model, the clothes dryer 2 further includes a water inlet valve 40 and a water blocking plate 48, the water inlet valve 40 is for communicating with an external water supply unit, the water inlet valve 40 is provided with at least one connection terminal, the connection terminal is provided between the cabinet 10 and the laundry treating drum 20, and at least part of the water blocking plate 48 is provided above the connection terminal and is for blocking the connection terminal.
Since the existing clothes dryer does not have a washing function, the clothes dryer does not need to be communicated with an external water supply unit, a water inlet valve is not needed, and accordingly, the safety problem of the water inlet valve is not needed to be considered. In the embodiment of the utility model, the water baffle 48 is arranged above the wiring terminal and is used for shielding the wiring terminal, so that when the clothes dryer leaks water, the water baffle 48 can shield water leakage, thereby preventing the water leakage from contacting the wiring terminal and reducing or avoiding damage to the wiring terminal.
As shown in connection with fig. 2, 14 and 15, in some embodiments of the present utility model, the water deflector 48 includes a first plate portion 481 and a second plate portion 482, the first plate portion 481 and the second plate portion 482 being disposed at an angle, wherein the first plate portion 481 is disposed above the connection terminal, and the second plate portion 482 is disposed at a side of the water inlet valve 40 facing the laundry treating drum 20 in a horizontal direction.
Specifically, the first plate portion 481 can prevent water leakage above the terminal from dripping onto the terminal, thereby reducing or avoiding damage to the terminal. The second plate portion 482 can prevent splash water within the laundry treating drum 20 from being sputtered onto the connection terminals, thereby reducing or avoiding damage to the connection terminals. The water baffle 48 may be directly connected to the case 10 and cover the outside of the terminal, or the water baffle 48 may be connected to the water inlet valve 40 and cover the outside of the terminal. The first plate portion 481 may be disposed perpendicular to the second plate portion 482 and form an L-shaped structure.
As shown in connection with fig. 2, 14 and 15, in some embodiments of the present utility model, the projection of the connection terminal in the direction perpendicular to the first plate portion 481 is within the range of the first plate portion 481 so as to be entirely covered over the connection terminal by the first plate portion 481 and serve to shield the connection terminal.
As shown in connection with fig. 2, 14 and 15, in some embodiments of the present utility model, the projection of the connection terminal along the direction perpendicular to the second plate portion 482 is within the range of the second plate portion 482, so that the connection terminal can be completely covered on the side of the connection terminal by the second plate portion 482 and used for shielding the connection terminal.
As shown in connection with fig. 2, 4, 14 and 15, in some embodiments of the present utility model, the inlet valve 40 includes one inlet port 44 and three outlet ports, namely, a first outlet port 41, a second outlet port 42 and a third outlet port 43, wherein the first outlet port 41 is in communication with the first inlet pipe 51 for flushing the filter assembly 30, the second outlet port 42 is in communication with the second inlet pipe 52 for flushing the heat exchange assembly 70, the third outlet port 43 is in communication with the third inlet pipe 53 for flushing the first inlet end 813, and the inlet port 44 is in communication with an external water supply unit for supplying water. The first water outlet 41 is correspondingly provided with a first connecting terminal 45, the second water outlet 42 is correspondingly provided with a second connecting terminal 46, the third water outlet 43 is correspondingly provided with a third connecting terminal 47, and the three connecting terminals are respectively correspondingly controlled to be respectively communicated with the water inlet 44, so that an independently controlled water outlet pipeline is formed. Specifically, the water inlet valve 40 may be a three-in/three-out solenoid valve, and the first water outlet 41, the second water outlet 42, and the third water outlet 43 may be opened or closed, respectively.
Wherein, the projections of the first connection terminal 45, the second connection terminal 46 and the third connection terminal 47 along the direction perpendicular to the first plate portion 481 are respectively in the range of the first plate portion 481, the projections of the first connection terminal 45, the second connection terminal 46 and the third connection terminal 47 along the direction perpendicular to the second plate portion 482 are respectively in the range of the second plate portion 482, and the first connection terminal 45, the second connection terminal 46 and the third connection terminal 47 are respectively arranged above the corresponding water outlets along the vertical direction or are flush with the corresponding water outlets. The connecting terminal is disposed close to the second plate portion 482 compared with the corresponding water outlet, so as to further ensure the shielding effect of the second plate portion 482 on the connecting terminal.
As shown in connection with fig. 1 and 2, in some embodiments of the present application, one or more of the first, second and third water supply lines may also communicate with condensed water inside the dryer 2, thereby drawing out the condensed water and supplying water to other components. Because the condensed water has no water pressure, a corresponding water pump or other pressure mechanism is also arranged on a water supply pipeline communicated with the condensed water. Whereas the inlet valve 40 is used for communication with an external water supply unit, such as tap water, which itself has a water pressure, so that a water pump or other pressure mechanism is not required on the corresponding water supply line. Alternatively, one or more of the first, second and third water supply lines may be connected to the third water discharge line of the washing machine 3 to perform washing by the water discharged from the washing machine 3, but it should be noted that the connection position should be provided upstream of the third inlet end of the three-in-one-out solenoid valve 90 when connected to the third water discharge line, so that the clothes dryer 2 can normally discharge water, preventing the circulation of waste water having filings.

1. A laundry treatment apparatus, comprising:
the base is provided with a first chamber;
the filter assembly is arranged in the first chamber;
the first drainage pipeline is communicated with the first cavity, the first drainage pipeline at least comprises a first drainage pipe section and a second drainage pipe section which are communicated with each other, the first drainage pipe section is provided with a first water inlet end communicated with the first cavity, the first drainage pipe section is in transitional connection with the second drainage pipe section through a first arc-shaped pipe section, and the radial size of the first arc-shaped pipe section is gradually increased along the water outlet direction of the first drainage pipeline.
2. The garment treatment device of claim 1, wherein the first arcuate tube segment is a 90 ° arcuate tube segment.
3. The laundry treatment apparatus according to claim 2, wherein the first drain pipe section includes a mounting portion and a guide portion that are communicated, the mounting portion is provided above the guide portion, a top surface of the mounting portion is provided with the first water inlet end, the guide portion includes an arc-shaped groove that is provided obliquely downward toward the direction of the second drain pipe section.
4. A laundry treating apparatus according to claim 3, wherein the arcuate slots are equal or progressively larger in size along respective cross sections perpendicular to the axial direction thereof in the water outlet direction of the first drain line;
and/or, along the water outlet direction of the first water discharge pipeline, the cross section of the second water discharge pipeline section along the direction vertical to the axial direction of the second water discharge pipeline is equal or gradually increased in size.
5. The laundry treating apparatus according to claim 4, wherein the first drain pipe further comprises at least one third drain pipe section, the at least one third drain pipe section being in communication with the first drain pipe section through the second drain pipe section, the at least one third drain pipe section being provided with a first water outlet end at an end thereof remote from the second drain pipe section, the first water outlet end protruding outside the pedestal.
6. The garment treatment device of claim 5, wherein the base includes oppositely disposed first and second ends, the first water inlet end being disposed proximate the first end and the first water outlet end being disposed proximate the second end.
7. The laundry treating apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the inner bottom surface of the base is provided with a drain groove, the first water inlet end is disposed opposite to the drain groove, and an opening size of the drain groove is smaller than or equal to an opening size of the first water inlet end.

Laundry treatment apparatus according to any of claims 1-9, characterized in that the laundry treatment apparatus further comprises a heat exchange assembly and a second drain line, the base being further provided with a second chamber, the heat exchange assembly being provided in the second chamber, the second drain line being in communication with the second chamber.
