As shown in fig. 2, 7, 8 and 10, in some embodiments of the present utility model, the base 60 of the laundry treating apparatus 1 is further provided with a first chamber 61, the filter assembly 30 is disposed in the first chamber 61, the base 60 further includes a reinforcing rib 612 disposed at the top of the first chamber 61, the reinforcing rib 612 is disposed to extend in an axial direction of the output shaft of the motor 32, and a bottom surface of the reinforcing rib 612 is disposed opposite to a top surface of the baffle 34 in a vertical direction.

As shown in connection with fig. 7, 8 and 10, in some embodiments of the utility model, the bottom surface of the stiffener 612 is positioned in close proximity or spaced relation to the top surface of the baffle 34. By attaching or spacing the bottom surface of the stiffener 612 to the top surface of the baffle 34, the attachment of lint from the surface of the filter element 33 between the bottom surface of the stiffener 612 and the top surface of the baffle 34 can be further prevented, reducing or avoiding contamination of the filter assembly 30. Wherein, when the bottom surface of the reinforcing rib 612 is spaced apart from the top surface of the barrier 34, the spacing dimension may be set to coincide with the spacing dimension between the adjacent stoppers 341, i.e., 2mm to 5mm.

As shown in fig. 2 and 3, in some embodiments of the present utility model, the opening length dimension of the drain groove 613 is equal to or greater than the projection length dimension of the filter member 33 on the inner bottom surface of the first chamber 61, thereby ensuring that all the lint dropped from the surface of the filter member 33 can fall into the drain groove 613 and be discharged to the outside of the casing 10 through the drain groove 613.
As shown in connection with fig. 1, 9 and 17, in some embodiments of the present utility model, the laundry treating apparatus 1 further includes a water inlet valve 40 and a water blocking plate 48, the water inlet valve 40 is adapted to communicate with an external water supply unit, the water inlet valve 40 is provided with at least one connection terminal, the connection terminal is provided between the cabinet 10 and the laundry treating drum 20, and at least part of the water blocking plate 48 is provided above the connection terminal and adapted to block the connection terminal.
Since the existing clothes dryer does not have a washing function, the clothes dryer does not need to be communicated with an external water supply unit, a water inlet valve is not needed, and accordingly, the safety problem of the water inlet valve is not needed to be considered. In the embodiment of the present utility model, by providing the water blocking plate 48 above the connection terminal and for blocking the connection terminal, the water blocking plate 48 can block water leakage when the water leakage condition of the laundry treating apparatus 1 occurs, thereby preventing water leakage from contacting the connection terminal and reducing or avoiding damage to the connection terminal.
As shown in connection with fig. 1, 17 and 18, in some embodiments of the present utility model, the water deflector 48 includes a first plate portion 481 and a second plate portion 482, the first plate portion 481 and the second plate portion 482 being disposed at an angle, wherein the first plate portion 481 is disposed above the connection terminal, and the second plate portion 482 is disposed at a side of the water inlet valve 40 facing the laundry treating drum 20 in a horizontal direction.

The water baffle 48 may be directly connected to the case 10 and cover the outside of the terminal, or the water baffle 48 may be connected to the water inlet valve 40 and cover the outside of the terminal. The first plate portion 481 may be disposed perpendicular to the second plate portion 482 and form an L-shaped structure.
As shown in fig. 18, in some embodiments of the present utility model, the projection of the connection terminal in the direction perpendicular to the first plate portion 481 is within the range of the first plate portion 481 so as to be entirely covered over the connection terminal by the first plate portion 481 and serve to shield the connection terminal.
As shown in fig. 18, in some embodiments of the present utility model, the projection of the connection terminal in the direction perpendicular to the second plate portion 482 is within the range of the second plate portion 482, so that the connection terminal can be completely covered on the side of the connection terminal by the second plate portion 482 and used for shielding the connection terminal.

The first water outlet 41 is correspondingly provided with a first connecting terminal 45, the second water outlet 42 is correspondingly provided with a second connecting terminal 46, the third water outlet 43 is correspondingly provided with a third connecting terminal 47, and the three connecting terminals are respectively correspondingly controlled to be respectively communicated with the water inlet 44, so that an independently controlled water outlet pipeline is formed. Specifically, the water inlet valve 40 may be a three-in/three-out solenoid valve, and the first water outlet 41, the second water outlet 42, and the third water outlet 43 may be opened or closed, respectively.
Wherein, the projections of the first connection terminal 45, the second connection terminal 46 and the third connection terminal 47 along the direction perpendicular to the first plate portion 471 are respectively within the range of the first plate portion 481, the projections of the first connection terminal 45, the second connection terminal 46 and the third connection terminal 47 along the direction perpendicular to the second plate portion 482 are respectively within the range of the second plate portion 482, and the first connection terminal 45, the second connection terminal 46 and the third connection terminal 47 are respectively arranged above the corresponding water outlets along the vertical direction or are flush with the corresponding water outlets. The connecting terminal is disposed close to the second plate portion 482 compared with the corresponding water outlet, so as to further ensure the shielding effect of the second plate portion 482 on the connecting terminal.
As shown in connection with fig. 1, 9, 19 and 23, in some embodiments of the present utility model, the laundry treating apparatus 1 further includes a first water supply pipe, a second water supply pipe, and a third water supply pipe, wherein the first water supply pipe is communicated with the first water outlet 41, the second water supply pipe is communicated with the second water outlet 42, and the third water supply pipe is communicated with the third water outlet 43. The first, second and third water supply lines are respectively communicated with an external water supply unit through water inlet valves 40, thereby supplying water to other components within the cabinet 10. In some embodiments of the present utility model, one or more of the first, second and third water supply lines may also be in communication with condensed water inside the tank 10, thereby drawing out the condensed water and providing water to other components. Because the condensed water has no water pressure, a corresponding water pump or other pressure mechanism is also arranged on a water supply pipeline communicated with the condensed water. Whereas the inlet valve 40 is used for communication with an external water supply unit, such as tap water, which itself has a water pressure, so that a water pump or other pressure mechanism is not required on the corresponding water supply line.
As shown in connection with fig. 9-11, in some embodiments of the present utility model, at least one water jet of the first water supply line is disposed opposite the filter member 33 and is used to spray water toward the filter member 33.
The hot air flow generated in the hot air channel can effectively dry clothes in the clothes treatment cavity 21, the air flow mixed with the filth after drying can filter the filth when flowing through the filter element 33, the filth after filtering is attached to the surface of the filter element 33, and because the first water supply pipeline is communicated with the first water outlet 41 of the water inlet valve 40, and at least one water spray opening of the first water supply pipeline is opposite to the filter element 33, when the water inlet valve 40 is opened, the water spray opening can spray water towards the filter element 33, so that the filth attached to the surface of the filter element 33 is removed, the cleanliness of the surface of the filter element 33 is ensured, the ventilation effect and the filtering effect of the filter element 33 are further ensured, and the burden of a user is reduced without manually removing the filth.
Specifically, the first water supply line includes a first water inlet pipe 51 and a first nozzle 36, the first nozzle 36 is communicated with the first water outlet 41 through the first water inlet pipe 51, a first water spray port 3612 and a second water spray port 3613 of the first nozzle 36 are respectively disposed opposite to the filter member 33 so as to be used for cleaning the surface of the filter member 33, a third water spray port 3614 and a first inner side wall 37 are disposed opposite to each other so as to be used for flushing the first inner side wall 37, and a fourth water spray port 3615 is used for flushing the guide surface 611.
In some embodiments of the present utility model, as shown in fig. 3 and 19 to 22, the outlet of the second water supply pipe is opposite to the heat exchange component, and water is sprayed to the heat exchange component through the second water supply pipe, so as to clean the surface of the heat exchange component, prevent filth from adhering to and polluting the heat exchange component, ensure that the heat exchange component and the air flow can perform heat exchange stably, and ensure the normal working process of the heat exchange component.
Specifically, the second water supply line includes a second water inlet pipe 52 and a second nozzle 521, the second nozzle 521 can communicate with an external water supply unit through the second water inlet pipe 52, and an outlet of the second nozzle 521 is provided toward the heat exchange assembly. In this case, since the filter member 33, the evaporator 70 and the condenser 80 are sequentially disposed along the flow direction of the air flow in the hot air passage, the filth which is not filtered out by the filter member 33 is easily attached to the evaporator 70 along with the air flow, and another small portion of the filth which is not attached to the evaporator 70 is easily attached to the surface of the condenser 80, so that the evaporator 70 and the condenser 80 can be washed through the second nozzle 521, thereby ensuring the normal operation of the heat exchange assembly. Since most of the lint filtered out by the filter 33 is attached to the evaporator 70, in one embodiment of the present utility model, the second nozzle 521 is disposed toward the evaporator 70, and since the evaporator 70 is fixed to the base 60, the second nozzle 521 is provided with at least two outlets for washing the top surface of the evaporator 70 and another outlet for washing the surface of the evaporator 70 toward the filter assembly 30 in order to ensure the full cleaning of the surface of the evaporator 70.
As shown in conjunction with fig. 2 and 3, in some embodiments of the present utility model, the laundry treating apparatus 1 includes a second chamber 62, an evaporator 70 is provided in the second chamber 62, and an inner bottom surface of the second chamber 62 is provided with a drain port communicating with an outside of the cabinet 10.
Specifically, a partition plate is disposed in the base 60, the partition plate divides the interior of the base 60 into a first chamber 61 and a second chamber 62, bottoms of the first chamber 61 and the second chamber 62 are not communicated with each other, and an opening corresponding to the air outlet 3122 of the filter assembly 30 is disposed on the partition plate and is used for communicating the first chamber 61 and the second chamber 62, so that air flow in the hot air channel is ensured. Since condensed water is generated during heat exchange between the evaporator 70 and the air flow and bottoms of the first chamber 61 and the second chamber 62 are not communicated with each other, a drain port communicating with the outside of the tank 10 is provided at an inner bottom surface of the second chamber 62, and the condensed water and water spray for cleaning the evaporator 70 are discharged to the outside of the tank 10 through the drain port. Wherein, the inside of the base 60 is also provided with a partition plate 63, the partition plate 63 and the bottom surface of the base 60 are arranged at intervals to form a condensation channel 64, the partition plate 63 is provided with a water outlet communicated with the condensation channel 64, and the other end of the condensation channel 64 opposite to the water outlet is communicated with a water drain pipe, thereby discharging the condensed water of the second chamber 62 to the outside of the box 10.
As shown in connection with fig. 23 to 26, in some embodiments of the present utility model, the outlet of the third water supply line is disposed opposite to the water discharge groove 613. The filings on the surface of the filter 33 will drop into the drainage groove 613 after being removed, in order to prevent the fallen filings from piling up and blocking the drainage groove 613, the outlet of the third water supply pipeline is opposite to the drainage groove 613, so that the filings in the drainage groove 613 are impacted by the water discharged from the third water supply pipeline, the filings are separated from the drainage groove 613 under the impact of water flow and discharged to the outside of the box 10, thus preventing the filings from blocking the drainage groove 613, and ensuring the normal operation of the clothes treating apparatus 1.
Specifically, in some embodiments of the present utility model, the third water supply line may include a third water inlet pipe 53 and a third nozzle (not shown in the drawings) that communicates with the third water outlet 43 through the third water inlet pipe 53 and serves to flush the drain groove 613. The third water inlet pipe 53 may be disposed outside the mounting seat 31, extend along the inner wall of the base 60, and flush the drain groove 613 by connecting with the third nozzle.

As shown in fig. 27, in some embodiments of the present utility model, the laundry treating apparatus 1 may also be a stacked laundry treating apparatus including a dryer 2 and a washing machine 3 sequentially disposed in a vertical direction, wherein the dryer 2 may be disposed above the washing machine 3 in the vertical direction, and the dryer 2 is the laundry treating apparatus 1 in any of the above embodiments.

1. A filter assembly, comprising:
a mounting base;
the motor is arranged on the mounting seat;
the filter piece is connected with the output shaft of the motor and can rotate around the output shaft under the action of the motor;
the baffle is arranged outside the filter element along the radial direction of the output shaft and is arranged at intervals with the filter element.
2. The filter assembly of claim 1, wherein an air inlet channel is provided in the mounting base, the baffle is provided on a side of the filter facing the air inlet channel, and the baffle is provided with at least one vent.
3. The filter assembly of claim 2, wherein the baffle includes a plurality of blocks disposed at intervals along the circumferential direction of the output shaft, the plurality of blocks being arranged in an arc or straight line, and the vent being formed between any two adjacent blocks.
4. A filter assembly according to claim 3, wherein the spacing between any two of the stops disposed adjacent thereto is in the range 2mm to 5mm.
5. The filter assembly of any of claims 1 to 4, wherein the top end of the baffle is vertically above the filter element;
and/or, along the vertical direction, the bottom end of the baffle is arranged below the rotation center of the filter element.
6. The filter assembly of any of claims 1-4, wherein a distance between the baffle and the filter element is L1 and a radius of rotation of the filter element is L2, wherein 0.5L2L 1L 2.
7. The filter assembly of any of claims 1-4, wherein the interior of the mount is further provided with a flow-directing channel, the inlet and outlet of which are in communication with the exterior, respectively.
8. A laundry treatment apparatus comprising a filter assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 7, the laundry treatment apparatus further comprising:
a case;
a laundry treating drum provided in the cabinet, the laundry treating drum having a laundry treating chamber therein;
the clothes treating device comprises a base, wherein a hot air channel is arranged in the base and is communicated with the clothes treating cavity, and the filtering component is arranged in the hot air channel.
9. The clothes treating apparatus of claim 8 wherein a first chamber is provided in the base, the filter assembly is provided in the first chamber, the base further includes a reinforcing rib provided at a top of the first chamber, the reinforcing rib extends in an axial direction of the output shaft, and a bottom surface of the reinforcing rib is provided opposite to a top surface of the baffle plate in a vertical direction.
10. The garment treatment device of claim 9, wherein a bottom surface of the stiffener is positioned in close proximity to or spaced apart from a top surface of the baffle.
