Through setting up the pilot hole 122, can realize that first mounting bracket 10 and automobile body 30 can dismantle the connection to, because the diameter of pilot hole 122 is big, thereby can adjust first mounting bracket 10 for the position of energy-absorbing box 32, and then can adjust the assembly clearance and the face difference of front end exterior trimming parts such as headlight, front bumper, fender through adjusting first mounting bracket 10, and because the diameter of pilot hole 122 is big, can adjust first mounting bracket 10 for the position of energy-absorbing box 32 in order to absorb the front end exterior trimming parts of vehicle and anchor clamps in the X direction (the length direction of vehicle, as shown in fig. 4), Z direction's machining error, positioning error of vehicle.
As some alternative embodiments of the present utility model, the vehicle may include two mounting bracket assemblies 100, and the two mounting bracket assemblies 100 may be spaced apart in the Y direction shown in fig. 4, and as some alternative embodiments of the present utility model, the two mounting bracket assemblies 100 may be connected to the two crash boxes 32, respectively, wherein the Y direction shown in fig. 4 is the width direction of the vehicle. The first mounting frame 10 of the two mounting frame assemblies 100 may have the same structure, so that the arrangement may make the first mounting frame 10 have good versatility, and the number of molds may be reduced.
As some alternative embodiments of the present utility model, in the X direction shown in fig. 4, the crash box 32 may be disposed in front of the side member of the vehicle, and the crash box 32 may be disposed behind the front bumper beam 31, and the crash box 32 may be disposed in connection with the front bumper beam 31, and the front wheel cover assembly may be connected with the side member.
In the Y-direction shown in fig. 4, two mounting bracket assemblies 100 may be spaced apart, one of which is a left-hand mounting bracket and the other of which is a right-hand mounting bracket. Left side mounting bracket, expansion tank entablature, right side mounting bracket, preceding crashproof crossbeam 31 can form first annular frame structure, left side mounting bracket, left side lock edge beam, left front wheel casing assembly, preceding crashproof crossbeam 31 can form second annular frame structure, right side mounting bracket, right side lock edge beam, right front wheel casing assembly, preceding crashproof crossbeam 31 can form third annular frame structure. The second annular frame structure is positioned at the left rear of the first annular frame structure, and the third annular frame structure is positioned at the left rear of the first annular frame structure, namely, the first annular frame structure, the second annular frame structure and the third annular frame structure are arranged in a delta shape. Thus being beneficial to improving the rigidity of the whole vehicle.
As some alternative embodiments of the present utility model, as shown in fig. 2, each of the first and second sidewalls 12 and 13 may have a third reinforcing rib 131. As some optional embodiments of the present utility model, a third reinforcing rib 131 may be connected between the first top wall 11 and the first side wall 12, and between the first top wall 11 and the second side wall 13, and as some optional embodiments of the present utility model, the first top wall 11 may have the third reinforcing rib 131. The third reinforcing bead 131 may be recessed toward the installation space 14. By providing the third reinforcing ribs 131, the rigidity of the first mounting bracket 10 can be improved, and the modal requirements of the first mounting bracket 10 can be satisfied.
As some alternative embodiments of the present utility model, as shown in fig. 2, the edge of the first top wall 11 may have a flanging rib 112, and by providing the flanging rib 112, the rigidity of the first mounting frame 10 can be further improved.
According to the vehicle provided by the embodiment of the utility model, the mounting frame assembly 100 comprises the first mounting frame 10 and the vehicle body 30 of the vehicle in a detachable manner, compared with the prior art, the mounting frame assembly 100 is simple in structure, so that the manufacturing difficulty of the mounting frame assembly 100 is reduced, the manufacturing efficiency of the mounting frame assembly 100 is improved, and the maintenance difficulty of the vehicle is reduced.
