When the memory cotton cushion is processed, the integrated gel material and the film are required to be placed in the accommodating cavity of the lower die together, wherein the gel material is positioned at the lower layer, the film is positioned at the upper layer, in order to ensure that memory cotton liquid and the gel material are completely isolated, the area of the film is large, the inner wall of the accommodating cavity is completely shielded, the film forms a groove shape, then the memory cotton liquid is injected into the groove formed by the film, the upper die is covered for foaming, and the film coated around the memory cotton inevitably generates wrinkles and the like, so that the memory cotton can be invaded in the foaming process, cracks and the like exist around the memory cotton which cause foaming molding, the attractiveness and the service life of the cushion are influenced, and the finally molded cushion only forms a mold closing edge line on the side surface, so that the three-dimensional sense and the attractiveness are poor.
Based on the structure, the gel cushion layer at the top and the memory cotton layer at the bottom of the cushion are tightly connected through the middle composite cloth layer, the outer circumferences of the two sides of the memory cotton layer along the thickness direction are respectively provided with the first die closing ridge line and the second die closing ridge line, the overall stereoscopic impression and the aesthetic degree of the cushion are improved, the outer circumferential surfaces between the first die closing ridge line and the second die closing ridge line are smooth, and the cushion is concise and attractive as a whole.
Referring specifically to fig. 1, a seat cushion provided by an embodiment of the present utility model is shown, and as shown in the figure, a seat cushion 100 includes a gel cushion layer 110, a composite cloth layer 120, and a memory cotton layer 130. The composite cloth layer 120 is attached to the bottom surface of the gel pad layer 110, and the memory cotton layer 130 is attached to the bottom surface of the composite cloth layer 120 facing away from the gel pad layer 110. The memory cotton layer 130 has a first mold ridge 131 and a second mold ridge 132 on outer peripheral edges on both sides in the thickness direction (direction shown by z-axis in the figure), and the outer periphery of the memory cotton layer 130 between the first mold ridge 131 and the second mold ridge 132 has a smooth surface.
The gel cushion 110 may be made of TPE gel material, which is an ultra-soft thermoplastic elastomer having good cushioning properties, and can improve the riding comfort of a human body as a cushion layer contacting the buttocks of the human body in the seat cushion.
In the process of processing the cushion 100, the gel cushion layer 110 needs to be molded first, then the memory cotton layer 130 is foamed, and when the memory cotton layer 130 is foamed, the memory cotton layer 130 cannot be directly combined with the gel cushion layer 110, so that the composite cloth layer 120 is arranged between the gel cushion layer 110 and the memory cotton layer 130, and when in processing, the gel cushion layer 110 is molded on the composite cloth layer 120 first to form an integral structure, and then the memory cotton layer 130 is foamed to form tight combination with the composite cloth layer 120, so that the cushion 100 is finally manufactured.
For foam molding of the memory cotton layer 130, a mold 200 as shown in fig. 2 is employed, the mold 200 including a first mold member 210, a second mold member 220, and a third mold member 230, which are sequentially stacked from bottom to top. The top surface of the first mold part 210 is provided with a first accommodating cavity 211, and in the integrally formed gel cushion layer 110 and the composite cloth layer 120, the edge of the composite cloth layer 120 protrudes out of the edge of the gel cushion layer 110, wherein the gel cushion layer 110 is arranged in the first accommodating cavity 211, and the composite cloth layer 120 covers the opening of the first accommodating cavity 211. The second mold part 220 has a hollow structure, and a second receiving cavity 221 is formed inside the second mold part 220, and after the second mold part 220 is pressed against the first mold part 210, the composite cloth layer 120 can be only clamped between the second mold part 220 and the first mold part 210, so that the bottom of the second receiving cavity 221 is sealed, and the second receiving cavity 221 is completely isolated from the first receiving cavity 211. After the above steps are completed, the memory cotton liquid is injected into the second accommodating cavity 221, and then the third mold member 230 is covered on the second mold member 220, and the foaming treatment is performed on the memory cotton liquid in the second mold member, so as to finally prepare the seat cushion 100 provided by the embodiment of the present utility model.
In the prepared cushion 100, a first mold closing ridge 131 and a second mold closing ridge 132 are formed on the outer peripheral edges of both sides of the memory foam layer 130 in the thickness direction, wherein the first mold closing ridge 131 is formed at the junction of the first mold part 210 and the second mold part 220 when the memory foam is foamed and molded, and the second mold closing ridge 132 is formed at the junction of the second mold part 220 and the third mold part when the memory foam is foamed and molded. Since the first and second mold closing ridges 131 and 132 are formed at the outer circumferences of both sides of the memory cotton layer 130 in the thickness direction, respectively, the seat cushion 100 exhibits a more stereoscopic visual effect.
Further, when the memory cotton liquid is foamed and molded, the fourth Zhou Zhijie is limited by the smooth inner wall of the second accommodating cavity 221, and the top is limited by the smooth inner wall of the third mold part 230, so that the memory cotton layer 130 in the cushion 100 is smooth and tidy on the outer peripheral surface between the first mold closing ridge 131 and the second mold closing ridge 132, and the bottom surface of the memory cotton layer 130 is also smooth and tidy, thereby improving the overall aesthetic degree of the cushion 100.
In the seat cushion 100 provided by the embodiment of the utility model, the first mold closing ridge line 131 and the second mold closing ridge line 132 are arranged on the outer circumferences of the two sides of the memory cotton layer 130 along the thickness direction, so that the overall three-dimensional effect of the seat cushion 100 is stronger, and the outer circumferences of the memory cotton layer 130 between the first mold closing ridge line 131 and the second mold closing ridge line 132 are provided with smooth surfaces, so that the overall surface of the seat cushion 100 is smooth and flat, and the seat cushion has good aesthetic property.
In order to improve the comfort of sitting on the seat cushion, the present utility model further proposes an embodiment, referring to fig. 3 specifically, the structure of the gel cushion 110 is shown, and the gel cushion 110 is shown as a honeycomb shape, and two opposite sides are mutually communicated.
The cellular gel cushion 110 can play a good supporting role on buttocks of passengers, and based on high elasticity of the gel cushion 110, riding comfort can be guaranteed, good air permeability can be guaranteed through mutually communicating two opposite sides of the gel cushion 110, and riding experience of users is improved.
In order to improve riding comfort, the utility model further provides an embodiment, and particularly referring to fig. 4, a front view structure of the seat cushion is shown. As shown in the figure, the gel pad 110 has an arc-shaped concave shape in the width direction (the direction shown by the y-axis in the figure).
As shown in fig. 4, when a user sits on the seat cushion 100, the gravity in the direction indicated by the arrow a in the figure is applied to the seat cushion 100, and since the gel cushion 110 is concave in an arc shape in the width direction and the gel cushion 110 and the memory cotton layer 130 have strong deformability, when the middle region of the seat cushion 100 is pressed, both sides of the seat cushion 100, which are thicker in the width direction, are contracted inwards in the direction indicated by the arrow b in the figure, thereby having a good wrapping effect on the buttocks and thigh of the user and further improving the riding comfort.
Further, referring again to FIG. 3, in some embodiments, the thickness of the edges of gel pad layer 110 is less than the thickness of the central region, as shown.
As shown in FIG. 3, the thickness of the edge of the gel pad 110 is h 1 The thickness of the middle area is h 2 ,h 1 Less than h 2 . In the above-mentioned embodiment in which the gel cushion 110 is concave in an arc shape in the width direction, a state in which the cushion 100 wraps around the buttocks and thighs of the user when the user sits on the cushion 100 is illustrated (as shown in fig. 4). In this regard, considering that when the edges of the gel cushion 110 of the seat cushion 100 wrap around the buttocks and the legs of the user, if the wrapping force is large, the accommodation causes compression to the buttocks and the legs of the user, therefore, in this embodiment, by setting the thickness of the edges of the gel cushion 110 to be smaller than that of the middle area, the middle area of the gel cushion 110 can be ensured to provide good and reliable support for the buttocks and the legs of the user, and meanwhile, excessive wrapping compression to the buttocks and the legs of the user caused by the edges of the gel cushion 110 can be avoided, so that appropriate wrapping force is ensured to be provided for the user, and riding comfort of the user is ensured.
Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 5 in combination, fig. 5 shows a side view of a cushion according to an embodiment of the present utility model, and in some embodiments, a front side of a top surface of a memory cotton layer 130 is a curved surface that is curved downward, so that a front side of a composite cloth layer 120 and a gel cushion 110 attached to the top surface of the memory cotton layer 130 are curved downward.
When the thickness of the front side of the seat cushion is abrupt, the skin of the thigh portion or the rear side portion of the knee of the occupant is supported or rubbed to cause discomfort, and therefore, in the present embodiment, by setting the front side of the top surface of the memory cotton layer 130 to be a curved surface curved downward, the front side of the gel pad layer 110 attached thereto is in a state curved downward, and the user can provide comfortable support for the legs of the user without causing discomfort of the skin of the thigh portion or the rear side portion of the knee while sitting, because the thickness of the front side of the seat cushion 100 is gradually changed.
In order to reduce the compression of the front side of the seat cushion 100 to the legs of the user, the present utility model further proposes an embodiment, referring to fig. 3 again, in which the front side of the gel cushion 110 is bent downward to have a smaller thickness than the middle portion of the gel cushion 110.
As shown in FIG. 3, the front side of the gel pad 110 has a thickness h of a portion bent downward 3 The thickness of the middle portion of the gel pad layer 110 is h 2 ,h 3 <h 2 . Through setting the thickness of the portion of the gel cushion 110 that is bent downward at the front side to be less than the thickness of the middle portion of the gel cushion 110, the front side of the cushion 100 can be ensured to provide support for the legs of the user, and at the same time, excessive compression can not be caused to the legs of the user, so that the riding comfort of the user is ensured.
Referring again to fig. 4, in some embodiments, two sides 133 of the memory cotton layer 130 along the width direction (the y-axis direction in the drawing) are curved surfaces concave along the thickness direction (the z-axis direction in the drawing), and the width w of the top end of the memory cotton layer 130 1 A width w greater than the bottom end thereof 2 。
Considering that the area of the seat supporting member is limited, sufficient supporting area and wrapping property cannot be provided for the user, therefore, in this embodiment, by setting the width of the top end of the memory cotton layer 130 to be larger than the width of the bottom end thereof, it can be ensured that the seat cushion 100 can still be placed thereon when the area of the seat supporting member is limited, and the seat cushion 100 can provide a larger supporting surface and a stronger wrapping property for the occupant, and the two side surfaces 133 of the memory cotton layer 130 are set to be concave arcs, not only can the aesthetic degree of the seat cushion 100 be ensured, but also the fitting with the structure around the supporting member can be formed when the seat cushion 100 is placed on the seat supporting member, ensuring the stability of the seat cushion 100.
Referring again to fig. 5, in some embodiments, the cushion 100 is longer (in the direction shown by the x-axis) and has a central region with a greater thickness than the ends.
As shown in fig. 5, the thickness of the middle region of the seat cushion 100 is h 4 The thickness of the front end is h 5 The thickness of the rear end is h 6 Wherein h is 4 >h 5 And h is 4 >h 6 . Through setting up cushion 100 along length direction to the thickness that the middle zone was greater than the thickness at both ends for when the user sits on cushion 100, tailstock department is embedded state downwards, buttock and thigh receive good support, and front end shank bending department obtains comfortable support, and is whole more relaxed.
Referring again to fig. 1, in some embodiments, a gap 140 is provided in a central region of the rear side of the seat cushion 100, as shown.
By providing the notch 140 in the middle area of the rear side of the seat cushion 100, the support surface of the seat cushion 100 is more attached to the buttocks of the human body, so that more comfortable support is provided for the occupant, and the notch 140 in the middle area just avoids the tailbone area of the occupant, thereby avoiding compression on the tailbone of the occupant.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only for illustrating the technical solution of the present utility model, and not for limiting the same; although the utility model has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical scheme described in the foregoing embodiments can be modified or some or all of the technical features thereof can be replaced by equivalents; such modifications and substitutions do not depart from the spirit of the utility model.
