[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention relates to a seat for a vehicle, etc., and is particularly designed to allow approximately the same amount of depression for each seated person having a difference in weight.

From the viewpoint of maintaining body stability and cushioning properties, it is desirable that the seat be able to be seated in a sunken state by a required amount. Conventionally, for example, in vehicle seats, people ranging from light people such as women to heavy people such as sekitori class were seated on the same seat, but the so-called hard seat allows light people to sink less, so their bodies are lower. On the other hand, if the seat is so-called soft and the seat is heavy, there are disadvantages such as bottoming out due to sinking too much or physiological pain due to pressure on the buttocks.

Therefore, the present invention was developed in view of this point, and the seat pad support surface is made more aggressive for heavier occupants so that each occupant with a different weight can sink by the same amount. In addition, for light occupants, the seat pad support surface is changed in the sinking direction to increase the amount of sinking and increase the contact area between the body and the seat surface. This is what I did.

That is, in the present invention, a support body for supporting a seat pad is formed by filling an elastic hollow body with a foam, and by sucking and exhausting gas to and from the foam in the hollow body, the shrinkage of the foam is adjusted and the pad is adjusted. The structure is such that the height of the support surface can be adjusted.

The pad supports 6 and 7 of the seat cushion 2 and the seat back 3 are made of a thick resin material, such as a hard thermoplastic resin or a synthetic rubber material, and have elasticity on the surface side of the support. Hollow body 1 in which both side parts are formed higher than the central main part
2 and 13 are thinner than the support and integrally formed,
The hollow bodies 12 and 13 are filled with foam bodies 14 and 15.
3 are connected to ventilation pipes 16 and 17, and these ventilation pipes 16 and 17 are connected to a suction pump (for example, a vacuum pump) 19 via an operating device 18.
By driving this suction/discharge pump 19, the hollow bodies 12 and 1
When the air in 3, that is, the air contained in the open cells of foams 14 and 15, is forcibly removed, the foam 14
and 15 contract, the surface sides of the hollow bodies 12 and 13, that is, the pad support surfaces of the pad supports 6 and 7, lower, and the amount of sinking of the seat surfaces of the seat cushions 2 and seat backs 3 increases, causing the inside of the hollow bodies 12 and 13 to decrease. By supplying air, the foam 14 expands and the surfaces of the hollow bodies 12 and 13, that is, the pad support surfaces, are pushed up, reducing the amount of depression of the seat surface.

In the above configuration, the pad support 6 used in the seat cushion 2 has a concave portion 21 in which the circumferential surface is formed into a stretchable striped shape 20 at approximately the center of the surface side of the hollow body 12, that is, a portion corresponding to the buttocks of the seated person. It is designed to adjust the amount of sinkage, assist cushioning properties, and alleviate the feeling of bottoming out. Further, as shown in FIG. 3, a recess 21 is formed on the rear side of the hollow body 12.
By forming protrusions 22 facing both sides of the inner surface, when a load is applied to the hollow body 12 via the seat pad 8 in the seated state, the recess 2 on the surface side
The inner surface of the pad support 6 comes into contact with the protrusion 22 to suppress its deformation, thereby improving the rigidity of the pad support 6 as a whole. Further, the recess 21 is divided into a plurality of parts, for example, a part corresponding to the thighs of the seated person instead of a part corresponding to the buttocks of the seated person, and is formed in a part where it is desirable to hold the recess 21 in a recessed state by a required amount. The cushioning properties can be further improved by forming a plurality of small diameter recesses 21' on the bottom surface of the recess 21 as shown in FIG.

Further, the seat cushion 2 is also attached to the surface side of the hollow body 13 of the pad support 7 used for the seat bag 3.
Similar to the pad support 6, recesses are formed in areas where a large amount of sinking is required. The concave portion in this case can also be formed in the same manner as in the above case, so a description thereof will be omitted.

In addition, by arranging sensors at required positions on the pad supports 6 and 7 of the seat cushion 2 and the seat back 3, the hollow body 1 is adjusted in response to the weight of the seated person.
The suction and exhaustion of air into and out of the seats 2 and 13 can be automatically controlled, and when a seated person takes a seat, the seat surface can be set to a sinking amount suitable for the seated person.

As described above, according to the present invention, the pad support of the seat pad of the seat is formed thickly and has elasticity on the surface side, and the hollow body with both side parts higher than the central main part is lower than the support. It is thin and integrally formed, and is formed by filling this hollow body with foam.
The structure is configured to adjust the contraction of the foam by sucking and discharging air into the hollow body and to vary the height of the pad support surface of the pad support, so even if the weight of the seated occupants differs, the individual The amount of depression of the seat surface can be kept almost constant for the seated person, without giving the seated a feeling of bottoming out or instability, and the pad support is formed so that both side parts are higher than the central main part. By doing so, the seated person can be held securely and the body can be held stably, and the surface side of the support body is filled with hollow material and foam, so that the surface side has appropriate elasticity. It elastically supports the seat pad on the entire surface of the seat, making the seat surface feel extremely good and significantly improving sitting comfort. Also, when the seated person moves on the seat, the hollow body flexes throughout and prevents abnormalities. The seat can be comfortably seated at all times without giving a sense of harmony, and does not give a feeling of fatigue even when seated for a long time, and especially when applied to a vehicle seat, the riding comfort will be extremely good and the effect will be great.
