本实用新型涉及一种人工骨关节。
目前，人工股骨头都是颈头、颈、柄成为一整体，柄呈扁平形，使用时将柄直接插入股骨髓腔内，其缺陷是手术后出现人工股骨头与股骨髓腔结合不牢，出现松动和塌陷。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种组合式的带螺纹柄的、用螺纹和股骨髓腔内壁紧密结合而防止股骨头塌陷和松动的组合式螺柄人工股骨头。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：股骨颈头、股骨颈、股骨颈底座为一部分，股骨柄为一部分，两部分组合在一起为一整体，股骨柄上有螺纹，股骨柄托上有一螺孔，股骨颈上有一股骨颈固定螺孔，股骨颈底座上有稳定销子，股骨柄托上有对应稳定销子的稳定销孔。
本实用新型的优点是：手术操作简便，固定牢固，不会出现手术后松动和塌陷，由于固定牢固，故不需要用骨水泥，再次手术需要换人工股骨头时，不需换股骨柄。

图中（1）股骨颈头、（2）股骨颈、（3）稳定销子、（4）稳定销孔、（5）股骨柄托、（6）固定螺栓、（7）股骨颈固定螺孔、（8）股骨颈底座、（9）股骨柄螺孔、（10）股骨柄。
该人工股骨头的所有材料为钛合金或钴铬钼合金制成，首先将股骨柄（1）拧入骨髓腔内，将股骨颈底座（8）上的稳定销子（3）放入股骨柄托（5）上稳定销孔（4）内，用固定螺栓（6）穿过股骨颈固定螺孔（7），拧入股骨柄螺孔（9），将组合式螺柄人工股骨头固定为一整体。股骨颈头（1）、股骨颈（2）与螺纹股骨柄（10）的夹角为130度。

1、一种组合式螺柄人工股骨头，由股骨颈头、股骨颈、股骨颈底座、股骨柄等组成，其特征是：股骨颈头、股骨颈、股骨颈底座为一部分，股骨柄为一部分，两部分组合在一起为一整体，股骨柄上有螺纹，股骨柄托上有一螺孔，股骨颈底座有一股骨固定螺孔。
2、根据权利要求1所述的人工股骨头，其特征是：股骨颈底座上有稳定销子，股骨柄托上有对应稳定销子的稳定销孔。
