The simulated hand brake device of claim 1, wherein the spring assembly comprises a spring, a guide rod, a bracket and a spring base assembly, wherein one end of the spring is fixedly connected with the bracket, the other end of the guide rod is fixedly connected with the spring base assembly, one end of the guide rod is arranged on the bottom surface of the bracket, the other end of the guide rod is fixedly connected with the spring base assembly, and the spring base assembly is fixedly connected with the base.

A simulated hand brake device for a racing car as claimed in claim 1, wherein said base comprises a housing and a base plate, said housing providing a plurality of interface mounting locations for mounting external devices, said housing internally defining a cavity structure, said housing being adapted to secure a hand brake lever assembly, a transmission assembly and a spring assembly, said base plate being fixedly connected to said housing.
