A band adjusting mechanism according to claim 3, wherein a recessed groove having an opening is provided in the sliding member, a projecting pillar is provided in the recessed groove, the openings of the recessed grooves of the 2 sliding members are arranged opposite to each other, the elastic restoring member is fitted over the 2 projecting pillars, and both ends thereof are respectively abutted against the bottom walls of the 2 recessed grooves.

A strap adjustment mechanism according to claim 3 wherein the strap adjustment member has an annular projection formed thereon, the annular projection being located within the ratchet ring portion, an assembly cavity being formed within the annular projection for receiving the slide member, the mating teeth of the slide member being engaged with the ratchet ring portion after passing out of the side walls of the assembly cavity.
6. The strap adjustment structure of claim 2, wherein the strap adjustment member is provided with a strap gear portion in meshing engagement with the strap, the strap gear portion being located outside the ratchet ring portion.
7. The strap adjustment mechanism of claim 1 wherein the toggle member comprises: the toggle body piece is provided with a locking column;
the stirring hand wheel is provided with a through hole above the stirring hand wheel, and the stirring hand wheel is buckled on the stirring body piece and is fixedly connected with the stirring body piece;
the pressing part is fixed on the bandage bracket and is positioned between the poking body piece and the poking hand wheel;
and the elastic reset element is sleeved on the locking column, one end of the elastic reset element is propped against the poking hand wheel, and the other end of the elastic reset element is propped against the pressing component.
8. The strap adjustment mechanism of claim 7 wherein the toggle member is inserted within the press member and is in line contact with the press member.
9. The strap adjustment mechanism of claim 2, wherein the toggle portion is a toggle protrusion formed at an edge of the toggle member, located within the ratchet ring portion, and an end of the toggle protrusion adjacent the ratchet tooth portion abuts against a side of the ratchet arm.
10. A headgear comprising a rear head pad, and further comprising a strap adjustment structure as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, the strap mount being fixedly connected to the rear head pad.
