At this moment, the fastener 30 is completely fastened, when the first watchband and the second watchband can exert a pulling force on the male buckle 20 and the female buckle 10 respectively, and under the pulling force, the rotating part 24 can generate a movement trend consistent with the screwing-in direction of the rotating part 24, however, the fastener 30 can exert an acting force opposite to the screwing-in direction on the clamping groove 21, so that the male buckle 20 is stressed in balance, and the larger the pulling force of the watchband on the buckle is, the larger the acting force of the fastener 30 on the clamping groove 21 is, and the tighter the buckle fastening is.
Further preferably, as shown in fig. 9, the fastener mounting groove 13 is disposed on a side of the rotation groove 11 close to the second band, and forms an angle with a longitudinal direction of the second band. In other words, the clasp mounting groove 13 may be provided at any position within the rotation groove 11, for example, at the bottom of the rotation groove 11 or at an end of the rotation groove 11 away from the second band, under the condition that the clasp 30 can apply a force in a specific direction to the clasp groove 21. In a preferred embodiment, the fastener-mounting slots 13 are disposed along the length of the second strap. Therefore, the female buckle 10 has enough space to accommodate the fastener 30 and the elastic member 60 along the length of the band. In addition, when the elastic element 60 is switched from the first state to the second state, the fastener 30 is popped up and impacts the engaging groove 21 to make a sound, so as to remind a user that the fastener 30 is engaged in place.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 13 and 14, the fastening member 30 is provided with an elastic member fixing portion 32, the elastic member fixing portion 32 may be a cylindrical boss to fix the elastic member 60, and the elastic member 60 may be a spring, a snap spring, or an elastic steel wire or steel sheet. The end of the fastener 30 away from the elastic member fixing portion 32 is provided with an acting surface, which can convert the pressure of the rotating surface 23 into a component force of the fastener 30 along the resilient direction thereof, in other words, when the male buckle 20 rotates along the direction opposite to the screwing direction, the fastener 30 will be pressed into the fastener mounting groove 13 by the rotating portion 24, so as to prevent the fastener 30 from affecting the male buckle 20 to be detached from the female buckle 10. In a preferred embodiment, the end surface of the fastening member 30 away from the fixing position 32 of the elastic member forms an angle with the resilient direction of the fastening member 30, in a natural state, one side of the fastening member 30 facing the screwing-in direction partially protrudes from the inner surface of the rotating slot 11, and the end surface of the fastening member 30 on the same side as the screwing-in direction is lower than the inner surface of the rotating slot 11, i.e. the end of the fastening member 30 engaged with the engaging slot 21 has an inclined surface, which can convert the pressure of the engaging slot 21 on the fastening member 30 into a component force of the fastening member 30 along the resilient direction thereof to retract into the fastening member mounting slot 13 when the male buckle 20 is disengaged from. When the male buckle 20 is worn, a force is applied to the opposite side of the inclined surface to the locking groove 21 in the direction opposite to the screwing direction, thereby fastening the male buckle 20.
In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 13, at least one limiting portion 31 is disposed on the sidewall of the fastening member 30, and the extending direction of the limiting portion 31 forms an angle with the resilient direction of the fastening member 30. Specifically, the stopper 31 is a boss provided along the width direction of the band. Correspondingly, a structure matched with the limiting part 31 of the fastener 30, namely a concave sliding groove, is arranged in the fastener mounting groove 13 to limit the moving distance of the fastener 30. As shown in fig. 10, the female buckle 10 can be divided into a buckle mounting cover 14 and a female buckle main body, the buckle mounting cover 14 is disposed at a position corresponding to the buckle mounting groove 13 of the female buckle main body, the buckle mounting cover 14 is detachably connected to the female buckle main body, and the buckle 30 and the elastic member 60 can be fixed in the buckle mounting groove 13 through the buckle mounting cover 14. Further, as shown in fig. 11 and 12, a baffle 12 is respectively disposed at two ends of the rotation slot 11 of the female buckle 10, the baffle 12 is matched with the male buckle 20, and a gap is formed between the two baffles 12 to accommodate the male buckle 20, so as to limit the movement of the male buckle 20 along the width direction of the watch band.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, a first magnet 40 is disposed in the male buckle 20, and a second magnet 50 corresponding to the first magnet 40 is disposed in the female buckle 10, specifically, the second magnet 50 is disposed at an end of the female buckle 10 away from the second band, that is, the first magnet 40 is located at a side of the clasp part 25 close to the first band, and the second magnet 50 is disposed at an end of the female buckle 10 away from the second band, where the two magnets correspond to each other. The first magnet 40 or the second magnet 50 is a magnet or other magnetic member. Further, the male buckle 20 and the female buckle 10 are respectively provided with a first magnet mounting groove and a second magnet mounting groove, a first mounting cover is arranged at an opening of the first magnet mounting groove, and a second mounting cover is arranged at an opening of the second magnet mounting groove to respectively mount the first magnet 40 and the second magnet 50. In addition, in actual production, the first magnet 40 may be directly disposed inside the pin 20, and the first magnet 40 may be integrally formed with the pin 20, or the second magnet 50 may be directly disposed inside the box 10, and the second magnet 50 may be integrally formed with the box 10. The male buckle 20 and the female buckle 10 may be made of metal or plastic. Male buckle 20 and box 10 can be articulated with first watchband and second watchband through two living ears respectively, and first watchband and second watchband also can be directly with male buckle 20 and box 10 fixed connection.
The invention also discloses a watch, and the rotary buckled watch buckle is arranged on the watch, so that the tensile force applied to the watch buckle by the watchband is converted into the locking force for fastening the watch buckle in the second state. Therefore, the watch cannot easily fall off in the actual wearing process of the watch through the rotating buckling mode, and has better practicability.
In practical use, the watch buckle is locked, only the male buckle 20 needs to be screwed in along the inner surface of the rotating groove 11 of the female buckle 10, when the male buckle 20 rotates to be flush with the female buckle 10, the first magnet 40 and the second magnet 50 reach the range of mutual attraction, the male buckle 20 and the female buckle 10 are buckled in place under the action of magnetic force, and the buckle 30 rebounds under the action of the elastic piece 60 to be matched with the clamping groove 21. On one hand, the adsorption force of the magnet can make the user feel feedback in the sense of touch; on the other hand, the rebound of the clip 30 to impact the slot 21 will sound, again providing audible feedback to the user.
When the watch buckle is released, the male buckle 20 is rotated in the direction opposite to the screwing direction, the fastener 30 retracts into the fastener mounting groove 13 under the pressure of the rotating part 24, and the male buckle 20 is separated from the female buckle 10.

Claims (10)

1. A rotary buckling watch buckle comprises a male buckle and a female buckle, wherein the male buckle and the female buckle can be respectively connected with a first watchband and a second watchband,
the male buckle is provided with a first buckling surface facing the female buckle, a buckling part and a rotating part are sequentially arranged on the first buckling surface, and the rotating part is positioned on one side of the buckling part, which is far away from the first watchband;
the buckling part is provided with a groove facing the female buckle, the rotating part is provided with a rotating surface, and the rotating surface is provided with a clamping groove;
the female buckle is provided with a second buckling surface corresponding to the first buckling surface, a rotating groove along the width direction of the watchband is formed in the second buckling surface, and the rotating part can rotate along the inner surface of the rotating groove;
a fastener mounting groove corresponding to the clamping groove is arranged in the rotary groove, a fastener is arranged in the fastener mounting groove and can be elastically arranged in the fastener mounting groove through an elastic piece, wherein,
in a first state, the rotating part enters the rotating groove, and the first buckling surface and the second buckling surface form a certain angle;
in a second state, the first fastening surface and the second fastening surface are fastened together, the fastener partially enters the slot, the first watchband applies component force to the male fastener, the component force is the same as the component force in the rotating direction of the rotating portion, and the fastener applies component force to the slot, the component force is opposite to the component force in the rotating direction of the rotating portion.
2. The rotary snap-together clasp of claim 1, wherein,
the fastener mounting groove is arranged on one side, close to the second watchband, of the rotating groove, and the opening direction of the fastener mounting groove forms a certain angle with the length direction of the second watchband;
and/or;
the fastener mounting groove is arranged along the length direction of the second watchband.
3. The rotary snap-together clasp of claim 1, wherein,
the fastener is provided with an elastic part fixing position, one end of the fastener, which is far away from the elastic part fixing position, is provided with an acting surface, and the acting surface can convert the pressure of the rotating surface into component force of the fastener along the rebound direction of the fastener;
and/or;
the end face of the fastener, far away from the fixing position of the elastic part, forms a certain angle with the rebound direction of the fastener;
and/or;
in a natural state, the fastener partially protrudes from the inner surface of the rotation groove toward one side in the screwing direction, and the end surface of the fastener on the same side as the screwing direction is lower than the inner surface of the rotation groove.
4. The rotary snap-together clasp of claim 1, wherein,
the side wall of the fastener is at least provided with a limiting part, and the extending direction of the limiting part and the rebounding direction of the fastener form a certain angle;
and/or;
the limiting part is a boss arranged along the width direction of the watchband.
5. The rotary snap-together clasp of claim 4, wherein,
the female buckle further comprises a female buckle main body and a buckle mounting cover;
the fastener mounting groove is formed in the female fastener main body and matched with the limiting part to limit the moving distance of the fastener;
and/or;
the box main part with the connection can be dismantled to fastener installation lid, the accessible the fastener installation lid will the fastener with the elastic component is installed in the fastener mounting groove.

a first magnet is arranged in the male buckle, and a second magnet corresponding to the first magnet is arranged in the female buckle;
and/or;
the second magnet is arranged at one end, far away from the second watchband, of the female buckle.
8. The rotary snap-together clasp of claim 7, wherein,
the male buckle and the female buckle are respectively provided with a first magnet mounting groove and a second magnet mounting groove, a first mounting cover is arranged at an opening of the first magnet mounting groove, and a second mounting cover is arranged at an opening of the second magnet mounting groove so as to be respectively provided with the first magnet and the second magnet;
and/or;
the first magnet and the male buckle are integrally formed;
and/or;
the second magnet and the female buckle are integrally formed.
9. The rotary snap-together clasp of claim 1, wherein,
the male buckle, the female buckle and the fastener are plastic pieces or metal pieces;
and/or;
the male buckle is hinged with the first watchband through a raw ear, and the female buckle is hinged with the second watchband through a raw ear;
and/or;
the elastic part is a spring or a snap spring.
10. A wristwatch, comprising the rotary clasp of any one of claims 1-9.
