5. The atomizer of claim 1 wherein said second oil guide has a porosity of 52% to 60% and said first oil guide has a porosity of 80% to 90%.
6. The atomizer of claim 5 wherein said second oil guide has a porosity of 57% and said first oil guide has a porosity of 90%.
7. The atomizer of claim 1 wherein said second oil guide has a wall thickness of 0.7mm to 1.5mm and said first oil guide has a wall thickness of 1mm to 2.5mm.
8. The atomizer of claim 7 wherein said second oil guide has a wall thickness of 1mm and said first oil guide has a wall thickness of 1.8mm.
9. The atomizer of claim 1 wherein said heater is comprised of a single heater helically wound inside said second oil guide along the direction of extension of said second oil guide and wound along the inner wall of said second oil guide.
10. An electronic cigarette, comprising the atomizer according to any one of claims 1 to 9, further comprising a hollow shell, wherein the atomization container is positioned in the shell, and a space between the shell and the atomization container forms an oil storage space with tobacco tar inside, and the atomizer is positioned in the atomization container and the atomization interface is communicated with the interior of the atomization container;
