9. The monitoring alarm apparatus of claim 1 further comprising a heat dissipating module disposed within the cabinet, the heat dissipating module being connected to the control module, the cabinet having heat dissipating apertures disposed proximate to the heat dissipating module.

The monitoring and alarm apparatus of claim 1 further comprising a cabinet door rotatably connected to the cabinet body, the cabinet door being provided with a sealing strip towards an inner wall edge of the cabinet body, the sealing strip being capable of forming a seal between the cabinet door and the cabinet body when the cabinet door is closed to the cabinet body.
