Detailed Description
The technical solutions of the embodiments of the present utility model will be explained and illustrated below with reference to the drawings of the embodiments of the present utility model, but the following embodiments are only preferred embodiments of the present utility model, and not all embodiments. Based on the examples in the implementation manner, other examples obtained by a person skilled in the art without making creative efforts fall within the protection scope of the present utility model.
Embodiment one:
as shown in FIG. 1, a flat bottom resin zipper comprising two zipper strips 100 and a zipper head 200, and as shown in FIG. 2, each of the zipper strips 100 is composed of a zipper cloth 10, a zipper rack 20 and a plurality of stitches 30, for constituting a flat bottom zipper structure of a zipper having only the zipper cloth 10 and no protruding zipper teeth, provides a zipper further manufactured to be anti-pinch or invisible. Wherein:
as shown in fig. 2, the sprocket 20 comprises a flexible core wire 21, the core wire 21 is made of a plurality of nylon filaments or natural fibers, and a plurality of resin sprockets 22 are injection molded on the core wire 21. As shown in fig. 3 to 6, each of the resin sprockets 22 is integrally injection-molded with a rectangular block 221 made of plastic or synthetic resin, through holes 222 communicating both sides of the rectangular block 221, a sprocket head 223 formed at one end of the rectangular block 221 for engagement, and a thread insertion groove 224 recessed from the upper surface to the lower surface of the rectangular block 221, the thread insertion groove 224 being a semicircular groove, both ends of which extend to both sides of the rectangular block 221. When the resin sprocket 22 is injection molded, a core wire 21 is first passed through the mold, and then each of the resin sprockets 22 is injection molded on the core wire 21, so that the core wire 21 is fixed to the through hole 222, and the resin sprockets 22 are arranged at intervals on the core wire 21.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the first resin sprocket 22 of the present embodiment has a supporting block 225 integrally formed at one end of the rectangular block 221 of the resin sprocket 22, and the supporting block 225 is a triangular block with a tip facing the sprocket head 223, so that the supporting block 225 is integrally connected to the lower surface of the sprocket head 223. The two sides of the sprocket head 223 are respectively formed with an engagement protrusion 2231 and an engagement recess 2232, such that the engagement protrusions 2231 of the two sides of the sprocket head 223 protrude from the two sides of the supporting block 225, and the width between the engagement recesses 2232 is smaller than the width of the supporting block 225, thereby forming a supporting surface 2251 on the bottom end of the engagement recess 2232 of the supporting block 225. This allows the engagement protrusion 2231 to abut against the support surface 2251 of another sprocket to engage with the engagement recess 2232 when the resin sprocket 22 is engaged.
The above-mentioned chain teeth 20 of the present utility model can be injection molded in advance by the core wire 21 in series structure, not directly molded on the chain cloth 10, so that the chain teeth 20 can be manufactured first, and then the corresponding chain teeth 20 can be selected according to the color or size of the chain cloth 10 to be sewn on the chain cloth 10. As shown in fig. 2 and 6 to 8, the zipper teeth 20 are disposed on the second surface of the zipper 10 in parallel during the stitching process, so that the lower surface of the rectangular block 221 is attached to the second surface of the zipper 10, and the zipper teeth 223 protrude from the inner side of the zipper 10. Then, a plurality of stitches 30 are used for stitching, the stitches 30 are wound in the stitch caulking grooves 224 of the resin sprockets 22, the stitches 30 are stitched between the resin sprockets 22, and the resin sprockets 22 are stitched and fixed on the second surface of the chain cloth 10.
After the above construction is sewn, as shown in fig. 2 and 6, the inner side of the chain cloth 10 is folded back toward the outer side of the chain cloth 10 together with the chain rack 20, so that the chain cloth 10 forms a toothed belt 11 and a sliding space 12 between the toothed belt 11 and the chain cloth 10. Therefore, the sprocket 20 is positioned on the sprocket 11 opposite to the sliding space 12, and the two first stitches 31 are positioned on the first face of the sprocket 11. With this structure of the reverse-folding slider 10, a flat bottom slider structure is formed in which only the slider 10 is provided on one surface of the slider and the protruding tooth surface is not provided, and the tooth-free surface can be used as the back surface (inner surface) of the anti-pinch slider, so that the teeth and slider are positioned on the front surface (outer surface) of the slider, and the resin teeth 22 are prevented from being pinched to the inner lining of the clothing. The non-toothed side can also be used as the front (outer) side of the concealed slide fastener, with the teeth and slider hidden on the back (inner) side of the slide fastener, so that the outer side of the garment is free of protruding resin teeth 22 and sliders, and the difference between the anti-pinch slide fastener and the concealed slide fastener is only that the conventional slider structure is different.
To stitch the zipper strip 20 to the zipper cloth 10, the conventional nylon zipper seam structure is not feasible, and for this purpose, as shown in fig. 2, 6 to 8, a plurality of seams 30 according to the preferred embodiment of the present utility model are implemented with two first seams 31 and one second seam 32. The two first stitches 31 are located on the first side of the chain cloth 10, the two first stitches 31 are continuously threaded to the second side of the chain cloth 10 at the gaps between the resin sprockets 22 by a sewing machine, and then reversely folded to be threaded back to the first side of the chain cloth 10, so that the two first stitches 31 form two loops 311 at each gap of the second side of the chain cloth 10, and the two first stitches 31 are fastened to the first side of the chain cloth 10. The second thread 32 is formed by repeatedly passing two loops 311 of the first thread 31 on both sides of each resin sprocket 22 on the second surface of the sprocket 10, and the second thread 32 is continuously operated by a sewing machine to form three thread bodies 321 where each second thread 32 is fastened in the thread caulking groove 224. Thereby, the three-stage wire body 321 not only tightens the resin zipper teeth 22, but also embeds the three-stage wire body 321 in the seam caulking groove 224, so that the sliding and falling off of the resin zipper teeth 22 can be prevented, and the friction of the zipper head 200 to the second seam 32 can be avoided.
As shown in fig. 9, 10 and 11, the second resin sprocket 22 in this embodiment is also integrally injection molded with a rectangular block 221, the rectangular block 221 is also provided with a through hole 222 for fixing the core wire 21, and a suture caulking groove 224 is also provided on the rectangular block 221, which is different from the first embodiment in that: the height of the head 223 of the resin zipper 22 is the same as that of the rectangular block 221, so that the triangular supporting block 225 is not provided under the head 223, so that the head 223 at one end of the entire resin zipper 22 can be engaged with each other for the two fastener tapes 100, and the structure and method for sewing the same to the zipper cloth 10 (shown in fig. 11) are the same as those of fig. 6 to 8, so that the description thereof will not be repeated. As can be seen from the resin zipper 22 shown in fig. 9 to 11, the present utility model can implement different zipper heads 223 to achieve the purpose of flat bottom resin zipper, so that different tooth forms of other zipper heads can be adopted.
As shown in fig. 4, 6 and 10 and 11, the rectangular block 221 of the resin sprocket 22 of the present utility model may have at least one fastener inserting groove 227 recessed from the bottom to the top, and the fastener inserting groove 227 is preferably a groove having a rectangular or semicircular cross section and is connected to both sides of the rectangular block 221, and by the structural design of the fastener inserting groove 227, when the first thread 31 is fastened to the first surface of the fastener fabric 10, not only the first thread 31 is sunk into the soft fastener fabric 10, but also the fastener fabric 10 is pressed by the first thread 31 and then inserted into the fastener inserting groove 227 (as shown in fig. 6 or 11), thereby forming a combined structure in which the fastener fabric 10 and the fastener inserting groove 227 are engaged, so that the fastener of the present utility model can effectively resist the transverse tension of the fastener fabric 10.
Embodiment two:
as shown in FIG. 1, in this embodiment, the fastener tape 100 also comprises a fastener tape 10', a fastener rack 20', and a plurality of stitches 30 '. As shown in fig. 12 and 13, the difference between the present embodiment and the first embodiment is that: the sprocket 20' is formed by directly injection molding a plurality of resin sprockets 22' on the inner side of the link fabric 10' without using the core wire 21; each of the resin sprocket 22' is integrally formed with a rectangular block 221', the above-mentioned through hole 222 is changed to a cloth groove 226' recessed laterally from one end toward the other end of the rectangular block 221', a sprocket head 223' formed at one end of the rectangular block 221' for engagement, a thread embedding groove 224' recessed from the upper face of the rectangular block 221' toward the lower face thereof, and at least one chain cloth embedding groove 227' recessed from the lower face of the rectangular block 221' toward the upper face thereof, the thread embedding groove 224' extending to both side faces of the rectangular block 221' respectively as the chain cloth embedding groove 227 '. Wherein the cloth groove 226' extends from the end of the sprocket head 223' to the rectangular block 221' for the cloth 10' to be clamped in the cloth groove 226' when the resin sprocket 22' is injection-molded on the inner side of the cloth 10 '.
