Description

Durable nylon zipper
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of nylon zippers, and particularly provides a durable nylon zipper.
Background
Zippers are classified into three categories according to their materials: metal zippers, resin zippers and nylon zippers. The teeth of the nylon zipper are formed by winding nylon monofilament around a central line through a heating pressing die. Compared with metal zippers and resin zippers, the nylon zipper has the characteristics of low cost, high yield and high popularization rate.
As shown in fig. 1, the teeth 22 of the nylon slide fastener in the prior art are formed by winding a nylon monofilament around a central line 23 by a heating die, and the teeth at both sides and a cloth tape 24 at both sides are combined by a sewing thread 21 to form two fastener tapes 02 of the slide fastener, and then the two fastener tapes are combined by a slider 01 to form a slide fastener which can be opened and closed. Since the sprocket 22 is a hard material, the sewing thread 21 is inevitably protruded from the upper surface of the sprocket.
The slider 01 combines the two chain belts by extruding the chain teeth through the inner wall of the containing cavity. The slider includes an upper wing plate (wing plate contacting and pressing the fastener element) and a lower wing plate (wing plate contacting and pressing the tape). The upper wing plate and the lower wing plate are connected into a whole through the support core to form an accommodating cavity for the chain belt to pass through. The upper wing plate comprises an upper plate body for clamping the zipper teeth from the upper part and an upper flange part for clamping the zipper teeth from two sides. Because the inner wall of the upper plate body of the pull head of the nylon zipper in the prior art is a flat plane, the sewing thread protruding from the zipper teeth is subjected to the maximum extrusion force and is in sliding friction with the inner wall of the containing cavity of the pull head, so that the sewing thread is easy to break. The thread is broken by abrasion, which is the most cause of damage to the nylon slide fastener. If the sewing thread can be prevented from being broken by grinding, the service life of the nylon zipper can be greatly prolonged.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to avoid the abrasion failure of sewing threads and prolong the service life of the nylon zipper by optimizing the structure of the zipper.
In order to achieve the above object, the nylon slide fastener of the present invention includes a fastener tape and a slider. And a pull head combines the two chain belts to form a zipper which can be opened and closed. The chain belt is formed by combining chain teeth and a cloth belt through sewing threads. The pull head comprises an upper wing plate and a lower wing plate, wherein the upper wing plate and the lower wing plate are connected into a whole through a support core to form an accommodating cavity for the chain belt to pass through. Two leading-in ports are arranged at the end, close to the support core, of the accommodating cavity and used for leading in the two chain belts. The other end of the accommodating cavity is provided with an engaging outlet for leading out the two chain belts after being engaged. The upper wing plate comprises an upper plate body for clamping the zipper teeth from the upper part and an upper flange part for clamping the zipper teeth from two sides. Two abdicating grooves are arranged on the inner surface of the upper plate body corresponding to the positions of the chain belt sewing threads. The abdicating groove is sunken from the inner surface of the upper plate body and penetrates through the upper plate body from the leading-in port end to the meshing outlet end, and is used for avoiding sliding friction between a sewing line and the upper plate body.
Preferably, two sides of the inner surface of the upper plate body (i.e. the corner positions near the upper flange part) are respectively provided with a convex tooth. The convex teeth extend from the inlet end to the meshing outlet end of the upper plate body and are used for filling the chamfering space of the chain teeth and forming oblique inward and downward pressure on the chain teeth, so that the chain teeth are meshed conveniently. The convex teeth and the inner surface of the upper plate body are in a ladder shape. The convex teeth are in arc transition with the upper flange part. The convex tooth structure enables the chain teeth to have elastic expansion space in the horizontal direction, and the chain teeth are automatically meshed at the optimal position.
Preferably, the lower wing plate comprises a lower plate body which clamps the zipper teeth upwards and a lower flange part of which two sides clamp the cloth belt upwards. The lower flange part protrudes from the inner surface of the lower plate body to form a groove. Under normal conditions, the sewing thread can be sunken in the strap surface because of the atress, can not form direct contact between sewing thread and the lower plate body. But the lower wing plate structure can reduce the friction force between the cloth belt and the lower plate body and prolong the service life of the zipper.
Preferably, the connecting part of the upper plate body and the support core is provided with an upper rib. The upper ribs are protruded on the inner surface of the upper plate body. And a lower rib is arranged at the connecting part of the lower wing plate and the support core. The lower rib is protruded on the inner surface of the lower wing plate. The upper rib and the lower rib are used for filling the chamfering space of the sprocket and generating pressure on the sprocket, so that the sprocket is convenient to mesh.
According to the nylon zipper, the upper plate body is provided with the abdicating groove, and the zipper teeth are contacted with the inner surface of the upper plate body, so that sliding friction between a sewing line and a pull head is avoided, and the service life of the zipper is prolonged.
