The housing 110 may include a rear wall 111 and a side wall 112, where the rear wall 111 includes a first face facing the electronic device and a second face facing the electronic device, and the second face may be the mounting face 1112. The side wall 112 may be connected to a circumferential edge of the rear wall 111 and extend toward the first face of the rear wall 111 to form a receiving space at the first face of the rear wall 111. The side of the electronic device facing away from the display screen may be accommodated in the accommodating space, and at this time, the first side of the rear wall 111 faces toward the side of the electronic device facing away from the display screen, so as to protect the side of the electronic device facing away from the display screen. The side wall 112 surrounds the side frame of the electronic device to form a protection for the side frame of the electronic device.
In an implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, the side wall 112 may encircle the rear wall 111 circumferentially, so that when a side of the electronic device facing away from the display screen is accommodated in the accommodating space, the side wall 112 may encircle a side frame of the electronic device. When the side frame of the electronic device is provided with the screen locking key and/or the volume key, the side wall 112 can be provided with the avoiding opening at the position corresponding to the screen locking key and/or the volume key, so that the screen locking key and/or the volume key are exposed from the avoiding opening, and are convenient to press. Alternatively, the side wall 112 may be provided with a depressible key cap protruding toward the outer side of the protective case 100 in a position corresponding to the lock screen key and/or the volume key so that the lock screen key and/or the volume key extend into the depressible key cap to facilitate depression.
In other implementations, the rear wall 111 is generally rectangular, the side wall 112 may include four sections, and the four sections of the side wall 112 may be connected to four corners of the rear wall 111, respectively, so that when a side of the electronic device facing away from the display screen is accommodated in the accommodating space, the side wall 112 may surround four corners of a side frame of the electronic device.
