6. The protective sheath assembly according to claim 4, further comprising a clasp (14), the clasp (14) being flexibly connected with the first housing (10);
in the first state, the buckle (14) is folded towards the second shell (20) relative to the first shell (10) so as to be in magnetic adsorption connection with the second shell (20) or the electronic equipment to be protected.
7. The protective sheath assembly according to claim 6, characterized in that the clasp (14) is electrically connected with the keyboard (41), the clasp (14) providing electrical connection contacts;
in the second state, the hasp (14) is used for being electrically connected with the electronic equipment to be protected through the electric connection contact.
