Alternatively, the air pump 24 is further controlled to pump air into the tea water and coffee in the brewing barrel 20, so that bubbles are generated in the tea water and coffee, and the flavor of the tea water and coffee is enhanced.
In the foregoing process of injecting hot water into the tub 201 of the brew kettle 20 by the brew machine 1, as in the embodiment shown in fig. 9 and 10, the main control module 3 may also start the stirring device 22 to stir the soup of the brew materials in the brew kettle 20 at a slow speed by the auxiliary control module 4 provided on the brew kettle 20, or as in the embodiment shown in fig. 13, the main control module 3 may also start the stirring driving module 116 to stir the soup of the brew materials in the brew kettle 20 at a slow speed by the main control module 3. Alternatively, as shown in the embodiment of fig. 11 and 12, after the brewing basket 1 is moved away from the brewing machine 1, the auxiliary control module 4 provided on the brewing basket 20 starts the stirring device 22 to stir the soup of the brewing materials in the brewing basket 20 at a slow speed.
The wireless signal transmitting unit 31 of the main control module 3 and the wireless signal receiving unit 41 of the sub control module 4 may be replaced by wireless signal transmitting and receiving units, so that the main control module 3 and the sub control module 4 have wireless signal transmitting and receiving functions. each soaking and boiling barrel group comprises a soaking and boiling barrel, a stirring device and an electric heater, wherein the soaking and boiling barrel can be used for placing food materials and can be placed in a container placing area of the soaking and boiling machine to receive hot water output by the hot water supply mechanism to soak the food materials, the soaking and boiling barrel can be moved away from the soaking and boiling machine from the container placing area, and the stirring device and the electric heater are respectively arranged in the soaking and boiling barrel;
the main control module is arranged in the shell of the brewing machine and comprises a main control unit, a wireless signal transmitting unit and a user operation interface, wherein the wireless signal transmitting unit and the user operation interface are electrically connected with the main control unit, the user operation interface is positioned at the front side of the shell and is used for setting a food brewing control mode for a designated brewing barrel group through the user operation interface, and the main control unit is electrically connected with a hot water supply mechanism of the brewing machine and can control the hot water supply mechanism to input hot water with preset water quantity and preset water temperature into the brewing barrel placed in a container placement area of the brewing machine; and
the auxiliary control modules correspond to the number of the brewing barrel groups, each of the brewing barrel groups is provided with one auxiliary control module, each auxiliary control module comprises an auxiliary control unit and a wireless signal receiving unit electrically connected with the auxiliary control unit, the auxiliary control units can control an electric heater and a stirring device arranged on the brewing barrel, the brewing barrel which is completely filled with hot water is moved away from the brewing machine, the main control unit of the main control module sends out wireless control signals to the auxiliary control modules arranged on the brewing barrel through the wireless signal transmitting unit according to a food material brewing control mode set by the wireless control signals, and the auxiliary control unit starts the electric heater and the stirring device of the brewing barrel group to execute food material brewing action according to the food material brewing control mode set by the wireless control signals until the brewing barrel group completes the food material brewing action.
2. The system of claim 1, wherein the hot water supply mechanism comprises an electrothermal heater, a hot water output pump, a water inlet pipeline and a water outlet pipeline, both of which have a control valve controlled by a main control unit of the main control module;
the electric heater is arranged on the peripheral wall of the barrel body, the stirring device comprises a stirrer and a motor, the stirrer is pivoted in the filter screen and passes through the bottom of the barrel body in a waterproof sealing manner, the motor is arranged below the bottom of the barrel body and is connected with the stirrer, and the motor and the electric heater of the stirrer are controlled by the auxiliary control unit of the auxiliary control module.

the main control module is arranged in the shell of the brewing machine and comprises a main control unit, a wireless signal transmitting unit and a user operation interface, wherein the wireless signal transmitting unit and the user operation interface are electrically connected with the main control unit, the user operation interface is positioned at the front side of the shell and is used for setting a food brewing control mode for a designated brewing barrel group through the user operation interface, and the main control unit is electrically connected with a hot water supply mechanism of the brewing machine and can control the hot water supply mechanism to input hot water with preset water quantity and preset water temperature into the brewing barrel placed in a container placement area of the brewing machine; and
the auxiliary control modules correspond to the number of the brewing barrel groups, each container carrier of each brewing barrel group is provided with one auxiliary control module, each auxiliary control module comprises an auxiliary control unit and a wireless signal receiving unit electrically connected with the auxiliary control unit, the auxiliary control units can control an electric heater and a motor of a stirring device arranged on the container carrier, when the brewing barrel with hot water is completely input, the brewing barrel is moved away from the brewing machine and placed on the container carrier, the main control unit of the main control module sends out a wireless control signal to the auxiliary control module arranged on the container carrier through the wireless signal transmitting unit according to a food material brewing control mode set by a user operation interface, and the auxiliary control unit starts the electric heater and the stirring device of the brewing barrel group to execute a food material brewing action according to the food material brewing control mode set by the wireless control signal until the brewing barrel group completes the food material brewing action.
