Abstract

Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the food processor includes a main body 1, a juice receiving cup assembly 2, a water tank assembly 3 and a venting cover 4. The water tank assembly 3 and the exhaust cover 4 are detachably assembled to the main body 1.
The main machine 1 comprises a casing 10, an instant heating device 11 located in a space enclosed by the casing 10, a first motor 12, a stirring cup assembly 13, a heating device 14, a control panel 151, a power panel 153, a fan 154, a temperature detecting device 16, a valve assembly 17 and a juice receiving tray 18 arranged on the casing 10. The heating device 14 and the blower 154 are coupled to the power board 153 to provide power to the heating device 14 and the blower 154. The temperature detecting device 16 is located at one side of the juice receiving cup assembly 2 for detecting the temperature of the food material in the juice receiving cup assembly 2. The heating device 14 can be an electromagnetic heating element, a heating tube, a heating disc, a heating film (thick film), a quartz tube nano-film, etc.
The housing 10 includes a casing 101, and an upper housing 102 and a lower housing 103 assembled to the casing 101. The upper shell 102 has a window 1020 for exposing the rim of the cup 130. The exhaust cover 4 covers the cup body 130.

The probe 161 is preferably made of copper, or aluminum, ceramic, iron, or the like. The probe 161 is an infrared probe, which detects the temperature of the food material in the juice receiving cup assembly 2 by using infrared rays, and can detect the height of the liquid level in the juice receiving cup assembly 2 to prevent dry burning; furthermore, there is no need to open a hole in the wall of the juice receiving cup assembly 2, which can prevent the problem of water leakage and facilitate cleaning of the juice receiving cup assembly 2.
Referring to fig. 5, the juice receiving tray 18 includes a bottom plate 180, a side plate 181 and a pillar 182 extending upward from the bottom plate 180, and a protrusion 183 extending downward from the bottom plate 180.
