1. An outdoor unit of an air conditioner, comprising:
the air conditioner comprises a shell, a cover and a cover, wherein an installation space is formed in the shell, an air inlet and an air outlet are formed in the shell, and the air inlet is communicated with the air outlet to form an air channel;
the heat exchanger is arranged in the air duct and is used for carrying out heat exchange on the air entering from the air inlet;
the fan is arranged in the air duct and used for blowing out the air subjected to heat exchange by the heat exchanger from the air outlet;
the first panel is arranged on the front side of the shell, and one side of the first panel is provided with a limiting part;
the second panel is connected to the first panel, one side of the second panel is provided with a clamping part, and the clamping part is clamped in the limiting part and is in surface-to-surface contact with the limiting part;
a partition plate connected between the first panel and the second panel, the partition plate dividing the installation space into a first space and a second space, the heat exchanger and the fan being located in the first space;
the electric appliance box is arranged in the second space, the top of the electric appliance box is abutted to the top plate, and a heat radiation hole is formed in one side, close to the fan, of the electric appliance box;
the heat preservation structure is arranged between the electrical box and the top plate;
the sealing structure is arranged between the partition plate and the top plate;
the water retaining component is arranged at the radiating hole and used for preventing water from being thrown into the electrical box when the fan runs.

The outdoor unit of claim 1, wherein a first fixing plate is disposed at one side of the electrical box, the first fixing plate is connected to the partition, a plurality of connecting holes are formed in the partition, and the first fixing member is inserted into the connecting holes to connect the limiting portion.
3. The outdoor unit of claim 2, wherein a first sealing member is disposed between the engaging portion and the limiting portion for sealing a junction between the first panel and the second panel.
4. The outdoor unit of claim 3, wherein the limiting portion is provided with a first through hole, the fastening portion is provided with a first fixing portion, and the first fixing portion is fastened in the first through hole.
5. The outdoor unit of claim 1, comprising a first side plate disposed corresponding to the second space, wherein a locking portion is disposed on a side of the second panel adjacent to the first side plate, and a connecting portion is disposed on the first side plate, wherein the locking portion is locked in the connecting portion and is in surface-to-surface contact with the connecting portion.
6. The outdoor unit of claim 5, wherein a second fixing plate is disposed at one side of the electrical box, and a fixing hole is formed in the second fixing plate, and the second fixing member is inserted into the fixing hole to connect the connection portion.
7. The outdoor unit of claim 6, wherein a second seal is provided between the second fixing plate, the connection portion, and the engagement portion.
8. The outdoor unit of claim 7, wherein the engaging portion is provided with a second fixing portion, the connecting portion is provided with a second through hole, and the second fixing portion is engaged in the second through hole.
9. The outdoor unit of claim 5, wherein the housing comprises a top plate and a base, wherein the top plate is provided with a flange extending in a direction approaching the base, and the flange is connected to the first side plate, the first panel, and the second panel.
10. The outdoor unit of claim 9, wherein a third seal is provided between the flange and the second panel and between the flange and the first side panel.
