From this, the structure, the stability of performance of chassis 11 not only can be guaranteed to the structure of integrative formation to convenient shaping, manufacturing are simple, have saved unnecessary assembly part and connection process moreover, have improved air conditioner 100's assembly efficiency greatly, guarantee chassis 11 and the reliability of being connected of parts such as dustcoat 12, moreover, the bulk strength and the stability of the structure of integrative formation are higher, and the equipment is more convenient, and the life-span is longer.
Advantageously, when the air conditioner 100 is installed in a window opening of a wall 200, the base plate 11 is mounted over the lower window frame of the wall 200 such that the indoor unit assembly 14 is located indoors I and the outdoor unit assembly 15 is located outdoors O.
Specifically, after the air conditioner 100 is installed, a part of the chassis 11 is located indoors I to ensure that the indoor unit assembly 14 is installed on the chassis 11, and another part of the chassis 11 is located outdoors O to ensure that the outdoor unit assembly 15 is installed on the chassis 11, and the indoor unit assembly 14 and the outdoor unit assembly 15 do not interfere with each other, so that the normal operation of the air conditioner 100 is ensured.
As shown in fig. 4, the housing 12 includes two side panels 121 and a top cover 122, the two side panels 121 are respectively disposed on two opposite sides of the chassis 11 and connected to the chassis 11, each side panel 121 has an avoiding groove for avoiding the mounting groove 1133, and the top cover 122 covers the two side panels 121 and is connected to the two side panels 121.
In other words, the outer cover 12 of the casing is mainly composed of two side panels 121 and a top cover 122, wherein the two side panels 121 are arranged at intervals along the width direction of the casing (the front-back direction shown in fig. 4), the two side panels 121 are respectively located at the front and back sides of the chassis 11, each side panel 121 forms a plate extending along the vertical direction (the up-down direction shown in fig. 4), the top cover 122 is covered on the chassis 11, the front side of the top cover 122 is connected with the upper end of the side panel 121 at the front side, and the back side of the top cover 122 is connected with the upper end of the side panel 121 at the back side.
Wherein, the middle part of every side bounding wall 121 is equipped with the groove of dodging that is used for dodging the mounting groove 1133 of chassis 11, and dodges the groove and be less than the height of casing at the ascending length in the direction of height of casing, and the indoor chamber is injectd with indoor chassis 111 to the part that is located one side of dodging the groove of two side bounding walls 121, and the outdoor chamber is injectd with outdoor chassis 112 to the part that is located the opposite side of dodging the groove of two side bounding walls 121, and indoor chamber and outdoor chamber are located the both sides of dodging the groove respectively promptly.
The part of the outer cover 12 above the outdoor base pan 112 (for example, the top cover 122 and the two side panels 121 above the outdoor base pan 112) is provided with grilles to facilitate heat dissipation of the outdoor unit assembly 15, one end of the outer cover 12 located at the indoor I (the left end as shown in fig. 3) is provided with a first cover plate 131, the first cover plate 131 is provided with an air inlet 1311 and an air outlet 1312, hot air at the indoor I enters the indoor cavity, exchanges heat with the indoor unit assembly 14 and cools down the air, and then is discharged to the indoor I through the air outlet 1312, the first cover plate 131 is provided with the air inlet 1311 and the air outlet 1312 so that the air at the indoor I can circularly flow with the outside in the indoor cavity, and one end of the outer cover 12 located at the outdoor O (the right end as shown in fig. 3) is provided with a second cover plate.
Preferably, according to one embodiment of the present invention, each side panel 121 and the top cover 122 are integrally formed. From this, the structure, the stability of performance of dustcoat 12 not only can be guaranteed to the structure of integrative formation to convenient shaping, manufacturing are simple, have saved unnecessary assembly part and connection process moreover, have improved air conditioner 100's assembly efficiency greatly, guarantee the reliability of being connected of dustcoat 12 and other each parts, and in addition, the bulk strength and the stability of the structure of integrative formation are higher, and the equipment is more convenient, and the life-span is longer.
Optionally, the longitudinal cross-sectional shape of the housing generally forms an inverted "concave" shape.
That is, the sectional shape of the housing at any position perpendicular to the width direction thereof is formed in a "concave" shape, that is, the width dimension of the top cover 122 of the housing is always equal, the dimension of the horizontal plate 1132 of the connection plate 113 of the chassis 11 in the width direction of the housing is always equal, and is substantially equal to the dimension of the top cover 122 in the width direction of the housing, ensuring that the mounting passage and the indoor and outdoor chambers are always equal to each other in the width direction of the housing.
Because the size of the installation channel in the height direction of the shell is smaller, and the size of the installation channel in the width direction of the shell is larger, when the air conditioning device 100 is installed on the window frame of the wall body 200, the occupied space is small, and the movement of the up-down push-pull window cannot be influenced; and refrigerant pipeline and power line are in the installation passageway, do not receive the restriction in space, can adjust the position of refrigerant pipeline and power line as required, and the adjustment is convenient, is favorable to improving the packaging efficiency of this air conditioner device 100 to promote air conditioner device 100's production efficiency.
In addition, the indoor unit assembly 14 includes an evaporator 141, the outdoor unit assembly 15 includes a condenser 152 and a compressor 151, and the space between the compressor 151 and the condenser 152, the space between the evaporator 141 and the condenser 152, and the space between the compressor 151 and the evaporator 141 are connected by refrigerant pipes.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 10 to 12, the outdoor unit assembly 15 mainly includes a condenser 152, a compressor 151, a motor 153, and a fan 154, wherein the condenser 152, the compressor 151, the motor 153, and the fan 154 are disposed on the outdoor base pan 112, the compressor 151 is disposed adjacent to the connecting plate 113 of the base pan 11, the condenser 152 is disposed adjacent to an outer end of the outdoor base pan 112, that is, the compressor 151 and the condenser 152 are disposed at a distance, the compressor 151 and the condenser 152 are connected by a refrigerant pipe, the fan 154 is disposed between the compressor 151 and the condenser 152 and connected to the motor 153 to discharge heat around the compressor 151 and the condenser 152 from a grille, and the fan 154 can accelerate airflow and improve heat dissipation efficiency.
Further, the indoor unit assembly 14 mainly includes an evaporator 141, a wind wheel 143, and a water pan 142, wherein the water pan 142 is disposed on the indoor chassis 111, the evaporator 141 is disposed above the water pan 142 and adjacent to the first cover 131, and the wind wheel 143 is disposed between the evaporator 141 and the connection plate 113, so that the cold energy generated by the evaporator 141 is discharged to the indoor I through the wind outlet 1312 of the first cover 131, thereby achieving the purpose of adjusting the indoor I temperature, and the wind wheel 143 can accelerate the discharge of the cold energy.
The following describes in detail an installation process of the air conditioner 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 3 in conjunction with fig. 10 to 12, the air conditioner 100 mainly includes a chassis 11, an outer cover 12, an indoor unit assembly 14, and an outdoor unit assembly 15, an indoor chamber, an installation channel, and an outdoor chamber are defined between the chassis 11 and the outer cover 12, and a middle portion of the chassis 11 is recessed toward an inner cavity of the casing to define an installation groove 1133 for straddling the wall 200.
The indoor unit assembly 14 mainly includes an evaporator 141, a water receiving tray 142 and a wind wheel 143, the outdoor unit assembly 15 mainly includes a compressor 151, a condenser 152, a motor 153 and a fan 154, wherein two ends of the evaporator 141 are respectively connected to the compressor 151 and the condenser 152, the condenser 152 is connected to the compressor 151, the motor 153 is connected to the fan 154 to drive the fan 154 to rotate, the fan 154 is disposed adjacent to the condenser 152, the wind wheel 143 is disposed adjacent to the evaporator 141, the water receiving tray 142 is disposed below the evaporator 141 to receive condensed water, when the air conditioner 100 operates, air in the room I enters the indoor cavity through an air inlet 1311 under the effect of the wind wheel 143, in the process, the air passes through the evaporator 141 and exchanges heat with the air to achieve cooling, and then the cooled air is discharged to the room I from an air outlet 1312 to circulate.
The air conditioner 100 is suitable for being installed on a lower side window frame of a window 21 which is push-pull up and down, when the air conditioner is installed, the window 21 is detached from the window frame, then the whole air conditioner 100 is installed on the lower side window frame in a spanning mode, an indoor unit assembly 14 of the air conditioner 100 is ensured to be located at an indoor I side of a wall body 200, an outdoor unit assembly 15 of the air conditioner 100 is located at an outdoor O side of the other side of the wall body 200, then the air conditioner 100 is slowly placed downwards, the lower side window frame and the wall body 200 at the corresponding position are located in an installation groove 1133 of a shell of the air conditioner 100 until the bottom wall of the installation groove 1133 of the air conditioner 100 is abutted against the lower side window frame, then the position of the air conditioner 100 is properly adjusted, and filler is filled in a gap between the air conditioner 100 and a window, so that the air conditioner 100 can be stably installed on the window frame, since the size of the mounting groove 1133 of the housing of the air conditioner 100 in the height direction of the housing is smaller than the height of the housing, and the bottom wall of the mounting groove 1133 is close to the top cover 122 of the housing, when the air conditioner 100 is mounted on the window frame of the wall 200, the occupied space is small, and the movement of the up-down push-pull window is not affected.
Other configurations and operations of the air conditioner 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention are known to those skilled in the art and will not be described in detail herein.

Claims (10)
1. An air conditioning apparatus, comprising:
the indoor air conditioner comprises a shell, an indoor cavity and an outdoor cavity are defined in the shell and are arranged at intervals and communicated with each other, the middle part of the bottom wall of the shell is sunken towards the inner cavity of the shell so as to form a mounting groove penetrating through the opposite side walls of the shell outside the shell, and the mounting groove is positioned between the indoor cavity and the outdoor cavity;
the indoor unit assembly is arranged in the indoor cavity;
an outdoor unit assembly connected with the indoor unit assembly and disposed in the outdoor chamber,
the shell comprises a chassis and an outer cover, the outer cover is covered on the chassis, the inner chamber and the outer chamber which are arranged at intervals are defined between the outer cover and the chassis, and the chassis comprises:
the indoor chassis is provided with the indoor unit assembly;
an outdoor chassis on which the outdoor unit assembly is mounted;
the two ends of the connecting plate are respectively connected with the indoor chassis and the outdoor chassis, and the mounting groove is limited by the connecting plate.
2. An air conditioning unit according to claim 1, wherein the longitudinal sectional shape of the central portion of the base pan is formed substantially in a shape of "Contraband" opened downward to define the mounting groove; the outer cover and the bottom wall of the mounting groove define a mounting channel, and the mounting channel is communicated with the indoor cavity and the outdoor cavity respectively.
3. The air conditioner as claimed in claim 2, wherein the indoor unit assembly and the outdoor unit assembly are connected to each other through a refrigerant pipe and a power line, and at least a portion of the refrigerant pipe and the power line are inserted into the installation passage.
4. An air conditioning unit according to claim 2, characterized in that the outer edge of the base plate is provided with a flange, and the flange is connected with the outer cover.
5. An air conditioning unit according to claim 2, wherein the cross-sectional shape of the connecting plate is formed substantially in the shape of "Contraband" with the opening facing downward.
6. An air conditioning unit according to claim 2, wherein the base plate is an integrally formed part.
7. The air conditioning unit of claim 2, wherein the chassis straddles a lower reveal of a wall when the unit is mounted to a window in the wall such that the indoor unit assembly is located indoors and the outdoor unit assembly is located outdoors.
8. An air conditioning unit according to claim 2, characterized in that said outer cover comprises:
the two side coamings are respectively arranged on two opposite sides of the chassis and are connected with the chassis, and each side coamings are provided with avoidance grooves for avoiding the mounting grooves;
the top cover covers two the side coamings are gone up and with two the side coamings link to each other.
9. Air conditioning unit according to any of claims 1-8, characterized in that the longitudinal cross-sectional shape of the casing is formed substantially as an inverted "concave" shape.
10. The air conditioning apparatus as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the indoor unit assembly includes an evaporator, the outdoor unit assembly includes a condenser and a compressor, and the compressor and the condenser, the evaporator and the condenser, and the compressor and the evaporator are connected by refrigerant pipes.
